I love this place. Just moved here and it is one of my favorite stores. Just today Bob helped me and he was incredibly helpful and kind. I love that there are some Home decor as well as a full, everything you could need and more hardware store. Recently purchased 2 great huffy bikes as well.Go, it’s great!!

Love this store! Old fashion hardware, plus some great furniture and accessories. They make keys, have paint and they sell bikes also.

A fairly large selection of hardware items on the south end of the island. Not to the extent of a Lowe’s or HD but enough to get most basic jobs done. Very helpful staff, some that are fluent in Spanish.

You can find anything you need for your house 🏡 or any Project you may have, prices sometimes are Cuplé dollars higher but they save you time and gas if you desire go to Bluffton so worth the price

Very well organized store, not only hardware and home but also home office. Picked up sandpaper, a coastal themed welcome mat, and a ream of paper. Three stops in one, nice!

They have a good selection of hardware and most of the basic items. Very convenient, prices are high but convenience wins on that one. Only gave a 4 because I dont find most of the employees to be very happy or helpful, not sure why?

Love this store! Whenever my husband needs something from Grayco I gladly join him. I head to the left side of store to check out the latest decor items while he buys hardware, air filters or plumbing. They also have a great (high tech) key making machine. Check it out!

Very poor customer service experience when shopping for a canopy for my commercial space. Employee was rude and condescending. Today, another poor experience getting a key copied. Convenient location to shop for necessities, but don’t expect consistently great customer service.

I love to go in to explore and see all that they have. What a variety. Both men and women would enjoy looking. Kids too. Definitely worth a long look. The home furnishing area is nice, but comparatively overpriced. Still you might find something you cant live without.

Everybody is always nice, and helpful, bathroom was clean, glad to have this on the island so I dont have to go to Bluffton for stuff.

We stayed in Hilton Head for 10 weeks on our boat. This always means a part or two will be required. Grayco has a very good selection of nuts/bolts in odd and unusual sizes. Additionally, they offer a subset of Lowes and Home Depot along with interesting local offerings. Visit, browse, worth your time.

Might be a little more expensive that Home Depot or Lowes, but there is always someone there to give you advice and show you were things are. The service is worth the trip.

Grayco is no homedepot but they do an ok job in selection. The best overall selection compared to anywhere else on island. Plumbing is where I personally find them lacking in selection the most. A lot of space is spent on furniture and non hardware items that if used could bump their selection up to a 5 star from the 4 Im giving them now. They get a 3 star cause most, not all, of the middle aged to older workers are crazy rude! The younger workers are awsome and so nice! Ace hardware has less selection, but you know what? Ive started looking there first cuase their all nice and helpful!I do have to say the furniture and decor that they do carry here is top notch stuff at good pricing for what you get. Who ever picks out their selection in this part of the store was or is a talented interior decorator!

Hilton Heads major hardware store. Fill of all those last minute gadgets men need. Plus full of a knowledgeable staff waiting to help you and patient enough to answer all your questions. Great cashiers and very friendly staff. There is a big section of southern touch dustables, cute signs and other decorative items to keep the wife busy as you drool over the tool department and munch on the popcorn they dispense.

Like this store. It crosses the hardware boundary to home decor and more. Prices are not super great, but quality is there. You pay for a superior product in general. Speaking of the home decor here.

Been here for parts on several projects, they had many, many items I needed, but not everything. Im sure if they had more room in the building they would have pretty much everything. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Interesting store to browse. Everything from nuts and bolts to beach needs to nice living room furniture and lots of beach/nautical wall art. Enjoyed shopping there and will return soon.

Count me surprised. I often complain about the poor service, long lines at cashier and uncaring attitude encountered at Lowes or Home Depot. I usually just drive past this Grayce but stopped on Sunday. What a revelation. Found what I needed quickly and no wait for cashier. Staff was most helpful. Ill be back!

If you need a hardware or decorative item and dont want to run to the mainland to go to Lowes or Home Depot, this is the place to go. Staff is helpful, but return policy is not what you get at Lowes, so make sure you get it right the first time. Prices are also island, so be prepared for sticker shock. If you have the time, cross the bridge to the mainland!
