The staff in this store are friendly and helpful. Zeke is patient, kind, and knowledgeable- gave us all options for great deals. I had trouble pairing my phone the next day, and he helped troubleshoot. The manager also helped with a few questions. Best Verizon I have ever visited!

Its a great place to get the freshest set of Apple earbuds they have them in stock it seems like almost at all times they have a great selection at the latest and greatest mobile phones that your heart could desire and I do designer the latest and greatest and future Tech locally to my time so I can drive to thank you to Verizon I may have to switch can you hear me now Christopher

An amazing experience at this store. Twice I have gone in with an iPhone GPS problem to be solved. The technician Joseph was remarkably knowledgeable and helpful, spent two hours with me today resolving the problem. Theyre extremely competent and helpful, never an impatient word or action. I highly recommend this location.

I cannot say enough about the manager of this particular Verizon Store. I had two rather expensive issues with my phone, and he solved both issues efficiently. He saved me a great deal of money!!! He is extremely knowledgeable, fair, and easy to work with. Thank you!!

My boyfriend and I came in with multiple things we needed done and this store, specifically Matt who works there went above and beyond for us. He was very patient and attentive with us answering all of the hundreds of questions we had, and helping us set up our phones, switch numbers, and even helped us with all our apple related questions. If you can I highly recommend visiting this Verizon specifically!

I came in today 7-7-19 on a Sunday and John was a genius in helping me relocate my Facebook account that was lost during a new iPhone transfer process. He spent 30 minutes trying to figure it out (when know one else could) and finally relocated it!!Thank you John!!Karen

The store manager, Matt, was extremely helpful. We did the three phone shuffle as a new phone was purchased and two of us moved-up to two of the better remaining phones. Wife went from Droid to and IPhone. he was very patient with us and got the job done right the first time

Matt the manager and the other worker were fast efficient, kind and professional. I will never go anywhere else. I could not remember my pin, password or anything. This man helped me and I was out of there in no time. It helps to have kind, competent people who have a sense of humor. Verizon needs to promote this manager and keep people like him employed. Did not have a good experience down the road.

Matt, the store manager, waited on me. He was great! My phone was busted up and I needed to get a new one. He helped me get exactly what I needed. He explained everything to me and helped keep costs down. Matt was very knowledgeable about everything. Ill be going to that store from now on with any Verizon questions or problems.

Verizon,Why is it so hard to get a phone replaced when they are supposedly under warranty?And why are the warranty call centers all outsourced to foreign countries?Why does your marketing suggest phone replacements will be of the same model phone?

Customer service was great, the attendant catered to everything I asked, and evened stayed 1 hour after closing time to help me choose the best phones and plan. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Dealing with this Verizon store is particularly dreadful. First of all they never have any phones in stock. Every time I have bought a phone from them they have to order it. When I have ordered phones they failed to contact me when the device came in. I have called them countless times this week and they haventhe ever answered their phone. When I have go into the store the employees are very rude and unprofessional. I would prefer to go out of my way to go to another Verizon store.

I have been nothing but impressed with this branch. I have been looking forward to getting the Samsung S7 for a few months and would occasionally stop in just to admire the demo. Even despite my repeat questions and no immediate urgency to purchase a helpful gentleman by the name of Ryan would come chat to me about the offering and discuss product specs with me. I ended up getting my S7 yesterday evening and Ryan stopped at nothing to make sure I had the right gear and knowledge of this amazing piece of Tech. he even called after hours to make sure I understood how I could access the Samsung rebate for the VR headsetAnother incident worth noting was my wife was recently in store to activate/ discuss roaming options one evening. She was 2nd in line and the customer in front of her was having a completely unreasonable temper tantrum over the setting up of his new phone. He had walked at closing and was insisting he wanted his new phone set up immediately, with a new case and screen protector. This process obviously takes a few minutes and this unreasonable customer was acting like he was ordering a milkshake from a fast food restuarant. Despite this, the person in the store was Tommy Leahy, who I believe is a new hire, handled this nightmare client with patience professionalism and as swiftly as is physically possible.These two gents are assets to this branch and your brand. They should be acknowledged for their contribution because frankly, they are the reason we only deal with this branch.If you have any additional questions about the service My wife and I received please contact me

I was very pleased to have Reneau as my rep to help me with getting the right upgraded phone. He wrote out the math and explained everything to me so I could understand how much money I could save, as well what I was spending and where it was going. He set me up with the best plan that fit my needs and was open to changes that were necessary for me as well. Reneau gave me the time and savings warranted and kept on a great outgoing and caring conversation during waiting times (such as my phone loading) at the same time he was making sure he assisted the other customers as well. He excelled in multitasking and customer service. I will definitely go back to this Verizon store if I need anymore assistance. In the mean time, I am aware that I can email any questions to Reneau and the store on Whiting St in Hingham Ma, on my gomobile app.
