So I normally go to the prestige car wash on hillside Ave and the service is always excellent there, but because this car wash is around the corner from my house I do use them from time to time. I normally get the best package costing almost $40, on this Particular day I detailed the inside of my car so I just wanted a regular wash. The car was not dried throughly so I asked for a rag to dry it off, I then noticed that there were still spots or stains on the vehicle. I brought it to the managers attention who told me that’s what you get for a $8 car wash, I then said that the fact that I spend $40 every time I come here and because I just got a regular wash this time shouldn’t be any different. He said to me you get what you pay for (Turned his back to me and started laughing with his employees), feeling disrespected this could have clearly gone somewhere else. But because I’m at a different point in my life I just got in my car and left. For those of you that patronize this business your service probably has always been good, mine was too up until this point. In this day and age with prices almost doubled for goods and services you should always feel like a valued customer regardless of the amount of money you spending. If you pay for a service regardless of the level or package you should have that service provided according to what you advertise. (A car wash) date 10/03/2021 @ 5:15pm.

New to the area, I did a Google search and read the reviews here. I decided to drive in and Im happy I did. Got a complete oil change in under 30 minutes then I decided to get my car washed. Great car wash, the staff was very friendly and professional and my Dodge Durango came out clean as the day I got her! Very happy I came here, you wont be disappointed.

I wrongfully got charged for an item twice, and I didn’t realize till after the fact. I go in to tell the guy at the register who I think is the manager or owner. He tells me I did get 2 var freshners, and tells me to take care of my things. I told him I only got one. He was so rude. I’ve been coming to this car wash for years. After this I will never come again. This guy is rude and has no respect for females. Do not come here! For the ratings this place has, they are overly prices and should be closed. There are far better car wash than this one with better customer service and better prices.

Little bit of a wait..but they did a good job my car was filthy from a recent road trip..

My wife came here raving how great they were and they made a liar out of her. We came for a quick clean out and wash. They were doing a full on inside detail and expected us to wait until they were done. When she said she just wanted a wash and could she go around they told her no twice. Other cars came and just got on line. Then she got passed. Like I really asked you twice if I needed to wait for this detail to be over just to get my car washed and was told yes twice. Wasting 15 mins. I would never come here with my own car

No wait time. It was a rainy day… The guys were polite and courteous… I was in and out in 10 minutes for my oil change… Lucky me… I would go back again… With oil change you do get a free car wash within 10 days

They charge a lot for just an exterior wash. However if you change your mind too bad because there is no where to exit. However If you dont mind just an exterior wash their monthly unlimited wash prices are very reasonable.

Although not the quickest place to get a wash, they did a fantastic job on my car. The rims were free of all brake dust and was shined to perfection. The wax lasted a good week and a half on my car too. I was very happy with the results.

When you do a oil change you also get a free carwash but the down fall is they really just be cleaning the outside with a rag and barely dry it good. You can have your cup holders dirty and expect it to be the same way when you get back in the car.

Horiribe mannerism and customer service. I told the man I was coming back another day for the car wash since I had to go to work. He told me I could when I come back with the paper. I returned a couple days later with the paper and had to bargain and convince them that I was not stealing a car wash. It was completely uncalled for. They washed only my exterior and made me feel like I was stealing. The oil change is not quality oil anyway, go elsewhere.

I wish I could give zero for a review. These guys suck. The owners as fake signs up with different prices for the service. You tell them give me the basic and they pretend the basic meaning the $4.95 wash, however they have another sign up for $5.95. But when you go to pay they charge your $10 and say the basic means vacuum the inside to them so its $10. Then the owners tries to argue with you and he does not let up. Instead of specifically out lining what your paying for they purposely cause confusion to charge you more. These guys are crooks. Besides who wants to get their car washed by a cemetery. 👻

Place is affordable and decent. Every time I get an oil change the guy always say that either an air filter needs to be replaced or that I need a tire rotation or etc. I have a new car dude, how can that be? Always trying to get extra money....

50% of the time they fail to provide what you pay for. Always watch you car when it goes through here as if you pay for triple wax or rain x chances are they never turn it on. Usually the 2nd time through they get it right and then its a good job. This time it took 4x and the manager, Ive had this issue here for years but its close so by and they are not too bad most of the time.

Liars, Scammers, Outlaws. Im positive all those good reviews to this thing are fake, not based on the truth. Most of the people I talked to that has gone to this place have an awful experience and a bad concept of this business. In the workshop they steal from the car all they can find and owner do nothing about it. They extortion everyone they can. Lack of knowledge on mechanics and they do. Needless to say they are a disgrace for our community and a useless venue. We should remove this scam mechanics right away from our community. I already complained to the city hall.

I went there to wash my truck open the door to take the step out I know accidents happen it just broke a little clip so instead of Manning up and taking care of business which I wasnt mad at all they tried to say it wasnt their fault which it got caught in their machine we couldnt agree to something but they didnt want to hear it so Im not going there no more and I advise anybody not to go there theyre a bunch of Thieves

If you want to do regular cash wash is fine on a package preference $12.95, however i want to pay for the best service and pick vip plus cost $25 is totatly waste your money, just keep regular car wash. They did not clean inside, my car was so dirty and not vaccum on the seat and my truck.

Very disappointing been coming here for years paying $60 for synthetic oil changes and free car washes and sometimes paid extra for filters, advance car washes etc....I had a spill on my car door asked if they can just wipe down 1 door not even the entire door they told me an extra $25 wait a minute Im asking for one part door they said $25 they have now lost me as a customer forever
