So about 3 weeks ago I bought a new phone here. I also bought a wireless charger and case. But I was using the wireless charge and it wasn’t working properly so I looked up how to fix it and the usb cord got stuck in the charger and ripped in half. So I went back to the store to maybe convince them to get me a new one since it really wasn’t my fault. But I went in there and they helped me right away and got me a brand new one. No questions just a quick yea sure let me get a new one. Better than what I expected

Worst place to go to if you have a problem in your plan, take your business to Verizon on reed rd they do much better job and they’ll indeed fix it and in way less time. Unlike this store it sucks and the crew is so uneducated!
Friendly and efficient. They didnt push us on any upgrades, we knew what they wanted and they got what we needed. They provided insights but didnt try to oversell, which is always appreciated. We were in and out of the store in under an hour after for two new phones, not bad at all.
Purchased a new I phone. We were handed a printed sheet of instructions titled Transfer IOS to Android and told to work it backwards since we were going from Android to IOS, and sent on our merry way. Opened the package at home and there is no cube or earbuds. More on that later. Well, the instructions are not accurate. Went back to the store the following day for assistance. Nope...can’t help because of COVID. Can’t sell blocks or earbuds because of COVID either. Worst service ever. So now my old phone is deactivated because the transfer of data failed and the new phone won’t set up. Any suggestions? Yeah....Don’t go to Verizon on HRR.

Alex was very helpful and professional in getting us the answers we needed and directed us to a great self-service process over the phone to merge accounts with our parents.

Went to Verizon to be able to have my phone put on my Husband’s plan. They came out to our car, asked us what we needed, and then told us they were only servicing emergency needs. I guess it’s ok for me not to have service when I am traveling away from the house. ☹️

I really dislike 1-star ratings, this almost got it. I was kindly educated, thus 2 stars. There is NO service offered beyond selling you a phone. My glass protector was cracked. I was directed to a non-Verizon facility or go online to file a claim with Verizon. I was invited back when I wanted a new phone.I stayed with Verizon originally for coverage. I hope there is someone else competitive to switch to that will provide some level of support.Good luck to you, but you may as well save the trip visiting here if youre not buying a phone.
So, I was expecting to have a not so great experience here this time, since it was that way last time. The wait is usually way too long. But, to my surprise, I was very satisfied with my purchase/upgrade here. The wait was still longer than it should be (they should hire more people). But, Matt was more than helpful. He knew exactly how to get done what I needed. It was a somewhat complicated purchase/transaction that I needed (swapping phone lines and plans, etc.) and Matt came through like a champ. The store closed at 8, and he stayed until 9:15 when the transaction was done and mom and I were happy. So kudos to Matt. Thanks again!!
We went into this store when it opened to upgrade to the new iPhone for my girlfriend. I already have a note 10 but needed some info on returning old phone for credit since it was paid off. The young man they put us with sat down while we stood offered us no info and was unprofessional. By the end of this 5 to 10 minute interaction we had ordered a phone and payed the fee. With no idea where the phone would go or what to do with her old one or mine since he dont know you have to call them for that we called and got it all sorted out with a wonderful lady over the phone. This was the worst customer service I have ever and I mean ever had.

Don’t get me wrong . I love Verizon.. but this location is gonna spoil the value of the brand . All I asked is to change my postpaid plan to prepaid . All he said was I have to change my number to be a prepaid . He didn’t even want to give it a try or did show no interest in anything ...Didn’t make any sense as call center told me different . He didn’t even try to see why it’s not possible . Just walked out and called Verizon customer service and they said it’s absolutely possible, To change from postpaid to prepaid with no fine and keep the same number ... they just had to check it right that’s all .. anyways now will be at a different Verizon location and will get my change done

