They close at 5:00, not 6:00 during the week. Glad I drove 20 minutes to get here at 5:11 and they’re all locked up.

I went in to buy an electrical part. Display said $2.49. At the register, they wanted to charge 4.99 plus tax. Employee went back and looked at the sign. He agreed that it said $2.49 for the part I was purchasing. He then charged me $2.99. I wasnt going to let .50 ruin my day. I will go to Autozone the next time I need parts.

Well needless to say was brass tacks. I went in there and found exactly what I needed. Napa is always good because they have everything the other auto part stores dont have!! Im a forever fan!!

Today we blew a hub bearing on our jet ski trailer and decided to stop by to see if they had a replacement. They did! Staff is super nice and extremely helpful. I believe his name was Jake but he even supplied my boyfriend the tools and helped us replace it. I highly recommend this place!

Well they sell Auto parts and the guys are generally friendly just like other car part stores. Average fare. I was under the impression that they would swap my battery out for me just like AutoZone... They dont. I had to do it myself which is not really a big deal because I am mechanically inclined. That being said, anybody else that is not mechanically inclined as me.. be ready to do any work yourself. I did it myself. They did not ask me for assistance, but Im a big boy and I can swap out a battery. If they are competing with other auto parts stores then they need to step up to the plate and do something extraordinary that the others dont. You wont find that here unless new management comes in and they decide to change how they do business...

Had exactly what I needed and had it fast.

I order parts from online from this location several different times. This store has many different items that you simply will not find at Advanced Discount Auto Parts or AutoZone. When you order from online to this store you get a discount for using the website and picking up in store.This store always has the products ready for pick up when you get there. I usually pay in store as well after having received the items that were ordered.I recommend using them if they have the parts that you need for you vehicle.I will be using this store again in the future.

Service was great but I was disappointed 😞 they are normally not bad and efficient..this vist was not great;; MIGHT have been new..

Went in for a v belt, gave them the Napa #, said they didnt have it would have to get it from Tampa, then the guy said I have one thats upgraded so I said Ill take that. For about 10 minutes he is back and forth looking for it, while the other 2 counter guys seemed to enjoy watching him try to figure it out, finally one of the guys says that order hasnt been stocked in yet and then the guy tells me well its back to plan A, order it from Tampa. Nice to see the teamwork by the other 2 guys that just lost you a customer. If the guy I was dealing with was new or just not up to speed help him, but what seemed like their desire to watch him fail they ultimately are the failures. All the great reviews here, guess if you shop often enough to be a bud, like the only other customer that was there during the 15 minutes I was there, talking Tractors, alls good.

Went to this store to buy a part that costed 112. They had to order it and I picked it up and installed it. Well come to find out they sold me a hydraulic filled mount for 76 dollars when in fact I wanted the solid mount that cost 112. Never buying parts from this place again. I will stick with rockauto. I will be calling and filing a BBB complaint against this company .

Great service, guys remembered what I had called about and not brain dead. Already had parts out for me when I arrived when I didnt tell them to take them out.

I was greeted at the door by an employee asking how he could help me. He then walked me to the item I needed. It was so nice to have such a high level of customer service.

Maybe Napa has slipped some folks recent memory due to all the big box stores cropping up, but they are alive and well in Holiday. This store has a nice group of people, and a decent selection of stuff I wouldnt expect to find. Sometimes cost can be an issue, but not on everything.

Needed a $0.49 clamp. Went to pay and left my wallet at home. Heading for the door the guy gave me the clamp and said to bring it next time. When to the car and scavenged some change. Great guys. Dont find service like that these days.

Ive been to alot of places over the years and this is by far my favorite parts store ever!! Customer service is superior to the competition and the staff goes out of there way to help!! Wont be going anywhere else if I dont have to! Just ask for Eddie and he will take care of the rest!! 10 stars!!

Dirty, unorganized, cramped, and over priced. Everytime that I have been in there, I have called ahead and put the part on hold. I still wait 30+ minutes for their staff to stop talking long enough to grab my part.All of these things could be excusable and possibly only land them 3 stars. However, there is a clean, organized, large, well stocked, and fair priced (and price match, almost without question) AutoZone, a block north.

Normally love this place very knowlegable of parts customer service is all way on point well today was a little different, The lady I talked to cristina w. over the phone wasnt knowlegable and was very rude and when I ask her to ask someone who might know she hung up on me. I went to the store the guys took great care of me she still was very rude when I got there I love this place but she needs to go if she doesnt love helping customers that secure her job.
