They lock the doors a half hour before closing. I understand wanting to go home. But geez. Dont waste your time driving here if you have to wait til you get off work.

The teller was very friendly but not very knowledgeable. I brought them a new customer. Was told they couldnt give me the rewards for referral. Put us all in the wrong plan. Never had an issue with my phone before and I have been a boost member for well over a decade. I almost decided to go with a new company.. Luckily we decided first to go to a different boost store and got it all worked out. I think they need to do some better training in that store before they leave people on their own. You can clearly tell he was a bit newer. At least I hope he was.

Charged over 100% more than what Boost told me I should pay for a SIM card. Boost support rep told me not to pay more than $12 for the card on the phone. Went to this store and they charge $25. I called them out for it and the guy working said that is just what the owner says to charge people. Ill be notifying corporate for overcharging people.

Came into this store on a Saturday looking for a new phone to replace my old, crappy one. I used the word upgrade and the guy at the desk pretended to look up whether or not I was eligible for it - even though Boost doesnt offer any upgrade program. He talked up the Galaxy they had, then noted that they were out and instead sold me on the LG Stylo 3. I noticed that they had a sign up with a 7-day return policy, so I bought it.First problem I noticed when I got home. He had charged me $25 for SS Upgrade, which I assume was just swapping my phone account to the new phone, a process which takes 30 seconds on Boosts website.As the week went on, I realized that I really didnt like this phone. The battery cover felt loose, the power button on the back was awkward to reach to. So the following Saturday (within my 7 days), I went back to return it. The same guy told me that they dont return working merchandise, only defective stuff. So now Im out a couple hundred with a phone I dont like, thanks to a deceptive return policy.If you have to go here, make sure you ask what youre paying for, and make sure you dont let anyone talk you into a sale just because they want to up their metrics.

Wow! I had been to 3 other Boost stores & nobody could figure out what was wrong with my phone. The manager & sales associate were more than helpful & they fixed my my phone.

While i was at the laundry place i decided to take a look at the boost promotions.The young man was very friendly and helpful.He offered me a free phone since i was a metro pcs customer.I ended up paying $98 with every thing included.I recommend that place.

I bought my girl an iPhone from amazon. It was a Factory unlocked phone so it can work on any network. The kid at the store kept telling her it can only be used on T-Mobile’s network even thought it’s unlocked. My girl told him no it would work but he was being a dumbass and refused to help. So I went to Best Buy, bought the activation kit and did it myself! And the phone works! Lots of idiots working here.

The person we dealt with was friendly but the service is absolute garbage. And they were out of stock on a screen protector that was bought and paid for but we never recieved it. Dont go here. Its an individual owned store not a chain.

Their is a younger guy here whos awesome, knows his stuff. The lady is useless and tries to sell by price even after you let her know the features you want. I still shop here but when she is in we just leave.

They were nice but.. Smiled while they over charged $50 for a Samsung Galaxy Prevail phone which is currently on sale at Best Buy for $50 less and $58 less at Walmart. We are not happy!

Do not go to this one,just to pay ur bill is cool but nothing Else he charges you for everything even To help reprogram your phone. Go to the one on west broad buy Wilson Ave. The people are a lot. Nicer. Dont take my Word for it, see it for yourself!