This location is getting 5 star because of Allen Xavier. He is top notch. I need a new phone and l could not get into my account from my phone. He spent well over a hour and a half with me and and surely lost commission that he could have gotten from other customers. Never once did Allen rush me or make me feel like I was a pain ( and I was ). When I need to go back I will wait to have him help me.
This is quite a large store. I give 2 stars for the amount of equipment they own. I walked in and it was three minutes before anyone aknowledged me. They do NOT do data transfer here... They say you can do it yourself.The clerk had zero F about helping me. I asked questions that they couldnt answer... Basic specifically stuff, prices, compare.... It was annoying.At one point seven men were huddled in the far left chatting about whatever while myself and 4 other customers roamed. I know I was needing help... But man they seemed disinterested.Honestly, wouldnt give this place money. There better stores that provide much better service that should get your money.
Made an appointment for today, but was told when I showed up that they did not see an appoi tment for me. When I showed my confirming email to another gentleman (the first promptly left to help someone else after checking me in), I was told it did not matter - it would be a while. Not happy with service I received 5 days ago when I bought the phone - rep did not seem to listen to my concerns. All we need today is a SIM card for the new phone and to have content transferred.
My phone had to be replaced by Verizon so I needed to have all the information on my old phone transferred to my new one. I took it to this Verizon store and Valance assisted me and made the job painless.

Super fun Verizon store. Both times I visited, the guys were helpful & friendly. Much better than the Tuttle location. Corey specifically was a huge help and went above and beyond for me when picking out a phone and tablet, and then ultimately exchanging my phone again. 11/10 would return.
Been a Verizon customer for years and never had a bad experience until today. Manger was rude and short and provided no options. For a customer who has had a long history with Verizon he was not professional. I personally work in customer service and would not have a job if I spoke to people that way. Store was deceitful in what the told me initially and then flat out rude at follow up and that was crystal clear Take your services to a different store because their are respected reps elsewhere on behalf of verizon. Manager shouldnt have a job there for sure.

Had three LG phones on display. The most expensive one they had in stock. One they didnt have nor could they order, but didnt take phone down, and the cheapest one they had to order. So have to wait for new phone to be delivered. Not happy.

I am definitely not impressed with this particular Verizon store. I needed to replace two phones and switch my husband over to Verizon from Metro PCS and to create a family plan for our services. I waited a long time in front of the counter just to get my name on the list to be seen. I then proceeded to wait another long time while 3 staff members stood around talking about their weekends. There were only 5 clients in the entire store. I absolutely do not begrudge workers their breaks and down time. However, I had a annoyed 2 year old in my arsenal, and after an hour had passed, I let her run amok. That action got me attention VERY QUICKLY.The employee barely looked at me and tried to direct all conversation to my husband. I admit this left a sour taste in my mouth as I handle our family budget and make the phone decisions. When we finally got our phones packed up, I noticed the employee had not included my husbands phone box which includes the charger. He had slipped it under the counter. This is neglectful at best, and shady has hell at worst. I called him on it, and he took the box out and put it in our bag. We walked out and I called Verizon corporate just to make sure everything was settled only to find out that when we changed our plan in the store, the employee had not added the protection plan as discussed.In the end, we did get our phones. The store was clean and warm. We could check out the phones before we bought them. The staff was somewhat knowledgeable about their product. This is the closest store to our house, and even with these advantages, I will definitely NOT be going back there.
Absolutely horrible service from Cory! He was careless and not paying attention and now I am without a phone and another phone on my plan is not working properly due the mistake Cory made. Cory did not seem at all as though he felt bad for what he had done. And some how no one is able to fix this. I would not recommend this store to anyone and the fact that it is a corporate store is unquestionably appalling! Save yourself the trouble and go to another store!Ry was very helpful after the fact and did try to help resolve the issue, although he was unable to.

We switched from a different carrier this spring to Verizon. As always it takes time to get 5 lines moved and activated. Glenn did a great job in helping us to select the phones we wanted without any pressure to go to one brand or the other. I’ve been back to the sore several times and Glenn is always helpful and friendly.

