Good service and well stocked and parts but you will pay more for odds and ends stuff but they have to make money and better stuff than from AutoZone and the other two chain stores at least Napa doesnt sell junk like the other chain stores

Complete breakdown of communications between corporate and the stores. We had activity on our accounts that we didnt authorize (turns out it was the stores fault) and they still tried to make us pay for it. Now, they wont reinstate our business account.
