STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY! By far the WORST dealership Ive been to. The manager and Eli the salesman are ok, but the female title clerk needs to be FIRED! She kept mailing my title to the wrong address. She then got mad at me and told me I would have to come all the way to Miami to come get the title even tho I live all the way in Georgia. I needed the title so I told her I would book a flight. When I flew down there she wasnt there so I couldnt get the title. She knew I was flying from Georgia but didnt even tell me she wouldnt be there! I had to argue with the whole store for 3 weeks just to get my title. Legit nightmare. Please stay away!

I have to say I had a great buying experience with my sales guy Luis, he was a straight shooter and didn’t give me b.s like other places. He was honest about every cars history, was able to provide me carfaxes for the cars I wanted, never tried lying about a cars history told me the ones that have had been in accidents and ones that haven’t. Originally I wrote a great review because the operations manager took my phone and rated himself 5 stars. At the time I actually was less than pleased but still trying to be kind. I’ve never dealt with so much chaos trying to purchase a car. I’ve have issues with my car since the first day and it seemed as if after the car was paid for no one cared to help me. It went from a small light change, to a dead battery that had to be replaced to an overheating issue. After numerous times going in (and dealing with a nasty sales rep who always seems to be there when I need help) and phone calls, I was told that I was getting a loaner and given an appointment time to fix the overheating issue. Once I got there for my “appointment” no one knew what I was talking about. They sent me home and told me to go to a mechanic and use my warranty. Mind you I’ve had the car for less than 30 days. I have to now pay the deductible and Uber to and from work which is an hour ride until I can get it back from the mechanic. Do yourself a favor save the headache and go to a real dealership.

Scams, shams and 100% lies. I called before driving 45 minutes to verify 3 vehicles were physically on the lot. Not just with make and model but with the STOCK NUMBERS just to insure there were no misunderstandings. ZERO OF THE THREE WERE THERE. One had been sold over a week. By far the worst car dealership Ive seen. This isnt my first time buying a car and I know there is dishonesty amongst a lot of these dealerships but this is another level. Financed my car with them and told Simon I wanted a new tag because I am still using the other tags in my name. He said ok and proceeded. 2 weeks after I get a text from them telling me that my car tag is ready and I have to pay $498 because they didnt know if I wanted a new tag or not. Thus is just a portion of all the lies told to me there. The mechanics are a true rip off and they only care about lining their pockets. They say they do inspection and fluid changes and days after getting the car oil change lights come on and all the different service lights never buy another car here no matter what

They ran my credit numerous times (HARD INQUIRES) without my permission and without me being in the facility. Switch banks without my knowledge. Also, they tried to illegally repossess my vehicle from my home after the loan was approved and it no longer belonged to them. The bank was made aware of this incident and made a note regarding this dealership. I was advised from the bank representative to file a police report if another attempt was made. This dealership should be shut down! We found a vehicle on car gurus! I got pre approved and a salesman named Paul ( who was wonderful) called us immediately! We provided all the information by Friday morning! Which was Paul’s day off he still went in and made sure everything was completed! He told me to call Jesus who was the finance manager to get the terms of the loan! We wanted to make sure everything was complete due to the fact we would be flying in Saturday one way from Myrtle beach to pick up the truck! Before we purchased the tickets! We finally got in touch with Jesus after hours of calling with no return call back! Finally spoke with Jesus at 7:20 pm Friday night and he said everything was good and we could book the plane tickets! So we did ! We sent confirmation of the booked flight to Paul because he was gonna be picking us up at the airport at 7:06 pm Saturday and would make sure everything was ready for our 10 hour road trip back to SC! Well needless to say about an hour before we were heading to the airport Paul called us and said he couldn’t find the truck and that he thought it was on the other lot and he was going to locate it and call us back! We needed to know immediately what was going on before we boarded our one way trip to Florida! So we get to the airport to board and get a call back from Paul that they sold the truck out from under us on his day off on Friday 🤬 so when I spoke to Jesus he had already sold the truck and he allowed us to spend over 400.00 dollars on plane tickets over 200.00 dollars to board our Rottweilers and child care for our daughter and a house sitter so here we are at over 1000.00 in expenses and the truck was already sold! The owner than told Paul he would call us first thing Monday morning that he had another ford transit coming in on Thursday with only 1500 miles and he would give it to us at the same price! That was Labor Day ! I called them at least 4 times and never talked to Joe! So I decided to call Westlake to see if they had even done the paper work well come to find out they didn’t give us the internet price they were supposed to and Westlake had that we were putting a 8800.00 dollar deposit down on the van and not the 5000.00 dollars I had agreed to! So even if they hadn’t sold the van when we got there with the 5000.00 dollar down payment they would have hit us for another 3800.00 knowing we were stuck in Florida with only the purchase of the van for our way back home! The entire experience was terrible ! Oh and still haven’t talked to them and no return calls ever! It’s ok though because I drove to Georgia and dealt with a real dealership Hennessy Buick GMC . And got my new van yesterday! I wouldn’t trust anyone from this joke of a dealership and I hope Paul finds a job at a reputable dealership because he’s awesome but as for the owner Joe and the finance manager Jesus they are a joke! I’m out over 1200.00 and nothing in return! DONT TRUST THEM OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!NICHOLE DEAN!!!

I just happened to be passing by after leaving a different dealership trying to overcharge me for an awful car when I saw this dealership while driving by. As soon as I got on the lot Jessy came out to help me I was looking for an audi a4 & he ended hooking me up with an awesome 2016 Audi A6. Jessy is by far one of the best salesman Ive ever bought a car from. He gave me a great deal the whole way through and never once pressured me into getting the car. This man is confident in his prices cause hell literally pull up the KBB to show you what youd pay at other dealerships. I recommend this dealership to anyone whos looking for a good price on a car without dealing with some the scummy sales pitches that alot of dealers in South Florida try to trick you into.
