The place flooded out indoors and ruined all my belongings.on top of the prior to the flood they were doing construction work and got some kind of powdery rock substance all over my stuff and I had to come find it like that. Also it seems like I might have a hard time with getting my insurance money but fingers crossed hopefully I dont have an issue with that

This place is absolutely horrible!They flooded. Ok understandable things happen. But when I went to my unit someone had gone in and thrown out some of my things. No one ever reached out or anything to say people would be going into the unit let alone removing anything.

I have no clue how this place have such high ratings they cant be real I also was flooded and dust everywhere things ruined rushed me to move to another space then said that I cant stay there because its not registered yet we just lost most of our possessions and thats all they think about is their space no compassion at all this is heartbreaking awful you deserve less than a 1 hope insurance pays the way they are rushing people out of their spaces cant even get anyone on the phone when you try to call shame on you

Having some issues with late payments, Tammy was absolutely wonderful at explaining all the options, the timelines of what would happen when, and finding a solution for payment. She was patient, kind and friendly throughout, respectful and encouraging, thanks!

Great great great team work!!!! I came in for boxes today and had no idea where to begin. The woman at the desk greeted me so warmly I felt welcome instinctively. Sade shows passion in voice when she invited me in. She gave me a lot of knowledge on the items y’all have & with the help of Angelica I was able to walk out with exactly what I needed. Before I walked out the ladies helped me assemble the boxes I brought because I had no idea what I was doing. They made my day, & eased my stressful thoughts. I’m leaving with a smile and know new knowledge on boxes lol. Thank you public storage, you guys did a great job having these two on your team. Highly recommend Public Storage to the community.

Joe went above and beyond during my entire move in process!! This facility is clean and well operated. The process was seamless and efficient. I highly recommend this location for securing your belongings in a safe and professional environment.

Used the storage unit for 2 hours, was refused any form of a refund for the rest of the month.Highly unprofessional.Would not recommend using public storage at all.***UPDATE***I received a personal phone call from the district manager Anthony who was extremely professional. The employees were always pleasant and knowledgeable . But the storage units and cleanliness of the place needs attention. The prices fluctuate, I had to move out due to the price increases.

I currently have my belongings stored at the hillside location. The young lady Kristin has been working with me and I couldn’t ask for someone more knowledgeable and professional. I’ve had multiple rooms throughout my time at public storage. Today I upgraded to a larger space yet again and had the pleasure to work with Kareem as well as Kristin and they make a dynamite team. Every location should have a Kristin and Kareem.

Gaby and Edwin where spectacular during a very stressful move as nothing was going right after dispute with moving company. Despite me be very angry Gabby and Edwin where very patient listening and understanding my frustration helping relaxing me. Gaby even swapped my trailer out giving me a closer trailer after already completing the first one. Gaby and Edwin are great as they truly went above and beyond. Please thank them for me.

I arrived and was treated with the upmost respect by the wonderful Kristin and Shaka. Kristin and Shaka, did everything in there power to help my sister and mother with space. Kristin is super woman when it comes to costumer service and should be placed in the corporate office. Shaka, was so pleasant and well spoken and should also be placed into the corporate office. I was ready to give up on public storage but this tag team of positive energy brought me back to what I love most about the company.

I recently acquired a larger storage unit at this Hillside location. Although weary about how the weather would affect my unit, I can say I am completely pleased. The units are waterproof in addition to pest controlled. Stephanie, Property manager at this location was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful to say the least when I needed this type of customer service the most. I would recommend anyone to make use of this Hillside location, conveniently located right off of the GS Parkway.

Ive had Public Storage units all across the US as I have moved around and, or course, I was glad to find this location in Hillside, NJ. The whole team here has been fantastic to work with and they are very accommodating. Always happy to answer a question...and always with a smile. Ive had the most experience in the office with Stephanie and Ryan M. and they really have helped make my time with Public Storage a great experience. The property is clean and well lit. I have a unit that is indoors, and I appreciate that the area is easily accessible.

This Public Storage location has gone above and beyond for customer service from move in to move out. I had a few things left in my unit that I couldn’t move by the end of my lease. Matt helped me find the correct size storage for my property and was very kind and helpful.

I came late but when I came the next morning cris helped me and was very helpful. I love how educated he was on everything. I also love how roomy the storage was. This location have a lock and code to enter the secure gate. They also informed me that no one else has a key to my storage so that made me feel great about my items. The insurance plan they have is very inexpensive and budget friendly. I will truly recommend this storage to friends and family.

I moved to the area a few months ago not knowing there was a storage place a street over and my belongings are at a terrible place 10 miles away. When I went to the Public Storage near me not only were the young ladies Janasia and Regina very professional, they were very sweet and knowledgeable. Janasia gave me my options, got me exactly what I needed and made feel comfortable and confident that everything I owned would be safe. Thank you very much, job well done!!!!
