Was not informed of $19.14 charge for roadside tire warranty. I was asked to sign and agree to all charges before my invoice was emailed. Fraudulent billing practices scamming each customer who buys even one tire into paying for an optional warranty. A quick google search about this resulted in a prior class action lawsuit over ten years ago yet this practice still continues.
I bought a used Jaguar XKR and shortly after discovered a slow leak from one of the rear tires. Took it to this Firestone and after removing the tire the mechanic found a very tiny run out on the rim. It was barely visible and probably the previous owner had nudged a curb or a pothole. He re-seated the tire and I have had no problems since. They could have told me I needed new tires but they didnt. It did take a while to discover the cause but saved me a big expense. Wonderful service and attention to detail. I would go back there in a heartbeat if I need tire service.
The goal of any business is to do it right the first time. Sometimes, mistakes are made. But the sign of a great company is when they own the mistake. I had new tires put on here late last year, and they overtorqued the lugs, resulting in the stripping of a couple lugs and studs, something I only found out when I had the tires rotated during an oil change recently. Expecting a fight, I called Firestone and spoke with the manager, Daniel, and he said, lets make an appointment, bring it in and well make it right. And they exactly what they did.I highly recommend this location for their honesty and professionalism and skill.
Beware of this Firestone!!! My daughter (19 years old) took her car to this Firestone yesterday to have a tire fixed that had a nail in it and was told that her tires were very dangerous to drive on and that she needed all new tires immediately. Well, I know a thing or two about tires as I owned a tire store for 8 years. Her tires had over 50% of tread left. I find this disgusting and Im just glad my daughter was smart enough to not fall for this.
Honestly they just care about making money. Concept of good customer service doesnt exist in this franchise.
They seem to do a good job and take care of the services I need. Never have to worry about upsetting or pressure to buy something. Never experience an issue with finding more wrong than what I came in for. Also appreciate the quick service and seem to always have openings when I need to get in.
I am very happy with my service at Firestone. The mechanic explained, in detail, all that was wrong with my vehicle and how it needed to be fixed. I felt confident in their diagnosis (Ive had many car problems over the years so I usually have a good idea of what is wrong and if someone is trying to take advantage). The mechanic even showed me pictures of the pat that needed to be replaced and told me how it worked! I brought my car in during their Presidents Day sale when they were having their 10% off service promotion and I didnt have to bring in a coupon for the discount, they just automatically applied it. This made me feel like they really cared about it. I will definitely be coming back to this place.
I had a very horrible experience with the NC State inspection at this location last week. This location cleared and passed window tint on my car in 2020 and in 2021 they failed the same tint by over 20%. When I challenged the guy at the front desk, he started questioning my character. I was so frustrated with these people as they didn’t like me questioning them. I finally told them to prove it to me by showing the numbers to me. They finally agreed and brought the tint meter outside and come to find out my tint was over the nc recommended 35%. The tint level was 41%. They were so shocked that they inspected every single window just to prove a point and fail my car.I would never go to these crooks again. They are here to just fail the cars and cause so much stress to their customers. I will try to reach out to DMV and report them. Please do not visit this place unless you want to get ripped off.
Have been to them twice, both times they were very helpful and answered all my questions including showing me so I know what to look for. We moved out here a yr ago and have not found a place we can trust, HS Firestone has earned a new customer. Their Friendly and honest with both the good and the bad news, I strongly recommend them.

They really took care of me. They were kind and got the job done in good timing. Granted I only needed a tire they still got me in and out for a Saturday. They gave me my quoted price from the previous day and ordered the tire I needed right away. The only thing I would say improve on as a business is to not have the price fluctuations. Thankfully I saved my quote or else I would have been charged more. This location has a great staff. Way to go guys and thanks for all your help!
The good first- I have always had a pleasant experience with customer service. Very friendly and I have seen this same interactions with many customers.The bad- Well, I saw so many interactions with customers because I was here for 3 1/2 hours. I had a 9AM appointment for new tires, an oil change, and an inspection. Theres not a ton of people here, so its strange that I am going into hour 3 of sitting here. Maybe I should just walk in or drop off next time? Because those people seem to have a bigger priority than me, who made an appointment knowing that I would have to stay here.I also was recommended a different tire for my vehicle, which is great. But when I am told, I usually dont recommend the ones that you have. Well, um....someone here did. Makes me worry that I am being recommended based on sales incentives and not what is best for me.So, overall, I would give a 3.5 but I dont think Google allows half stars. I am also running out of battery on my phone since Ive been sitting here for so long. I will say that I saw about 7 people come and go so maybe its not a continually problem?

