I entered upon needing a new taillight bulb. I was greeted by Skye. He was very attentive and knew exactly what bulb to grab. He even went out of his way to help me install the bulbs. He gives customer service an A++!!Definitely happy with my service

The associate was pleasant and helpful and backed by an extremely customer service-oriented manager. They made my return easy, painless, and made me much more likely to purchase from them again. Amazing team! Diana was amazing in replacing our newly purchased battery, the terminal was stuck and she was so great taking her time to get it off.

Basically everything is really good with your location the only issues (which are pretty big issues to me anyways) are that my husband and I specifically told the rep we needed a specific part and described exactly what it was (my husband couldnt think of the name of the part) and when my husband got the part ordered and put it in it was not the one he described it had different pieces on it so he returned it and had another part ordered. The staff was very nice and did the best they could it was the lack of part options for the Hyundai that were frustrating. The part was returned 3 times before he got the part he needed then it was a faulty part and didnt work. The rep told my husband to go ahead and come up and she would exchange it (this was 15 minutes before closing) so my husband told her Im sending my wife with everything are you going to be open because you close in 15 minutes and she said not a problem Ill be here waiting so he had me run up and it was 3 minutes to closing the doors were locked and 2 people at the register told looked at me and shook their heads and mouthed the word closed to me after stating they would wait for me but it wasnt even closing time yet. Very unprofessional to tell someone you will wait and then lock the doors and not let them in even though you technically arent even closed yet other than that everything and the other reps were all great it was all that one part issue and the one rep who made it not a great experience

Always the slowest place in the area to get rung out. Also faster to Google any questions you have for parts than asking anyone.

Literally the worst excuse of a professional establishment I have ever been too. Everyone has a 1st grade education at best.

These guys go above and beyond the call of duty. My husband and I are from NC. We started having some trouble with our truck blowing oil onto our trailer. Discovered it was a clogged radiator line. We stopped at a Auto zone 20 mi before the Holiday store and we were sold the wrong radiatior for our 09 Chevy Silverado... These men had to check the computer three times, we got the wrong one the first go. They let us check the box before leaving, so we were able to catch the mishap. They found us the right one, even with their computer saying it wasnt in stock. The price was different 50$ these guys didnt care. After receiving the wrong item from a sister store. They honored the original price and hubby got the right radiator. I would give these guys all my business, If I wasnt 10 hours away!!!Thank you guys so much. You guys truly rock!!!

They werent very helpful and I dont know what he did to the hood of my car but now it wont shut all the way. Now I have to pay to fix it. Wont be back.

We were very disappointed when we arrived at 11:45am to find the manager inside the store wearing her mask above her eyebrows, not covering her mouth and nose as she talked with a customer. It was even more concerning to see her turn away a customer (a local business owner at that) who had not yet been able to get a mask. The news announced YESTERDAY that the mask order was going into effect tonight. Not this morning. Considering the employees are not even practicing the protocols correctly it was wrong of them to turn away a customer like that. Also at 11:47 there were employees outside the establishment helping customers with oil, they were not social distancing and not using masks. Practice what you preach, do only the customers have to wear masks in AutoZone of Holiday?

Great staff reasonable prices. I went to get my two cars batteries tested for free along with many other services they offer for free. And they told me the truth and said One battery was did but the other was not it just needed to be charged. I was at another place but told me they were both dead. I had every intention on putting the battery in myself but they insisted they would do it and it would only take him a second which is what happened less than 5 minutes and I was out of there plus the five minutes for the test. Definitely will use this store again for all my auto needs

All of the parts I needed were in stock and at good prices. A job that all the mechanics told me around 1300 to do, I was able to get the parts for 165 and Ill do it myself next weekend. Might take a little longer but Ill get it done alot cheaper.

Not helpful at all. It seems no one wants to work to assist the customer. One guy says the other guy has to finish with us so obviously no one wants to help. Dont waste your time coming here, the employees dont like each other or their job

I went to Sun Toyota for a warranty repair, they of course gave me a list of repairs and maintenance items that needed to be done in addition to the warranty repair, 2 of 4 the suggested items were new tag lights for $47.95 and removing corrosion from my battery for $59.95. I went to Auto Zone in Holiday, purchased new tag lights for $4.80 and an Auto Zone employee installed them and removed the battery corrosion for free. I was able to save $110.65 (after tax) because Auto Zone takes such great care of their customers. Thank you Auto Zone for outstanding customer service!!!!

I find AutoZone as the auto part store that has so many miscellaneous things for any car which is perfect for alot of my needs (the last thing I got here was a bearing dust cap). They are over all very good with customer service and Id say the only problem is they lack some specific parts for my 1994 f-150 like a high volume oil pump (but Im sure they could order it to the store online).

Rep very knowledgeable. Took time to research an item for my vehicle. Unfortunately exhausted options. Suggested I try teddys as my truck is 10 years old. Ill give it a try.Thank you

I stopped in today to grab windshield wipers from my Nissan Altima. I was assisted by Colton who was both extremely friendly and helpful. Not only did he help me find what I was looking for quickly he went above and beyond, came outside and put the windshield wipers on my car for me thanks a lot Colton!

The place is great but this site sucks. To me its basically a virus. It keeps sending me message after message after message after message after message after message after message after message. I really want to give them -10 on their grade because they should be home doing drugs and not in a retail store dealing with the public.
