This is a nice size store. There is enough space for multiple items yet not to far to walk. I have a major back issues and I enjoy walking this store with a cart. It does take me some time to walk it. Sometimes I have to use an electric scooter. Yours go at a good speed. They turn much better than the other stores. Some of the other stores have the safety settings so that you cannot turn corners.Great selection of everything.

Like Wal-Mart but with higher prices.Only 2 cashiers open, lines at least 3 people deep with full grocery carts. Only 4 self check-out lanes available with lines down the rows. Only 1 available Guest Services person running the desk and the floor issues. Neither the credit card machines or the GE program appeared to me malfunctioning, multi people having troubles. Wouldnt scan my iceberg lettuce head. All kinds of troubles and understaffed. Went in for a quick trip for lettuce and I left with a quick reminder why I dont shop there often.

Went to this store while in Columbus area. This store is horrible. I usually go to Giant Eagle when visiting my sister in Warren, Oh. Their stores are great.

In town for a ball tournament. Stopped in to pick up a few things. Never been in one of these stores, could not believe the selection! Could spend a week in this store and not see everything! Super clean too!

The Giant Eagle that has it all. This is my favorite Giant Eagle on the west side. It has all the amenities and the selection of the largest Giant Eagles. The wine and beer selection is awesome. This is also a great place to grab lunch.

More well stocked than Kroger, thats for sure.

Always satisfied when I shop Giant Eagle.I especially like the Tuscany bread.Reminds me of good old fashion hard crust Italian bread. Find the bread in Bakery.

Great selection at friendly prices. The beer and liqueur selection is some of the best Ive seen from a convenience store. The bakery has some of the best donuts when you get them right out of the oven. And the meat selection is underrated as you can get some quality cuts

I ran into Giant Eagle to get a few things and found an open check out lane. I was greeted with a peace sign.. other than that I got no response from my cashier who then proceeded to treat my bananas like some sort of punching bag. After checkout No thank you... no response ..no customer appreciation whatsoever from this young lady.Whatever happened to vendors thanking you for your business?If youre having a bad day I get it but dont take it out on my bananas!This was the Giant Eagle in Hilliard. Stay away from Lane 13!

The staff is neither friendly nor knowledgeable. Many common products are frequently out of stock. Additionally, perishables (eg Siggis) are past the expiration. Routinely.

Nice store they refunded me over thirty dollars because a sign had a different price than the baroda read. The cashier suggested I go to customer service desk and they changed the sign while I was waiting and coughed up the cash without hesitation. I was pleased. Thank you Mr.Gigantic Eagle

One of the bigger Giant Eagle supermarkets in the area. Not as big as a Market District, but large selection of almost anything. Some specialty items as well as a small state liquor store. Decent beer and wine selection.

Very nice supermarket. Laid out well and great lighting for finding what you need or want. Not the closest grocery store to my house, but Id honestly consider making the drive to this store.

Love this store! Very clean and lots of items to choose from. But, I am a senior and find navigating the store very difficult. The layout forces me to have to walk on my very arthritic knees so I cannot shop here often and long. There are not many scooters for me to use and I really need one. Love the produce and meat sections. However, have to shop wisely because the prices on most items here are way higher than elsewhere! Not too friendly to seniors by both price and layout of store, so, could not rate 5 stars! Really appreciate the cleanliness of the store!

I shop there every week. I love the food perks program. I save more money using the discount in food rather than gas. They always have a nice and fresh selection of produce and meat. Its true that they can sometimes be pricey, but they run regular rotating sales. If you shop there all the time you will learn what goes on sale when and save lots of money.

I like the store clean and staff friendly

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Cleanliness is above average. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Limited accessibility was well maintained and available at ever need for access. Customer care is attentive and thorough. Great selection and assortment. There is something for everyone including the petPrices are great on most items but be careful, check around. Dont assume its a deal. Service is very fast and efficient. The employees seem well trained and supposed by good leadership

I am visiting in the area. I have to say this has got to be one of the best GE in the state. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Everything is fresh. They need to come to Cleveland and show them how it is suppose to be.

Thank God for this place. The bakery helped me out with a cake for.my daughters birthday and saved the day. The pharmacy is very fast and efficient.

Its a nice store but its smaller than the one in Grandview which is why I gave it only 4 stars.. Its clean and the service is really good. Hilliard doesnt have as much in our groceries as the downtown. I have to shop 2 stores every week to get all the things I need. I really dont have the time for that.

The self serve check out lady was awesome. She was the only one who knew where firewood was and she rang me out personally so I didnt have to unload my cart. As a Kroger lifer I went in to see the the difference. I was pleasantly surprised at the produce freshness and sections available.

Food quality has really decreased recently, especially produce. I hope it gets better.

The staff here has always been super helpful, dropping whatever they might be doing to answer a question or help to find a particular product location. Never a bad experience.

Always stocked and pleasant employees that are also helpful. Checkouts can get long at peak times but that expected at most grocery stores.

Some things are kind of pricey. They do seem to have good fresh meats. They have a nice selection of wine and craft/local beer. Everyone that works there seems nice and will greet you and ask if you need help finding anything or have any questions. One complaint is the service desk seems deserted.

Good market to buy groceries. The best part is the chocolate flavored milk. Kids love that as u dont need to add any protein or bournvita in that.

Very nice supermarket, well laid-out and navigable, staff is usually pretty friendly, as well. My only complaint about this location would be the parking lot, which is a bit difficult to navigate upon entering and even more difficult/confusing trying to exit, especially if youre wanting to travel north on Britton Pkwy.

