This location stays busy, there is constantly experienced employees checking on bright smiling young faces. Caleb, Kara, Kayleigh, Shay makes a bomb Italian sub. Larohna hooked the pizza up. Lucy was great to work with as well!Clearly a well organized location with a great staff! Take care of those employees now! They are working hard!

The young lady (early 40s) at the flower station helped my wife and me fill some 75th birthday balloons for my wife’s father’s birthday. She was awesomely helpful and radiated joy and pleasantness. She appeared to genuinely enjoy what she does and helping people. After being helped by this joyful woman, it made my entire afternoon a little better. What a shining example of how we should always treat each other. Thank you.

This place is great! The staff is so helpful and friendly. The HT branded products not only save you money, but are really good. Meats are excellent quality, produce is first-rate.

23Aug2020 - clean, well stocked and organized. It was a little busy when we went but no issues. Meat and seafood was friendly and had good selection, we got jalapeño cheddar burgers and some fresh bakery items, tasty and delicious.

Always a pleasant visit.. quick and easy! Helpful employees and stocked neat shelves! Service with a smile goes a very long way.

So much so that I sought out the produce employee who was responsible And I ask his name, it was Justin. He did an exceptional job there. Harris Teeter is our go to supermarket as they have a balanced array of options and great customer service. Casey is great and all the managers have always been very attentive.

Decent store with good enough beer selection. Meat department is severely lacking. No pork belly or other nice smoking or grilling cuts of meat other than the generic stuff. Bakery seems pretty generic with ingredients lists a mile long on their bread.

My favorite Harris Teeter. More compact than most of their stores so it is much easier to navigate while still having a nice diversity of grocery items. Strong produce section and the most attentive meat department staff I have ever experienced.

Awesome selection of groceries. If you shop the sales and use the VIC card its not too expensive. Rarely much of a wait for check out and all the employees are always friendly. Recommend avoiding Sundays for shopping. Between carts for online order fulfillment and restocking carts, it tends to be a madhouse.

This is my local supermarket. Before the pandemic they had almost everything my family needed. Then, like everywhere else during the pandemic, many items became unavailable. This is 1000% understandable... However, here is the but... Today, they are still not stocking many items they carried before the pandemic. Before you say the stuff is still not available keep in mind these same products are in stock everywhere else surrounding the Harris Teeter. All of these products they no longer stock are available at CVS, Target, Walmart, small little convenience stores...literally everywhere except Harris Teeter. Now I have to shop at more than one place to get my shopping done. It adds a level of inconvenience especially since I have to shop with 3 children many times. Another issue with this store is the deli department. If the items I need arent in the pre-packaged fresh refrigerator in the aisle, and you didnt order online, then just skip it. They will happily prepare orders for people home on their couch before the person standing in front of them in the store. In addition, everyone knows Sunday is a busy food shopping day. Why in the world does ONLY this supermarket chain feel the need to do their stocking in the middle of the afternoon?? When the food store is busy, the staff are stocking, and personal shoppers are wandering around looking at phones, you will realize you are in the 7th circle of hell.

I would give it one star for addicting me to hanks rootbeer, but because hanks rootbeer is so good or gets 5

They have great stuff and great employees there. Reminds me of HEB back in Texas. They also have the elusive CHOCOLATE OAT MILK!!!!! Praise be! I hath searched far and wide for this. So happy with my local Harris Teeter that they have it.

I actually was just in the car with my grandkids while my son ran in for a couple of things. We sang songs and did LOUD counting. It was fun.

Very good selection, especially produce, albeit high prices unless you shop the sales. I visit the deli often at this location. BIG shout out to Caleb in the deli. He has a great attitude and always has a smile on his face even when its busy.

Great deals here if you have a Harris Teeter card. I enjoy getting their sushi and salads here. Was disappointed though when they removed the self serve salad and Asian bars though. Hopefully they will return when covid is over with.

It seems to be busy at all times. Lines arent long because the cashiers are good. Ive had no problems with getting in and out. I was looking for the season creamer one day and one of the workers asked me if I needed something so I told her. She found it and looked for me so I could have it.

Great employees and reasonably priced items (with VIC card and sales). Produce is usually food but very disappointed that you cannot return spoiled produce and there are no samples for what you are buying. (This was precovid.) Bad melons and mangos can be expensive and not being able to get money back for bad ones makes me much more money to shop elsewhere.

They had everything I needed plus it was very well laid out and organized they also had great deals definitely recommend shopping there.

If I could give NO stars I would -On October 10th, I placed an order for 10 subs at 1:30PM to be picked up at 4:30PM - when I arrived to pick them up, they didnt have the order. Deli clerk was incredible rude, spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to place blame to the point that I had to ask him if could make them now, his response was I guess so needless to say the Store Manager needed to get involved. I had to return to pick up my order, which to my disappointment I paid full price for. I was given 2 trays of condiments, 1 was thrown away before it was brought into my house because the juices from the pickles, olives, etc. stunk and were leaking everywhere (almost like they turned a jar of pickles upside down to drain and then plopped it on a tray, no absorbant paper first, nothing - gross!When I spoke to the Manager, Al the next morning he apoligized for the inconvenience and told me if I had any further issues to contact him. I was upset that this situation wasnt handles the best, but I let it slide. Today I went to grab a sub, the same clerk was there, he was once again rude. I stood and waiting, the deli person working on the other side had to ask him if he was going to help me. When I gave him my order he proceeded to toss the aluminum covers from the items I wanted. I said nothing.... when he was finished he tossed the sub on the top of the counter and told me to have a good evening - his voice was so sarcastic that the man at the sushi counter noticed and gave him a look. I walked away before I snapped - Im not letting this slide! From now on, Ill drive the extra 6 minutes and shop at Food Lion.

