I had good experience in the past at this location and purchased many items. I recently bought a media console that narrowly did not fit into my basement stairs. I know they technically have a no return policy but they have permitted it when the piece doesnt fit your space by way of store credit - not a refund.In this case, Ive left 4 messages and have been patient with the store. Each time I was told that the store manager would call me back and that neither the person I was talking to nor anyone in the store would be able to help. Im not sure how to have the manager call me back short of driving all the way there with the furniture. The piece is still in their bubble wrap since I have no use for it but its taking up space in my house.Returning a call seems like a minimum thing one can do for a good customer. It seems that the prior manager is no longer the manager. Ill update if I receive a call but has been 5-6 weeks at this point.Edit: After not receiving any feedback on this post after two months or calls back, I sold the piece myself for about what I paid. I will not be returning to this store. If you purchase anything here, assume you’re done with the transaction as soon as you leave the store.

Put an order in March, they have delayed so many times. Now we are looking at mid November for a tbd delivery

Arhaus has great furniture! As expected, the outlet has some beat up items but there are some gems. Its bargain shopping just need to look closely for flaws and damage.

Unfortunately we just bought a table and the sold sign had masking tape on it. The tape pulled off the finish upon removal where the tape was. When I called the store I was told to a call an Arhaus concierge (the store gave me the number) but they won’t reimburse for any repairs. Sorry, when we picked out our table it was beautiful. It is not our fault the store labeled it with masking tape that would remove the finish. PLEASE help us on our next steps before we escalate to corporate.

I purchased a large outdoor table and bench recently. We picked up the items later in the week because we had to arrange for a truck. As soon as we got home with the table/bench we discovered that the “sold” sign they taped on with masking tape had baked onto the concrete surface and the adhesive would not come off. I called the store and spoke with the warehouse manager who gave recommendations on how to remove the adhesive. It eventually came off, but not before permanently damaging the finish. They were able to find a replacement top for the table and allowed us to switch them out, which was fantastic. The customer service here is excellent, and we will definitely shop here again!

I bought a custom couch (full retail: 9K) that another customer had returned. I purchased it for $2800. It fits 6 people comfortable. The sectional was a steal and this piece will last for years. One caution - dont buy a bed from this location unless you have ALL of the pieces. I know they do not sell beds quickly. Negotiate pricing on the beds - you will have the upper hand. I purchased a lovely king side bed for $500, but I had to return to the warehouse to get the proper hardware.

I love this place! Everyone was so helpful and patient when helping us pick out furniture for our home. It was so amazing that they would even text pictures to me of pieces that came in that I may be interested in because we lived over an hour away. I would highly recommend Arhaus Loft to anyone who wants to get high quality furniture for a fraction of the retail costs. I love every piece that we purchased, couldnt be happier!! Thank you!

Overly priced junk. Waste of time if you are looking for decent furniture.

It was our first trip to Arhaus The Loft and we were looking to find a sofa. They had a pretty good selection of them on display but we didnt find what we were looking for. They did have several good profiles that we liked but not in the fabric that we liked. Be sure to look at the overall condition when youre buying though because these are closeouts and returns and their state of conditions will vary. We did however purchase a rug for our livingroom. A beautiful 9 x 12 oriental design with great pattern and colors. They dont deliver themselves but will connect you with movers that they work with.

Lovely furnishing. Always find more than I went in for.exceptional service and help. Prices on the high side.

High prices for dirty damaged goods

I recently went into Arhaus in Hilliard excited to shop for my new home. The store had just what I needed to do my kitchen remodel. I went in on Saturday and took some measurements with much excitement. After returning home the items were going to work perfectly. I go back in on Sunday only to be told the items were not for sale. The items were CLEARLY marked with price tags yet they were not for sale. This is not how you treat a customer. RUDE customer service and overpriced.

As a frequent shopper at Arhaus I have always enjoyed the great service I have received. Even better than their service has been the fantastic sales they have on furniture that has been repaired or is being phased out. I have bought most of my furniture at their 50% off sales which really set them apart from other furniture stores. Now they no longer will be having discounts. As per an employee corporate thought it was too confusing for the customer . Now the pricing is really high, I realize its good furniture but its an outlet. The furniture should be much less than you can get it elsewhere. Its very disappointing.

Furnished our whole living room and dining room here. Did have an entertainment console sold on us in the 2 hours I went home to measure, so be aware that turnover can be quick. Found another there a couple weeks later.

Love this place but good luck if the piece you want doesnt have a price. They will ignore you and tell you the manager is in a closed door meeting. Has happened to us twice. You can sit for an hour and they dont even try to hurry. Ridiculous.

Hit or miss on finding what you are looking for, but the main reason for the 3 star review is that some staff members dont seem to have knowledge of the holding procedures... we tried to place a hold on a rug and lamp, she got our info and told us that was all she needed. When calling back a few hours later to purchase the items, we were told they were no longer available because we didnt put money down... disappointed we missed out on these items because this policy was not shared with us

Absolutely terrible experience and will never buy anything from Arhaus or the Loft again. We gave the manager and company a chance to make it right and do the right thing to help us get our issue resolved, but they did not help us. We purchased a marble table for $1600 through the Loft and had it delivered to our new house a few months ago which we were waiting to move unto until we got married. The table had never even had a meal eaten at it, we didnt even have chairs for it yet, and huge pieces of marble fell off the table unprovoked, shattering on our wood floor and almost landing on my husbands foot. Buying it at the Loft, we expected there could be imperfections, but to have the table falling apart before the first use for a product they keep telling me is 4,800 in the store is absurd. When I notified the manager, he acted like we must have stored it incorrectly and told us to glue it back together. It has been sitting in the same spot the moving company sat it down in from the store into our home. So disappointing for a company that pretends to pride itself on quality. Do yourself a favor and buy a $10 table from Walmart before buying a $1,600 table which we now have to get rid of because we dont feel safe taking the chance for marble to fall on a friend or family member.

They have some great stuff current with styles but are very expensive. Have never bought anything I liked because it was 3 times the price I was willing to pay.

After purchasing that night I went home and sold my furniture locally to someone on a selling wall. With reciept in hand I went to pick up my furniture at the store the next day. upon arrival they said they rang me out with the wrong sectional and I would have to pay $974 more, or get a refund. Thier mess up and I paid dearly.
