The guy is rude. He wanted 90 for an ac compressor used when a new one is 112 new at autozone. I told him might as well by a new one, he said hes been in this business for years and that Id be better off buying it for a dollar then and hung up on me. Sloppy rude business.

Closed 45 minutes earlier then published on the sign outside and on their website. When I called on the phone before he was extremely short and dismissive. The shop is ghetto and not well maintained.

I happen to call about 20 different places looking for a part that seems to be nonexistent however when I ran across teddy bears Auto parts he did not have the part however was able to partner with another auto parts place in St Augustine and they had the part that is what you call customer service he not only did not have the car but was willing to send me to a competitor so that I could find that part. It is not exactly close to where I live however for that part I thank them much great customer service freaking awesome thank you thank you thank you for anyone else I would start there some of the other salvage places and pick-n-pulls had to put you on hold like they were thinking about it however they were probably just looking for the part that was not put on hold but to have him wrap up on another call thanks again and he will be my first call if I need a part or looking for a part for my car thanks again

Over the last 20 or so years, Ive had to use Teddy Bears many, many times. ALWAYS top notch .. professional, efficient, reasonable, and always share a good laugh with Dino, and his crew. Ive been in the Pasco/pinellas area for over 50 yrs. ..Have NEVER found a better business to deal with. Most local businesses ( of all types ) should be required to take a course from Teddy Bears.

The guys there had us go back to look at the part before the part was pulled to make sure it was in a condition we wanted to purchase. The are very knowledgeable. They knew that the part we needed would need to be reprogrammed and referred us to a place close to us that had the proper equipment to do the job at hand. The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. I am new to this area and they will always be the first people I call when I need used parts.

Told me $500 for a rebuildable core engine. Drove an hour here to buy it and they want to charge me another $300 core charge. A core charge on a core engine. An engine thats costs $1000 at other yard in good running condition with no core charge. Makes no sense.

We picked up an alternator. It is still working, so far. It has been a couple of weeks now. We did notice the part was completely dirty like it was pulled from a vehicle sitting for years. It had all kinds of debris coming off of it. I know they are used, pulled parts but they could be cleaned up some, wiped off, anything. I dont know. I would just have employees put in a little more of an effort for that. It would make a huge difference.

Great service. All the employees I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Picked up a front bumper cover and rear door lock actuators for my G6. After looking at the car in the yard, I told them Id take the parts. The bumper looked good when on the ground. They even asked me to look again after they saw a scrape once they had it in the air. Parts fit and worked perfectly. Very happy with this place.

Have never actually been here, but I have called many times looking for different parts and if they dont have them they always find me someone who does. Very professional, friendly, and helpful.

I call regarding a motor, politely asked if there is any way to get a small discount of the overall price before I proceed and make the payment to order it. The worker clearly stated you are speaking to the owner, and NO in a very rude way and hang up the phone on me. Not a professional way to treat your customers.

Its a great place to get parts! The people working isnt that friendly at all! In fact, pretty rude and not really helpful much! If they had different employees, it probably would do so much better business wise!! Ill go the extra miles to go to a different place, because I cant stand people who apparently dont like their job, or just dont like people in general!

Straight up wasted my time drove an hour to get a caliper that they told me they had on the phone got there sat and waited another hour while they were supposed to be getting it off the truck just for them to come out and tell me they dont have it they were already sold

Have gone here for many parts, they dont always have what need but they will check their database to see if any local yards have it. Not always the friendliest people, but its not 7-11 youre not paying for a Coke & a smile. Prices are decent, your not leaving feeling like you took with no lube.Thats really all i can say its a local scrap yard. They get new inventory in often on set times, definitely check them out.

Came there over 10 times gotten a couple parts but they said they had stuff for my car over the phone 3 times that happened But it was the 3rd time I was tired of it I got there and waited about 15 minutes then they told me they don’t have the part the one that was and the shelf was gone ok man good for me now I waisted my time so don’t waist yours make sure they take a look before u drive all the way and wait to find out they don’t have it

Was looking for a particular part for my husbands 98 Nissan. Called several junk yards and all I got was, nope dont have it. Called A1A auto which sent me to Dino. He found the part, pulled it off the head gasket and even shipped it to us since we live on the east coast. Saved us a 3 hour trip and the part is in excellent condition. Teddy Bears Auto has provided me with lots of parts for my cars and trucks over the years. Customer service has always been great even when they were busy. If your looking for new or used auto parts I would give them a try.

I called several times over the last few weeks checking prices for parts I needed in my SUV. Can I just seriously say every price I was quoted for Used parts were more expensive or on par with the prices I was finding to buy it new? Why so expensive for a USED part. I Google several parts for my SUV including a distributor (They quoted me 100$) and The funny part? Found them NEW online with a better warranty by 9 months for CHEAPER 92$ Customer service is great and no complaints on anything but the prices.

If you catch them in a good mood your good. Definitely dont call if youre a woman, make sure who you do have call has knowledge about mechanics. Taking a star off because I have had very rude experiences before so now I have my husband deal with them.

Terrible customer service, we hung up on after I asked about junking a car. We will never get parts from them again. Was going to ask about a door panel, windshield, motor mounts and a couple other parts. I will take my business elsewhere. My garage will never refer to them again either. I have never in my life ever been treated so rude. Even thought I did laugh at them over junk prices, they need to improve customer service skills greatly. One lost customer and many more to come.