I go in with a working phone that had minor issues only to leave with a non activated phone that I cant use. Im pregnant with 2 kids and I cant call no one. Mitch was the 1 I was dealing with. Hes terrible at customer service. The whole time he played on his phone for his benefits. Their excuse for my phone problems is the network. Obviously its not it was Mitch. I had to come home and spend over an hour trying to get my phone working and its still broke. I will never send anyone to that store ever. I will drive my butt miles to get something done. I am so angry to pay so much money on a phone I cant use.

Hit or miss I guess, I visited the Verizon location recently and had an awesome experience with the first staff. They even play some cool music in the store. I returned the next day after signing up and a different staff member had such a nasty discerning and dismissive attitude when it came to my issue with my phone setup. Almost like it was beneath her.Again that was just one employee, the first employee Kathryn was awesome she did a good follow-up via email, kind and had great customer service skills throughout the process. Explaining billing, setup, phone number porting etc.As far as the building, they need a bigger sign on the backside to identify who and where they are. The store was clean and had lots of working phones on display. Ample amount of accessories were available as well. Despite my last experience I shall be back for the experience I had with the good employee. But the lack of customer service is the biggest issue here!
Ive been a Verizon customer for 10 years and this store deserves one star. The staff here told me that customers need to learn to do their own cloud transfers and set up their own phones.We bought a phone here for my wife and the clerk couldnt be lazier. He was almost no help.Go to the 5th Ave at Northwest store. They arent beyond criticism but much better than these people.

Seemed great until we got the first bill. We were billed for things we never discussed. The whole process felt deceptive and underhanded.Items are supposedly in the contract we never received a copy of. By the time you get the first bill it is too late to cancel or modify the contract without significant fees.Overall left us feeling like we were deceived.

This was the worst experience at a Verizon store Ive had. We got a new phone and the first thing out of the guys mouth was we dont do that. When I finished explaining he proceeded to try to turn on the phone and then told us to take it back its defective. We leave and in a couple minutes we realize he had deactivated our old phone, we go back and they are all leaving because they are closing and REFUSED to help and told us to call customer service.

Didnt answer my questions, acted like I had no business being there because I bought my phone online.I gave two stars instead of one because one guy there acted like he knew I was being treated poorly and came over to answer one of my questions. So I dont think the entire store is bad, but I wouldnt take the chance. Find another Verizon store.
I drove to this store because its close by and my phone was not working properly and I could not get through to the customer service number. The employees cant help you with anything, at all. I was told I needed to call a customer service number to solve my problem. I said I already did cant get through, thats why I am here now, will you help me or not. They did not. Poor business model by Verizon, switching carriers wont support such non sense. EDIT: Verizon responded and said they would forward this to appropriate team. As a business graduate, thats all I really wanted, just let the proper people know so the data is collected and a change in business practices can be discussed and implemented. A brick and mortar store representing a company should have full service IMO, not just be there to sell you phones. Ill upgrade my review slightly and still contemplating switching carriers.

Lostall interest in helping me once I said my wife bought me a phone online for store pickup.Her demeanor changed instantly! I would bet the store doesnt get credit for online sales and is taken out of store stock. This I believereally pissed her off.I cant believe I was speaking to the general manager as she put it. There are much better stores to give your money too.Beware!

Pretty bad... I stopped in to ask a few questions about the new plan(s) they have now. The girl greeting people was pretty friendly, the girl I had to deal with, Bekah,...well not so much. Pretty much felt that it was a bother for her to answer any question I had. Previous visits over the years were marginal at best, but never this bad. I dont see myself returning here again.
Id give zero stars if I could. My Veteran husband and I came in during a Veterans day sale and traded our phones in for new ones, as well as tablets and a watch. Its been almost 2 months and I still dont have a working watch. That is after 6 visits to the store and over 20 hours on the phone with customer service. Courey was our representative. He first told us with all of our new equipment our bill would only be $10 more a month with all of these discounts... Not true it is now $70 more a month. And I still dont have my watch. Which I wouldnt have even traded in for a new phone or watch if I knew it would cost me even more money in the long run. Weve been told to call customer service instead of being helped in the store, told that I must not have installed the app correctly to activate my watch, and a hundred other excuses. Customer service is worse than bad. There is nothing they will do to rectify this situation. My replacement watch that was supposed to be here yesterday, hasnt shipped and they cant tell me why, when it if it will be. Very sad to be treated this way
The staff are nice but not very helpful. They give you one answer and pretty much shrug when you ask for help another way to fix a situation. All the products in store are expensive and I no longer enjoy the company at all. I am stuck paying for my phone and my ex-husbands because they didnt explain to me when I had asked when we first started our plan that if we were to separate the lines I would have to put almost $600 down to buy out my phone.

