I love Aldi!! Everything is really affordable. I would recommend the pick up option since it is really easy. All you do is go onto the app and pick out your groceries and then let them know when you’re there and they will bring it to you. I recommend doing it a couple days in advance because they can get booked up.

Customer service is good and the store has a nice variety. The only thing is that the lines can be a little bit long with only one or two registers open, depending on the time of day. But theyre normally quick on getting another one going if needed.

This is my first time in an Aldi supermarket, it looks very good, they has all social distance regulations, very clean and well organized. You found items that in other market wouldn’t find. I didn’t know that you have to take your own bags but a cheap price bag is sold in the store.They sold they own brand but they also sell other knowingly brands.

I felt harassed by Aldi’s cashiers while checking out and made me feel very uncomfortable.

Ordered Instacart for Aldis. Got there shortly after 6pm and checked on. Sat in my car 10m and no one came out. When I went in, they said they hadnt received the notice I was there and that after 6 you have to come in. At that same time, someone else checked in. The employee told me he had to do their order first and clear it before he could get mine. OMG, really? I wont be ordering from this Aldis online through Instacart again!

Aldi usually has the lowest grocery prices around, and since they are from Germany Im not supporting China ! Many off brand name items but lower prices ! Sometimes theres some items while supplies last that I can try and normally will buy again . Highly recommend !!!

Cheaper than any other grocery store. I save about $300 a month shopping here. Just keep yon mind they dont have as big of a selection as the other big name grocery stores

Great grocery store. Very clean, well-lit and fantastic prices for the most part for what we buy. Pretty nice store brand offerings as well. Good store brands Not a fan of the parking lot/street layout but I doubt that will change at this point.

I love this place. However, if you are returning items, even if you paid by debit card it still takes 5 to 10 days for your money to be back in your account. I asked to get my debit card refund in cash and they wouldnt do it. Also the prices are creeping up on quite a few items. There is a new Lidl in Apex, similar items and prices. No need for a quarter at Lidl for your cart. They bake fresh bread all day and have a better cheese selection. I never had to return anything there so I dont now if they have the same policy then Aldi.

Exceptional prices for quality products. For example, their brand of mayonnaise Brahmans is the best my family has ever tasted.

Holly Springs Aldi is big and new generally well stocked!

First visit for new Aldi on 55. Super clean, organization changed and better. Lots of room in isles. More logical plan. Looking forward to more shopping trips.

Good variety, better prices than most other grocery stores

I love the selection of fruit and vegetables that they have. I also love getting my milk products from there and eggs. Ive enjoyed getting my shrimp and the precooked sausages.

Cheap and always stocked with what I need.

Like with all Aldis this place is clean, well lite and the staff are nice. Their selection is always changing so I try to give every once in a while even though its out of my way to see whats new.

OK, first time I went grocery shopping here. I have been a time or two prior for a few items. As I got home to unpack items I noticed 11 eggs were in my dozen container. Thats a first. Aldis Holly Springs. Of course I cant call them about it because no numberr listed.

I love this store

My elderly parents went inside this ALDI where some millennial crunchy Karens ratted out on them for not wearing a mask, and the employees would not ring them up. They both have bonafied medical conditions that prevents them from wearing a mask. They also cannot do online grocery shopping so they need to do in person shopping. I suspect from the way they were being treated by the employees and the age of the employees (all millennial) that they were being discriminated by their age and purely reacting to the Karens. Newsflash Aldi of Holly Springs-this is a crime and you will get reported to the ADA if you do this again. This is a $15,000 fine. The Fuquay one has never given my parents any problems.

I was excited that Aldi opened a store in Holly Springs. That excitement t has turned to frustration.For the 3rd time that I have been to this store I have not been able to find the items I can find at the other Aldis about town. Not because the shelf is empty but because the product is mossing from the shelf.When I came upon an empty shelf I asked if someone could look in the back for the product. The worker came back and told me that the product will be restocked for tomorrow. Meaning that I would have to make a apecial trip to come back to finish my shoppingThe workers there need to learn customer service. When a customer is standing next to you to get your attention I dont think acknowledgement is too much to ask for.And for goodness sake, OPEN UP MORE THAN ONE CASH REGISTER!And do something to guide the customers waiting in line to check out. They sprawl all over the place blocking the aisles.Please Holly Springs Aldi, do better. I want you to succeed. I like shopping at Aldi but I will go to other locations if you dont get it together.
