Went here looking for some sink repair items. There were 2 older guys working at the counter and I couldnt find what parts I needed. I asked them to help and they called a woman named Tina to help. Tina never showed so after 10 minutes of waiting on a Sunday, i went back tot he counter. One guy was on his cell phone off in the corner and looked at me like I was bothering him so I asked the other guy if anyone was coming to help. He said he called someone so he didnt know what else to do. I said fine, Ill go to Grayco and I did. they had the parts I needed and the people were much more helpful

Just like my favorite hardware store growing up! Called to see if they had a hard to find item; not only did they have it, they gladly put it aside until I could get there to purchase it!! Great experience & customer service! Support your locally owned businesses!!😁🇺🇸

I love the folks at Ace. I was in town for work on my villa and constantly needed some little thing to assemble furniture, fix a fountain, new hose, mulch,etc. No matter what you need, ace has it. The staff is friendly and helpful. They ask questions to be sure you have exactly what you need and even a few things you didnt know you needed that save you a trip back later. Beware of all the fun stuff right by the check-out, even more stuff you cant leave without. Join the ace rewards program for terrific coupons.

We were greeted when we walked in, asked what we were looking for, and then personally walked to those items. We were in and out within 5 minutes. Great customer service!

Very helpful and ordered a non stoked item which will be in within three days.

Took a chain saw in to be repaired and they said they would call when ready, they never called. Finally we went in 3 weeks later and the guy told us oh sorry I’m too backed up to get to your chain saw. Why wouldn’t they tell you that up front? Horrible!!! Grayco on the other hand help us right away!!!

These guys and gals know their products and are very knowledgeable in order to help meet your needs!

Recently tried to install a new thermostat. Of course I messed it up completely and ended up blowing a fuse in the unit itself. Found that out after two hours on the phone with customer support for the thermostat. The guy assured me that any hardware store would have it. Of course no one did besides ace! After driving to two other hardware stores we called them and ask if they had it. They pulled the fuse off the shelf for us, grabbed a tool to help us change the fuse since we mentioned we were having a hard time getting the old one out and even found and installed a new battery in the garage door remote for us! Ace truly is the place with the helpful hardware folks!

I found a replacement connector for an air compressor that I bought for my father back in the 1970s. The thing wasnt even produced by the factory anymore. Nice to have a real hardware store.