The sad part is that I expected to get poor service when I went to Verizon today, so I was not surprised when they suggested that I drive 2 hours to see if I could replace my phone somewhere else. Any helpful gesture would have been appreciated, but not one was extended.
Need training for phone issues. Everyone is not tech smart manager at Hilliard location was clueless. Oh I never seen that before but cant fix or offer a solution but want you to buy a new phone that you already have a warranty on the broken phone. Time to find a new carrier but corporate will know
I went to this location during my lunch break, and there was a slightly longer than desirable wait to put my name in for help due to all of the noon-hour business. Thankfully, I was helped by Tom, who was able to get my malfunctioning device problem taken care of in under 15 minutes. If you do end up going here, ask for Tom, he really knows his stuff and made sure I was back to work with time to spare.Thanks Tom!

These guys will try to sell you everything under the sun and question you like your idiot for not buying their overpriced accessories. After passing on a case, screen protector, charger, tablet, and protection plan, I was finally able to pay for my phone. After paying, he told me I needed to go somewhere else to get my contacts transferred b/c he was missing a dongle. A dongle? You guys can sell me all this extra crap but dont have an extra dongle laying around? please. I bet they would have had dongles for days had I bought some accessories. Now I have to waste even more time to track down a Verizon store elsewhere that has a dongle and a freaking clue.I will never recommend this Verizon location to anybody after this. Crappy customer service, crappy customer support, and a crappy all around experience. I feel like I need to shower now.
BEKAHs customers service was awful. He was extremely rude and very unpleasant to deal with. As a potential customer switching over from Sprint he made me want to stay with the provider that I have. the store overall had a good vibe and very nice employees he was the one exception.

I felt the moment I left the store that there was a problem. My sales rep Tom assured me numerous times that upgrading my daughters phone Would Not increase my monthly payment. After calling customer service twice and talking for 90minutes I found out my plan had increased significantly and basically everything Tom had told me was BS.Great customer service!!! Having been a customer of Verizon for over 15 years this last visit made me question my loyalty. I have never had an experience at this location that made me feel warm and fuzzy but the most recent experience has guaranteed I will not be back. The associate that helped us was rude and seemingly had no clue how to do her job. We went there to upgrade our phones. She pushed us to buy a 75 dollar bundle and when we said we werent interested she got an attitude and took us over to pay. She tried to run my debit card without telling me how much or what the charges were I was paying for. She didnt tell us how much the phones would be monthly and when I asked about the back to school deal they were running for the particular phone we were purchasing she said they did not honor it in store, just online even though they had the poster of the deal on their window at the store. Needless to say we left without buy anything and went to Best Buy where we got a wayyy better deal, less fees, and 100x better service. NEVER AGAIN! Please save yourself the headache.
I can honestly say I have never had such a good experience at Verizon before my last visit. Almost every person that i have ever tried to deal with before this was either rude, or tried to sell me crap that I didnt want or need, lied to me, or was just generally unhelpful. This time, I went in and asked a few questions, and I was talking with the assistant manager, Jared Arick, and he was extremely helpful, straight forward with me, and I wont hesitate to seek him out when I need help from Verizon in the future.I even forgot to ask a couple questions and sent him a follow up email and he responded promptly and with the same courtesy that was extended while I was there.

