Todd provided us with great service in repairing our bikes while we are traveling. He completed work on four bikes with next day service. All the work was done very professionally. His prices are reasonable. We definitely recommend 42 North.

Superior service! Todd responded quickly to my request for bike repair, had it completed overnight and delivered back without charge! Bike works better than ever! Reasonable cost too. He also gave us a part we need to connect a tag-along bike, delivered it and didn’t charge. He is exceptional -and treats you like family. This is definitely my go-to place for bike repair in Holland!

Cant say enough about how nice Todd was when a utility pole jumped out in front of me while riding in Holland, MI. He came in after hours on a Saturday evening to help me get my bike in riding shape so we could continue riding for the rest of our vacation. Thats more than good customer service. Thats above and beyond professionalism.

I bought a nice single speed bike here at 42North. Pat and Mike were extremely helpful and helped swap out a few ordered parts to build my bike exactly the way I wanted. Great place with friendly faces, I will definitely return in the future for any bike needs.

Super friendly staff went above and BEYOND to help me with my bike. After one of the biking experts tuned and tweaked my bike it rode like a monster. These guys are my number 1 bike spot!

Got all my boys haircuts there tonight, including my 1 yr olds very first one! Stacey does an amazing job-Very happy with all of them. And she even had toys, and treats, to keep the other kids busy. We will be back!

With 42 North being just down the street from me, my neighbor and I make a visit probably 2-3 times a month. All the employees are super nice, and help you with whatever you need! I got my first skateboard there for my 9th birthday, and couldnt be happier! They helped me out when the setup got a bit too pricey, gave us some used trucks for about half the price.

Im always satisfied on the service I get at 42 North. The staff is knowable and prices are great.

I have purchased bikes from here with no pressure from the staff...just good information so I got the bike that fit the person that would be riding it. I also get all my parts from here and get my families bikes serviced here and never had a single issue and even if I did I know without a doubt Id be taken care of. One example is, I broke a sprocket and brought it into to them and the staff had me up and running in 15 minutes for the long weekend of biking I had planned. I Cant say enough about how good these folks are.***Sorry to say that this shop has closed its doors. 7/27/21.***