Love curbside Express! People are great. Their selections for my order are always spot-on. Marcus great. They call if they have a question.

Well maintained and well lit parking lot. The store is clean, its hit and miss with employee friendliness though. They offer great deals and specials but tend to run out quickly. So if you want sale items get there at the beginning of the week.

Best place to get seafood and cake

Friendly employees.Had a pricing issue at checkout. Cashier was friendly, courteous and resolved issue without fuss.I subtracted a star because I called the bakery to order devils delight cupcakes. An associate said they never have those. I just saw some today and the past couple of times Ive been there.

Other than the fact its a bit hard to get into from Cemetery (I hope you like roundabouts!), this is a high quality grocery store. Of course, its a Giant Eagle, so thats to be expected. Having an after-hours bank is one of the primary reasons to visit, but the cafe inside is also really nice.

Great grocery store a little on the high side but there grocery are the finest and taste the best. They have a Huntington bank inside as well and those ppl that work there are awsome as well

Giant Eagle stores always seem dark to me. Its also weird that you cant shop there without a loyalty card. Id prefer to keep my purchases private if I choose.

For such a big store youd think theyd have better variety of meat. Youd also think theyd know what kind of tomato Im buying. I remember now why I stopped shopping there. Well that and its so much more expensive than anywhere else

Curbside shopping is awesome! I love it since I walk with 2 canes and have to use a riding cart in the store. This really helps to ease my shopping experience! I love Curbside Express!

I love how everything at this location is right where I can find it. The aisles arent crowded with extraneous stuff, either. When I had finished shopping, AJ just made my day with his friendliness & positive attitude. He was courteous about my desire for paper bags & packed them exactly as they should be packed. He even asked if I wanted to use my grocery perks! Grocery shopping is the last thing I wanted to do after work, but AJ made me glad I chose to stop. I will definitely be back to this location next time.

Way to overpriced

Whats to say. Its a grocery store. I mainly use Giant Eagle for the fuel program. Prices may trend a bit high nothing like a Whole Foods or some of the trendy places. Much like anywhere else the employees are there if you need them. I prefer self service and in that sense Giant Eagle gives you plenty of lanes to get in and out. I do think Giant Eagle employees in general seem to be apathetic and more interested in chatting among themselves. Sure youll find the occasional friendly employee but those are folks that are just naturally friendly. Personally thats OK with me. If you really dont want to interact with me then I definitely dont want to interact with you anyway. Thats the whole point of self checkout. That said I would rather interact with an apathetic employee then one who is just being friendly because management requires them to be. The store is clean, layout sucks but thats because they are not laid out to be consumer friendly but to get you to buy crap you never intended. I cant hold that against them as every successful retailer manipulates their customers. I will say produce seemed fresh. Store brand products are decent with plenty of organic choices if thats you thing.

Cashier thinks this a coffee club and enjoys a rousing conversation with a customer while the rest of us are sitting there growing older. I would have gone to the self checkout but I had gift cards. I wanted to walkout. The Managers need to get with the program. This lady should be welcoming at Wal-Mart.

The layout can be a little weird for some food items, but the store has a large selection and plenty of services to keep you coming back. I particularly like their beer and wine section, with a fairly large section for make your own six packs, though not quite as large as some other places (not counting specialty shops for this sort of thing). Ate lunch there last week as I needed to get some things before a weekend trip, and the service was fast, the food was great, and after buying what I needed for the trip it made for a nice, quick lunch spot. The staff has also never failed to help me find something I cant locate, and has never grumbled or given me the impression they felt I was asking too much of them with a simple request for where canned tomatoes were.

Beautiful store, very clean, and organized well. Fruits and vegetables are always fresh! They also make specialty birthday cakes that look like they were drawn by an artist. Very nice store and friendly staff.

Very large super market and not my normal shopping location so I had some trouble finding items. However the selection was pretty good and checkout was relatively quick.

All the cashiers were standing around playing on their cell phones and chatting, while the only registers open were the self-service ones. What a pain in the neck to unload, scan, and bag an entire cartful of groceries with absolutely no help. Selection of products is good, and the store is pretty clean...just wish theyd train their personnel to be helpful.

Great location, clean nice store, usually has what u need. Usually has cheap gas at its station too. A busy location & can be challenging to get in & out. Produce section is awesome as well as gluten free area very extensive.

While this store is not as big as a Market District, I really enjoy shopping here. I can find everything I need and the selection is great. The customer service is also very good and I can get in and out quickly.

This is a good store. Although for most things they are over priced. For example, at Kroger there is a brand of coffee I like. I went there to buy it and it was a dollar cheaper compared to Giant Eagle. The reason? There was no lid. So GE was charging a dollar more for the kid. Point, you will find things cheaper at Kroger.Produce section is good. I like coming to this store for items I can’t find at Kroger.But I will ding them for self check out.Pointer: on a weekend or weekday, if you come before 8:00 or maybe 9 you will have to do self check out and 80% of the time they will not help you if you have a lot. They will watch you. So if you just remind yourself they they will not help you and accept that you can deal. Don’t take it personally.If you’re nice they may help you. Or if they know you...Otherwise the lady who does check people out is wonderful!

This is our primary grocery store. Its better than Kroger down the street, but the selection isnt nearly as good as the Market District Giant Eagle at Kingsdale. I was really hoping that they would have built a Market District near us. Such a shame they didnt splurge on this location. :/