I have had a bad experience at this store every time I go in. This is just the last one.I was attempting to secure a bill credit for an overage charge that I received incorrectly. I dont believe it is valid because I was informed that the safety net was active on our account when we changed plans a few months ago. turns out that it was not active even though I had been told that it was. so I went in seeking help with that issue today.they told me that they would be able to give me a bill credit not just for the $15 but for an additional $5 as well. the man helping me said he would take care of me, but I had to pay the bill first because he was locked out of my account. I do not normally pay the bill for my account My Mother Does. but I made an exception because I am dealing with this issue for her.after he ran the payment he then tried to sell me a phone repeatedly. I told him I didnt want a phone multiple times. he was very rude to me about my phone. he told me thats because your phone is garbage, when the Verizon app started hanging up in the store, thats a direct quote. he said that to me. after I told him enough times that I didnt want a phone he explained to me that he would not give me a bill credit unless I got a phone. despite agreeing with me that I should get one if I was told the safety net was active when it wasnt.Im sick and tired of the way verizon store employees treat people. I have had 3 bad experiences at this store and I have only been there 3 times. Im actively shopping other phone carriers for my familys 130$ monthly bill.Still dont have my 15$ credit.
I have never had worse customer service. They lied about what we would be paying a month and then refused to fix the problem or even work with us in anyway. They refused to give us our phone back after they scammed us into getting a phone that wasnt the price as they originally stated and made us purchase another phone!!! They wasted our time and money and didnt even blink an eye over it. Everyone of the staff working there were rude and unwilling to help. The manager and the staff that sold us the phone hid in the back the whole time like cowards and werent even worried about trying to fix the mess they started. Very unprofessional, do yourself a favor and go to any other location.
Was here for 3 hours! Just wanted an upgrade. The employee we had was not trained properly. In addition to having a computer error since he didnt write down the application number. The quick visit, turned into 3 hours. Upon looking at the account theres more problems. In summary unhappy and disappointed

Learn from my mistake and avoid this store.They charged me a $40 activation fee for my tablet yet no one warned me about it and its not in my paperwork. I informed the sales rep that I wanted to replace my Kindle with the Galaxy Tab and it would be wifi only. She should have never set it up for a data plan but she did and charged me $40 plus $10 per month for access plus $10 per month for insurance.They charge you a $30 upgrade fee to buy a new phone. I was not in a contract and simply went in to buy 2 phones and a tablet. I was charged $30 for each item. I have no idea what the charge is for. I took my phones home and did the transfers from the old cells to the new ones and I mailed the old ones in. I guess they charge you to shop there.Also, they were deceptive regarding their Zagg screen protectors. The sales rep said it is a one time fee and you get a lifetime warranty. What she did not say is the item is terrible and broke twice in 1 month. To get a replacement you have to pay $9.99 shipping and you have to pay to ship your broken one back or else they charge $49.99. She didnt inform me of this detail or I would have not bought it. You can buy a less expensive and better screen protector on Amazon.I didnt realize any of this until my 1st bill arrived. I called customer service to explain the issues but they couldnt help me because the 14 day return period ended. However, I didnt know about the unexpected charges until my bill arrived 30 days later.

Not very knowledgeable, tried to get my daughter and I to buy phones after we told them several times we were not interested. We went in to get her phone unlocked because my grand daughter tried too many times with the wrong sequence, we found out after leaving the store that we just had to wait 24 hours and put in the rite sequence, they didnt even know that about their own phone.

If I could give negative stars I would do a solid negative 5. I go in to upgrade my phone but first I pay off the one I still owe on the lady tells me my bill will go up to $174 from $172 if I got the pixel 2 xl so I did that she then skips threw all of the details and has me sign two spots we leave happy then we received an email saying our bill would be $195 a month so I go back in to get this resolved they cant do anything even though I was lied to and scammed but anyway I then decide I will return the phone and pay the $35 non waveable restock fee 30 after leaving with the phone and I would take my old phone back couldnt do that either for it is now Verizons property but they were so gracious to let me pick out anther phone from their store to purchase which ended up being the regular pixel 2 and they only had it in the 128gb model so I am now stuck with a $185 bill and a shady company to go along with it do not go to this store they are garbage.