Terrible experience, I made my appointment and when arriving they took my keys and I waited for 30 minutes. Then they told me that they did not have an alignment tech to do the job. They wasted an hour and a half of my time in addition to driving. Steer clear of this place.

I have an older silverado, 314+k miles. The only reason its gotten this far is because of maintenance. I replaced some front end alignment/suspension components, alignment was pretty good based off the numbers, but they neglected to grease the zerk fittings on the joints. Took it back about a month later to have the issues addressed and they did. But gave the truck a once over and left the dip stick for transmission open.(if they checked it at all) according to the paperwork they did check the fluids.
Appointment didn’t take longer than expected, front staff friendly and informative and knowledgeable. Service technician made sure I was all set!

Brought car in for lifetime alignment service and they were kind enough to also align my steering wheel which was off a bit after replacing it myself.If I could make any recommendations on improvements, I would say simply try to deliver the car clean when done. Small things like wearing gloves, laying paper mats and covering other areas to protect from grease prints or other contact goes a long way.But overall, good folks. Thank you!
The staff at Firestone was really helpful and kept me up to date on what was going on with my car. I like that they will work on older cars. You can even bring outside tires for them to put on! It is also really easy to make an appointment with them online.
Tom, the front end assignment manager was great. I needed new tires (my choice, the originals on my truck were not my favorite) and old brake fluid change. Found the tires I wanted and needed for a good price. Let me know about other deals since I plan on keep my truck. Like lifetime alignment checks and adjustments for the cost of two alignments, with all the pothole in town, its a great idea. The mechanic was great and answered all my questions with no problems. I was referred to them by my wife and how they treated her. They did great by her.