Rude management at the csr desk. Slow service and understaffed in the deli consistently. Sale items are rarely in stock. Avoid this store. Once Wegmans in Holly Springs opens I will never shop at this store again. I wouldn’t leave this review if this was the first time I was treated rudely by employees but this has been a trend and has been going downhill for several years.

Difficult to move through the store. Too many employee shoppers with big carts not paying attention to other customers. Too many aisle displays. Tight produce area. The selection is much greater than the previous location but the experience is not as nice. Still have the freshest produce and meats in the area so I keep coming back.

Ever have a handmade deli sandwich before? With the proper meat/cheese combination, you end up with a sandwich that is a hundred times better than anything offered at a Sub Chain.I tend to pair mine with provolone, salted ham, and a dab of mayonnaise. The bread can be anything, but Sourdough and Rye tend to go best with salted ham.

This place is awesome. Very knowledgeable about their coupon policy and theres a manager there (I dont know his name) he is great and his customer service skills are Paramount to this stores success! Highly recommend!

I didnt get a chance to look at the entire place but I had a pretty disappointing experience trying to buy balloons for my daughters birthday party. Two people were working at the flower shop set inside the store. There were no customers there besides me. I had to wait for a few minutes while they were chatting just to get a we will be with you in a few minutes. After a few minutes, they helped me find what I needed and then there was more waiting time to get my balloons ready... Again they were talking, chatting and keeping me there waiting and listening their conversation. Total time probably near 10 minutes without any other customers there. Unique experience.

Price gouging! H T has raised prices even higher than they were!! This is not the time to win or keep loyal customers! People are having hard enough times without having to worry about HT raising prices on almost everything in the store. Heard Many customers saying they would start shopping where the store didn t take advantage of shoppers who were having hard enough time trying to make ends meet just to have (ex) favorite store raising prices out of sight!!

The prices are definitely higher for name brand items than the other grocery stores around but the produce is always better than the other grocery stores so I guess there is a trade off.I use the sub club sandwich shop at least 3 times a week and I have to say this is where they are lacking. Small meat portions and most of the time they get the order incorrect or fail to slice the larger subs in half. In addition the bread seems like they leave it out till it gets hard, had that happen several times with this location.

Extremely disappointed to see staff not wearing gloves or masks!!! Also not confident that my cart was wiped down properly or at all by the teenagers sitting casually and chatting at the entrance who I assume are suppose to be taking care of this. What are you waiting for Harris Teeter? More and more people are dying daily across the country and we are so fortritten has only affected a handful of people in our area - but without recommended protection, that will not be the case for long! Come on Hands Together! Get with the program. Also wouldn’t mind seeing a limit of 2 people per family admitted to shop. It’s hard to keep a safe distance from a family of 4 in the aisles.

One of the top grocery shopping to do. Fresh homeade pizza is a local favorite with their made-to-order sandwiches. A bit on the expensive side, but better than any other store, as well as the most neighborly!

I dont understand why this place has 4.4 on their review. This place is a disgrace. Ive been to this location once and will never return again after the way i was treated. If i could give this place 0 stars i would, and to the people saying they treat you differently if you look a certain way its true. I had gotten off a 17+ hour shift stopped to pick up something to eat for next few days and paid for my groceries without using my VIC card. The cashier brought it to my attention I told her no problem I will go to customer service she said I am customer service and took down my number and refunded me at the register. I would like to recognize Bonita H. For EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE even though it was my mistake and I was willing to walk away unaffected by no discount she insisted.

I really loved the selection at this store. The beers and wines had a lot of variety and I found some new favorites here. The isles were spaced well and the interior is decorated attractively. I found everything I was looking for here. Also, the staff are quite helpful.

The worst customer experience I’ve had in my life!Dominic was the worst customer service person I have met in my entire life, it is a BIG shame since I’m/was a loyal customer of Harris Teeter, I think he treats me poorly for the fact that I have a different background/accent that he didn’t tolerate.Once again, it is a big shame for Harris Teeter to hire a “raciest” so now I have to take my business to elsewhere that appreciates my business.Also, I’ll have to tell ALL my community about what’s happened to me and poor customer service experience I got, so they’ll know what to do next.

This HT, like all of them in this area, staff knowledgeable and friendly employees. The store is well kept and well lit. Standard layout with some fresh food options. Seems to be well stocked, and the HT gas is right across the parking lot. WiFi is present but not fast. Good lounge area by the Starbucks. Nothing more I could ask of a grocery store.

Great deals if youre a VIC member. And holy cow they have a section of cheeses that made me stop and look at it all. Deli even has fresh sushi... nice grocery store for sure!

Fantastic store! Staff is so friendly and willing to help any time I come here. I am also a permanent customer to HT because they have a Veteran parking spot. All around just an awesome company.

With such a diversity of people moving into the area, youd expect to find more international items. Simple things like imported cheeses are nowhere, not even a regular piece of Brie to be found. French Bread (Parisian) is never available. Your brand of Delicatessen (Boars Head) is TOO expensive and the ONLY one. There are many more good brands, like Sara Lee, Dietz & Watson, etc. Why dont you offer the customer, more variety?

Once a week I come here before visiting famly. Their Fuel Center is nice and clean, but lacks a wider variety of snacks and drinks.The Store itself has a lot of reasonable foods and the like, but lacks the Fuller Hot bar that Durham has, instead posessing a salad bar, Soup Tin Area, and Asian Bar. If it had the Hot Bar I could so enjoy getting some Turkey and Stuffing platter together for a lunch time snack.

Rude employees. I always use express lane but don’t usually go to this store. The employee who services express lane cane to my car and verbally scolded me for not using the call button even though I just spoke to a different employee on the phone. Very rude customer service. Will not return here.
