My wife and I broke down 48 miles from Holly Springs on our 710 mile journey on a Sunday. Monday I made many phone calls to the Dodge dealer and local shops to try and fix my van as quickly as possible. Derek’s voicemail was very professional and detailed. When I called him back he explained they use quality parts ( I needed an alternator), they were going to change the belt so it wouldn’t squeak so no comebacks and they could take it right in. They had it done by lunch Tuesday. Their timing was excellent, they were honest and reliable. I would highly recommend you use their services.

I had my VW worked on last week to diagnose and repair bad a/c. Derek was quick with communication and honest with the estimate for repair. I had the car back same day as I dropped off with perfectly cold a/c. I am pleased with services provided and came back today to have a leveling kit installed on my 4runner. Very kind, courteous and professional. We did not have an appointment as we had an unexpected flat tire. Not being from the area and with a sick passenger, we were given excellent treatment. I came to 55AW because I needed to change my front & rear brake pads and rotors on a 2008 car in good condition. I waited a week before reviewing the repairs done on the car to test their reliability. I am newer to the area so I called about ten places for estimates on the parts and labor, and 55AW had the best price with no wait to order parts, and little t no wait to start work on the car. I happened to call when they were available to start ASAP, but because of my availability I scheduled an appointment with them later. I came in at my appointment time, my request and estimate was documented from before, and they were able to start working on it immediately. They did check and verify that both my front and rear brakes needed to be replaced, but commented it wasnt necessary to do the rear just yet if I wanted to wait. I asked to replace everything and they did, the work was done in 2 hours, and the price was exactly the estimate. Everyone I talked to working on the car was friendly and on top of it. It has been a week since the repairs and I havent noticed any issues, my breaking is much smoother as expected, and I am happy with the outcome. I would recommend 55AW for similar auto work and I dont think you can beat their prices. Thanks guys.

We have had work done on several of our cars at 55. I appreciate the honesty in my son being told that his brakes didn’t need replacing for a few more months. A less honest business would have scheduled an appointment and taken his money. It’s a relief to find a trustworthy car repair shop.

Most unusual auto repair place. Had an emergency while visiting family in Holly Springs. After an hour and a half of diagnostics, they sent me on my way without charging me a dime. Fixed the issue with my car, too. Highly recommend this place.

Everything was ok other than my steering wheel was ruined when I got the car back. Im assuming grease got on it and they tried to get it off with a cleaner of some kind. Steering wheel has a rubbed off rough part now. Not a massive problem but still irritating.

We have used 55 AutoWorks for routine and emergency services. The staff is great, friendly, and charge reasonable prices. You will save a lot of money compared to a car dealer and get better results.

These guys are honest and the quality of work is outstanding. They can fix anything from my 2005 Rav 4 to my BMW. Highly recommend.

Beware of this shop...they installed an after market faulty part in my 2011 Bmw. Car never drove right (and still doesnt) after picking it up. The owner refused to fix anyting unless I paid him for the tow back to the shop when car wouldnt start 6 hrs after having the car!! This shop is shady at best.