Set up for a basic oil change, was charged $60 at check out. Was not told that there was a significant up charge for high mileage vehicles. After checking out and heading to the door, was told that I had a small oil leak. Was not asked if I would like it fixed during the appointment. Was told to come back to have it fixed or request a fix at next oil change.
Rance Hume is amazing. He is approachable and extremely competent. He took his time to explain the issues with our vehicle (multiple oil leaks) and what was needed to fix it. It was a major job and cost a lot of money. He provided us updates and delivered the car as promised. We are very pleased with Rance. I have been bringing my company car here for almost 10 years and the customer service has been great over the years. However, the last couple of visits have not met my expectations. I always make an appointment and waited for almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation- WITH an appointment. They did not tell me that they would be replacing the battery until after they had already decided to do so and had already called my fleet company. I waited on filters to be delivered and once delivered they did not fit. I will not be returning which is a disappointment. I dont have the time or cant afford to have my car not available for work. They continued to try to have me stay because they anticipated it only taking 5 more minutes but it kept me from making an appointment I had downtown.
The technician did a good job on my truck, but the customer service was poor. I left my truck at the shop and it took an unreasonable 10 hrs to put rear calipers on my truck. Didnt respect my time
Walked in and the Advisor took 10 minutes to come out of the back office to say hello. Had my tire plugged and returned due to a slow leak in the same tire. Originally waited 1.5 hrs and have to wait another 1.5 hrs on the return. I’ve given these guys several chances because they are local. Underwhelmed and overcharged. The shop down the street charges $10 cash and do it in 7 minutes. Never had to return due to poor workmanship either.
The only reason I’ll go back to this firestone location is to get a refund. Sure, the staff you deal with is friendly enough...but “nice” doesn’t keep me safe on the road. This place is a joke.Short version of this story is AFTER they “aligned” my car (twice), they told me they didn’t have a technician qualified to do it. They knew my car wasn’t aligned when I drove off, but certainly had no problem taking my money..My car drove perfectly fine, but it was time to get my tires rotated and I knew it needed an alignment because of how the inner wall of the tire was wearing. Went with the lifetime alignment, balance and rotation package. I was waiting for a while but I’m not complaining about the wait time-the guy even knocked off some money for the long wait.Car drove weird when I left and I assumed they put too much air in my tires. Took some air out when I got home and my issues progressively got worse. I didn’t even feel safe driving anymore. Took the car back and explained exactly what it was doing. Instead of waiting I dropped it off in the morning and got a call at 6:30 pm the following day to tell me it was ready.I was assured that the issue had been resolved. When signing papers I questioned the alignment sheet and compared the one they had given me the week before. The gentleman went and spoke to the technician that worked on my car and that’s when I learned that 2xs they had someone unqualified to do the job. And go figure, my car is doing the exact same thing it was when I dropped it off.An alignment is a safety check on a vehicle...The gave me a bad alignment and KNEW it before I drove away-not just once, but TWICE!!!Bad business and straight up unethical to be letting unqualified individuals to perform maintenance on vehicles.I recommend staying away from this place.
Artie was able to quickly help with a complicated problem we had when we went to get our newly purchased used pickup. He listened carefully to understand and then made phone calls to figure out the solution. He went above and beyond for us and we will be back!
Rance is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what’s going on with your vehicle and what work will be performed. He always teaches me something new whenever I drop in. Appointments are a good idea. Comfy waiting area. Will always bring my car here where I can trust the work done on my car.
I go to this place for minor repairs and inspections annually and they do a great job. Very nice team here, and they communicate well and are reasonably priced.
I brought my truck to firestone in holly springs store # 336252 on 3/8/2020 for an 11.00 am appointment. I got there at 10.49 for a tire rotation and alignment check. I dropped it off for a couple of hours. At 1.37 i recieved a phone call saying they were busy and the truck would be coming right in. At 3.20 i showed up to check on it and was told they are just finishing the rotation and they were about too do the alignment. I asked them to back the truck out with out the alignment because of the fact they had my truck for 4.5 hours for a job that should have taken 45 minutes tops. As a former firestone lead tech i am familiar with there policys.
Have owed all kinds of vehicles and have dealt with all types of service. From dealerships to oil changing places to backyard mechanics to doing it myself. I have had good, not so good and horrible experiences. Paid what I thought was fair, to been taking to the cleaners. I had a dealership blatantly lie to me and tell me I needed a new $3000 engine only to find out all it was just a $200 valve job. So trust is something very important in who works on any of my vehicles. John and his crew over at FS in Holly Springs are by far the best and most trust worthy service guys I have ever encountered in the 34 years I have owed vehicles. John will tell you straight and always updates you on where they are at with your service or repair. In the three years I have been using them, there has never been any of those last minute $300 surprises. They have actually found ways to make the cost lower once they got into doing the repair. Nobody does that. John and his team do everything for all my vehicles and I have never been disappointed with anything they have done. You wont be disappointed either.
I had a unique request for over sized tires and the manager Tom took care of everything for me. They were even open New Years day! Thanks for your dedication guys. My truck has never drove better. Thank you guys.
I received excellent and speedy service today. My car wouldnt start after I finished picking up a few items at Walmart. I walked to Firestone on a whelm after a man refused to give me a jump. The employees were so helpful. They drove me to my car, gave me a jump, checked my battery, and replaced it all within 30 minutes! Such great service!
I’m done. Manager is a nice guy but they continue to lack the ability to schedule their turn times due to whatever excuse. Appointment 10am...My car still not on the lift. 1pm pick. You pay for the lifetime alignments, balance and rotates and it’s just a waste of your day...

