☎ ☎ ☎ Does anyone ever answer the phones at U-Haul??? Everytime that I call no one answers... Need a major change in this area for the customers... I know that Im dialing the right number also cause I was in the front office & I dialed the no# & the phone rang. So I definitely have the correct no#... Far as the young ladies @ the Hillside unit they are very helpful... Once the phone answering improves then I will give more stars. That s my only complaint... Period answer the phone when they ring... Thank you....

I would definitely recommend. The customer service representative was patient, and understanding to our specific situation. My husband and I had a positive and helpful experience here yesterday. Would recommend!

I rented a unit and supplies online, showed that they were opened. Let me add that I’m using a uhaul (van) to move my things as well and have a certain amount of time to use the vehicle. Get here and see this . So unprofessional!!

Helpful staff, I called to fix my reservation and there was no issues whatsoever. The customer service representative helped me and answered all the questions I had. I will definitely use Uhaul EVERY SINGLE TIME I need a move.

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The place is clean organized, I had a good experience.
