I never had issues getting my car inspected at the Holly Springs, NC location until this year. On my first attempt (Mon, 8/9, around noon), they couldnt perform the inspection because their sticker machine wasnt working. I returned Fri, 8/13 (3pm-ish) and they couldnt perform the inspection because their machine was down. Before returning on Mon, 8/16, I called to confirm the machine was functioning and that I didnt need an appointment. I was told the machine was working and an appointment wasnt needed...it was first come first serve basis. When I arrived (~10am), I was told that they couldnt perform inspections until 11am.I gave up and went to Carrolls Auto Center in Holly Springs, NC.

I love this location! They are fast and efficient. The front desk lady is super sweet and always a big help.

Kudos for professional service. Got a battery replaced on an old F150. Had a problem a few weeks later where the battery was dead. Not sure why. Took the truck back and the replaced the battery at no charge. They had to get the battery from another location and handled everything quickly.

This place is 4 stars some days and subpar on others. It depends on the staff members which can vary quite a bit. After the last 2 tire rotations I’ve had there my pressure gage has come on (same day of service) and I had to return to have the air put in the tires. I like the convenient location just wish the service was consistent.

Very helpful team and quick service! I don’t feel like I am being sold services that I don’t need and they do a great job of explaining what services my vehicle needs and why, so can make a more informed decision. For routine car maintenance I definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube.

Great place and friendly service

Went to this jiffy lube to get my tires mounted balanced and aligned. The next day I encounter bad steering wheel shaking on the highway. So I went back and they apparently fixed it. Drove the highway again and the shaking of the wheel is still there. Seems like they have no idea what they are doing. I’d stay away from this shop

Easy and quick for inspection

Took my car in for an inspection. Come back in an hour to find the car didn’t get inspected because the machine broke (not necessarily their fault). However, no one called to let me know, and they parked my car with the windows rolled down and the keys in the ignition where just anybody could’ve driven off with it. Won’t trust them with my car again.

I pulled in because my check engine light came on. A nice young gentleman helped me. He was polite and got me back on the road.I just wish they had masks on.

Ive never had any issues at this place. We get inspections here and its fine.I just wish the people that worked with customers were wearing masks. Covid is no joke right now. I unfortunately went in today and both customers and employees had no masks on.

Quick car inspection

Great, efficient service. Thanks guys, you always provide a timely inspection. 5th one this year. Jonah and Kenneth helped out this time, but the entire team is great.

I stopped by today to ask about battery charge and was told NO the only replace battery. I was told to Try Firestone or TenTen Auto. They never offered to check the battery and I didnt think to ask and shouldnt have had to. I used to get my oil changes and inspections but will no longer. These boys were rude and useless.

Everyone is super-maskless here and will shout directly into your car while you are in it. If you want to avoid coronavirus, avoid this place of business.

No masks. No clearly posted costs for service (online or on site). Poor customer service. Will be going elsewhere in the future.

Its the little things, they thought the extra step and not only had the drivers door open and waiting after my service, but they also opened the back door for me to put my babys car seat in. Made me feel very well taken care of. Fabulous customer service. Oil change was speedy and they vacuumed as well

My simple NC inspection went well but I experienced same as others have posted. Lady in for something and they come out 1. Ask her how much she drives and 2. tell her that since she “drives a lot” she should get the full synthetic oil which she declines telling them it’s more than double what the Chevy dealer charges. She says never mind as it’s not due yet anyway but...... they tell her they’ve already drained her oil. Just unacceptable to run a business like this and why I go for inspections only. On the price board I saw $99 for synthetic oil change and $4-5 per quart extra but not sure how many quarts are in the base cost. So many less expensive and better places to go. ### Beware. Tell them don’t touch my car until we’ve agreed on what’s to be done.

At present, I can not recommend. My car was essentially taken from me while I requested pricing on simple oil change options. I waited 20 minutes or more while they just started doing things to my vehicle. The other customers waiting were told of multiple additional things that needed to be addressed, as I waited, adding significant costs for them. Thats fine if legitimate, but since my car was already being worked on and I hadnt asked for any services yet, I had a feeling the same was going to happen to me. So before I got to that point, I asked a service person why I had not seen any pricing but youre working on my car. He explained to me that a base-level oil change on an older Toyota sedan was going to cost about $90 to $100..I pointed out that they took my car and didnt tell me anything about price, and I wasnt going to pay for anything until I know what the prices are, and I wanted my car back. Because he already started it, they had changed the oil and change the filter - which was new and didnt need changing. He said, Well you get a free oil change! and turned around and walked away. So now Ive got an oil change. Great... I have a new filter I didnt need, yet I have no idea if my tires were pressurized. I have no sticker telling me when my next change should be and Im pretty annoyed about it. Id be happy to talk to the owner about this experience.

Very disappointed and feel like I paid for a bad service. No lies took an hour to do an oil change. To be fair there were some cars in front of me, however it took 10 min to get checked out when the place was empty and litterly had 4 techs there (all of them out on the shop). Paid almost 100 dollars to wait an hour, some of the services said that were done were not done, horror service & being ignored for 10 min. I feel bad for giving this review,but man I could have gonna to Valvoline up the road paid less and gotten fast work. Please learn from my experience.

Excellent setvice.

Went in for just an oil change, and sometime later had a person point out and say my car was leaking oil A LOT more than it should. Of course, being that my car is like a life line, I panicked. Its a fairly new car, what could possibly be wrong with it??Took it in to another place closer to home, only to find out Jiffy Lube put on the WRONG oil filter so my car was leaking oil pretty heavily.Thankfully my car is fine, but I dont know what would have happened if that someone hadnt pointed out my bad oil leak. So, no. I cant afford to come back here.

Hands down the best customer service around. They are very friendly an fast they are some what expensive but well worth it. We waited 20 min or less. If your looking for a fast oil change go to holly springs jiffy lube.

Do not take your vehicle to this location! Very shady business. Asked for the most basic oil change for an older car and they charged for the most expensive, despite specifically stating that’s not what I wanted. Forced to pay for the most expensive to get my car back. Even spoke with the manager and they told me to “take it to corporate.”

I am not please with Daniel and Joseph. ..i took many car here on a recommendation from a great team of jiffy lube. ..my car was damage and these guys would not come clean and honest and when i decided to get an estimate to repair i was over price and they made promises that were broken....i am proceeding to take legal action and would not recommend this jiffy lube for any repairs other changing oil which i reviewed it also not a good experience. Do not take your car here......😠

Didn’t put oil in my son’s car after an oil change and now Lucor, company that owns them doesn’t want to take responsibility. DO NOT go to jiffy lube to get any kind of work done.

We gave the car for inspection and was told that I cant take it back or theyll call the police. Said the brakes werent working but we drove it there fine. Told them to not to fix it because they charged too much but they didnt listen and held the car hostage and made us pay $400. Threatened into their services. Horrible, wont return ever.