I have had my Dodge Ram 1500 for about 3 years. About 2 months after purchase, I took my Ram to Firestone and purchased the lifetime alignment special. They were not able to get my vehicle in alignment. It was close though. About 4 months later, I took it in again to see if maybe another mechanic was working and I would have a little better luck. Firestone decided to switch the tires to the other side of the car running my directional tires in the wrong direction. I about hydroplaned off the road the next decent rain we had. Well, needless to say, I got tired of the song and dance so I took my Ram to Hamiltons Auto. They were able to align my vehicle within specs. Since my tires were then worn out, I went back to Firestone to see if they would help out with my need for new tires since they could not figure out how to align my vehicle. They said tires would cost me $1000. I was dumbfounded. So I went to PEP Boys and paid less than $600 for a better tire. I will not take ANY of my vehicles back to Firestone even if they are the last dealers in the world!!!
Went to this firestone after being told by my official manufacture dealer that I needed new brake pads, the team at firestone called me to the back only to show me exactly how thick my brake pads were and that I did not need any new pads yet. They could have just replaced them and charged me a couple hundred dollars and I wouldn’t have known, but they were honest and instructive in showing me the true status of my car and brake pads. And I left the store satisfied by their honesty and delivery of their service.
I love the Holly Springs Firestone! Weve taken all our family cars there for years, but today they went above and beyond in a way that earned my loyalty forever. Yesterday I had to take my car into the dealership for a recall repair. While there, the service dept. told me of two other repairs I needed--both very costly. Instead of saying yes immediately, I called Firestone to give me a quote on the same repairs. They quoted me almost half of what the dealership was asking, so I brought my car back to Firestone. You might think thats the end of the story... but it gets BETTER! When I went to pick up my car this evening, Rance and Antwuan told me that they were taking off the cost of a repair I had done a year ago because it might have been caused by a warrantied part. So to recap... they did a repair on a warrantied part at no cost. They refunded another repair that MIGHT have been caused by part, and they did the repair I asked for at half of the cost of the dealership. Do you see why Ill never go anyplace else? The staff at the Firestone in Holly Springs takes integrity in business to a whole new level.
There are two Firestones on Fort Bragg. The one on Gruber Road is much better, faster and friendlier. But for some reason Corporate hasnt bothered to place a picture of that store on any web page nor have they corrected Google map so customers can find it. Shame.
What do I say. I was worried about going to this shop because of the recent bad reviews. But then, my wife’s car battery went dead at the after 5pm on a Saturday. She called Firestone where we purchased it and we arrived at 5:45 just 15 minutes before they close.The technician, John Shinn, and the Salesperson Devin Drabick, took the time to take care of my wife’s battery. They had to replace the battery terminals, cleaned all the blue corrosion, and out everything back together. They did not appear the be impatient with the fact it was after closing time. They finished at 6:30.Due to this experience, I visited the next day to get my oil changed in my truck even before it was due. The Service Manager, Kate Hart, was very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. She even did extra research and told me I didn’t need tires yet. (What? Not trying to sell me?). She out performed the previous Service Manager, by a mile.I don’t go to the dealer to get my work done because this location is by far the best and seems better than ever. I know service in this pandemic has probably slipped, however, it back and better than ever! Thank you.

Folks here are always courteous, and provide great detail about issues. Sure, the prices arent the best, but Ill pay a little more for quality service. Be mindful, an appointment is always a good idea, this place does get very busy.
Amazing is an understatement. I have never experienced the level satisfaction that I have at this location. Rance really knows customer service and he instills that same quality in his entire staff. I highly recommend them for your automotive needs.
I had an 8:00 am appointment. I got there at 7:58 am and left at 9:57 am. I had a oil change and a inspection done. It costed me 92 dollars and some change.

Without doubt the best experience with automotive repair Ive ever had. We have 4 cars from 14 to 4 years old, so I have been here quite often for both routine and unexpected maintenance. The manager and employees go out of their way to explain any needed repairs, they have flexible scheduling and complete work on time, unless something unexpected is found, in which case they inform you of the problem and delay quickly. All of the staff are friendly and professional, and the service area is kept clean and organized.Update - I continue to bring all of my cars here and always trust their service and advice. Ive never felt that they have recommended unnecessary work; in fact, they go to the trouble to explain what is needed now and what can wait. As long as Rance is managing this store, Ill never go anywhere else.
Worse place ever, This Firestone is not like other Firestone. This place do not take walk-in customer at all. You need to book an appointment at least a week in advance. Dont depend on this place for your emergency repair, not even a oil change.I went to this place couple of times. It took almost a month to get a damn oil change. I went there again for another oil change since its near my house and also holly springs does not have enough car service places. They told me I need to take appointment, so I left and after two days, I called back to take an appointment, the guy on the phone did not bother to put appointment in the system. When i went there, some different guy was there, ask me what i need, as soon as i mention oil change, he told me to take appointment. I guess they only want large repairs. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.
Had my 4 tires replaced here and when I called back to see about my missing wheel lock was told it’s not their problem because they “put it back or hand it to you” neither of which was the case for me and now I have no wheel lock....
Reasonable service but when we were ready to pay the $600 they told us they didn’t take credit cards!!! Only Firestone credit card. I have not been to any establishment except for one going out of business that doesn’t accept credit.
Mario and Art are great associates who always look for ways to make the customer experience more pleasant. I used to go to the store in Apex where they worked before but now that they are here, I will make every effort to make this my home store.
Do NOT go here. I completely agree with the other peoples reviews on this. I am usually not one to take the time to write a bad review online for a company however this one deserves it. I had a problem with the heat/air condition where no air was coming out which is clearly an issue with the motor blower. I asked them to look at the blower. Of course, they didnt. They said it was something else, made me pay to replace that part and charged me for a motor blower inspection. Next day, blower doesnt work. I take it back and they say that it really is the motor blower. I came to find out that they never even inspected the motor blower in the first place but charged me 100 dollars for it! Be very weary if you go here.
I have been to this firestone location multiple times and have never had an issue. The staff is always polite, honest, and does good work. I never feel that they are pushy about selling parts or a service and that is something I really appreciate. I decided to write a review today because to me, the little things matter and Mario went above and beyond for me today. After having work done, I went back inside and asked if he minded looking at my license plate. It has been attached by duck tape for a month because on of the brackets broke. He, without hesitation took a look, fixed it, and wished us a wonderful day.It’s the little things that matter, so thank you Mario for that.

Called them for the appointment earlier today for the oil change on my car. they wanted me to drop of the vehicle for a few hours to get it done which doesn’t made sense to me. Why would you hold the car for oil change??Anyways i ended up going to VALVOLINE down the street go the oil change done in 15 minutes and $10 less.
Not sure what location you all are referring to but Ive been going to the Holly Springs location for the past 4 years - totaling 4 vehicles between my husband and myself. They have got me in & out as promised EVERY time. They great me warmly every time I walk in the door. They opted to replace a wire instead of replacing a harness and saved me quite a big chunk of change. My husband knows he can send me in there without him and knows I will not be taken for a ride (forgive the pun). Jon B runs a very upstanding operation and I would not consider taking either of my cars to anyone else.

Had Firestone in Holly Springs put on some new tires on my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 over a year ago and have had to need to do a tire rotation since because I dont drive the truck that much. I just did a brake job on my truck over the weekend and the lug nuts were over tightened and 6 were completely stripped (lug nuts, not the studs). It cost me $10.95 a piece to replace them from the dealer. I had to use an impact socket and bang them onto the lug nuts to get them off. Im going to have to replace the other 14 as well since they are damaged too. Thanks Firestone!!!! How about hiring people who know how to change a tire without causing damage!!! I hate getting work done at tire dealers. They seem to hire any Joe blow out there they can get for cheap.12/09/2015 - Update. The new manager at this Firestone location found my number somehow and contacted me wanting to make this situation right. I brought the receipts for the lug nuts I ordered and they reimbursed me for the lug nuts. I havent had any service done there yet, but they did try to put my new lug nuts on for me, which unfortunately, I ordered the wrong ones. Ive got the right ones now and will try to find time for them to replace the ones I havent already replaced myself.
Recently had two tires replaced and a front end alignment here and the customer service and overall experience was great. Employees involved in my 03 Jetta TDI were both thorough and efficient and the guy ringing me up tried to find me the best deal he could with promotions/discounts. However, I noticed a center cap missing a few days later so I dropped by to see if they happened to have it there. They couldnt find it so they advised me to purchase a new one and bring them a receipt and they would reimburse me. The center cap slipped my mind until I received a phone call a few days later from someone at Firestone checking in on the status. I was thoroughly surprised, something that I had forgot about and yet they call to check in. Spoke with Rance a few moments ago and he told me he would order it for me and call me when its in. Not often do you have customer service and care like that from automotive places anymore. Thanks to Rance and everyone else Ive dealt with over at Firestone! Glad I purchased a lifetime alignment package. Highly recommend- A++
Needed an inspection done, and it was done in a smaller time frame and at a cheaper price than I ever expected. Granted, my vehicle failed the inspection, but that isnt anything to do with the staff there. I Recommend.

I am taking a 10 hour trip to New york tomorrow and found a terrible oil leak last minute. Called up firestone to see if they could help me in time for my trip. I talked to Rance and he made room for me right away. When i delivered my car, Rance was very busy at the time answering calls, looking up my information and just multitasking in general. I went somewhere else to get my oil changed and the place broke TWO of my tire stems while attempting to fill my tires with air. Besides that they over filled the tires! The guys at Firestone were GREAT! Super curteous. They fixed my tires and stems immediately upon arrival with no appointment, were super friendly and did great work! I will diffinately be coming back!

We had the absolutely worst experience you could ever have at the Firestone in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Under no circumstances, whatsoever, should you take your vehicle there for anything other than tires. We made a terrible mistake in letting them try to fix the air conditioner on our car. They simply did not have the knowledge to do it. Clearly they are a Tire Store and should not be trusted to do anything that involves complicated mechanics. Lesson learned.

I was a first-time customer and received excellent customer service both on the phone setting up my appointment and in the shop. Very satisfied with how knowledgeable and honest the representatives were when it came to the types of tires that I was considering.
Really impressed by the people working this shop. I tend to go to the jiffy shops for oil changes just because theyll probably be quicker but for everything else, I come here.
This place used to be trust worthy. Took my car here with 51000 miles for a first rear brake job. There is no scaring or warping on the rotors. After 45 minutes from my appointment time they finally take my car in. 20 minutes later the asshat manager comes out and says I need new rotors. I’m thinking GTFO .. I then said I grew up working on cars put the brake pads on. He refuses to do it without me buying a new set of rotors. W/E dude put the tires back on it. Sweet vengeance was had because no one was in the waiting area so elected to exercise my free speech rights with him. YouTube / $100 in stuff from AutoZone and 2 hours of easy work and done! Works Great and no new rotors.
They have always done an excellent job and are extremely friendly. Never have I had a bad experience here.
Amazing job repaired my tire as i pulled in 5 minutes before close, and took no more than 10 minutes to do it!!!

Asked for an oil change and nothing else, no evaluations or maintencd check this and that. They said they understood, still tried to get upsold on various garbage.Nice people though.
Not dependable what so ever, if you want service here be ready to book an appointment. Skipped a chance on going to another place closer thinking their services would be better but was refused service.
I had a full tire replacement and had fast efficient service from Mario and the staff at Holly Springs. My car was completed before the promised time!
Great place, I have been bringing my cars here for many years. However I am a bit disappointed in their price match guarantee, which is only for the tires. doesnt include the add-ons like road hazard ins, etc. Which added up to $100 over my quote from BJs. Too bad, off to BJs
David and his team stayed late to fix my flat tire. They were very respectful and gave great, fast service.

As one of 3 kids in our family, we are happy that every time our mom goes here, we always get our van back on the same day and she is always happy with what they do. They get us back on the road to all of our sporting games, practices and other stuff and we are safe too!! She takes it there for everything. And now they have free wifi so we can play with our itouchs while we wait. :-)

Went there to get the serpentine belt changed on Sunday went back on Monday because the car ran hot and left on Monday with a hole in the radiator. Cant recommend this place the guy at the desk was not very helpful. He blamed the hole on me and I am 100% sure that I did not have a leak before hand. No fluid at home or in the parking spot that it pulled into at firestone.
These guys know what theyre talking about, get the job done right and will make you happy.
