We were excited to take our 3 year old there for the first time. The store only had 5 bears in stock and our choice was extremely limited, they had no scents at all in stock and it was not magical like the many times we have been before for my other kids birthdays. The woman there was not friendly and just sat and stuffed the bear without any conversation and then handed it to our kid. The table to brush the bear was closed off. Prices were high. Not a magical time like it has been before. :(

Each station is fun for the kiddos and makes building the bear worth the love you put into it. Definitely keep an eye o the accessories $30 can go to $160 easy with all the cool kid attention grabbing accessories enjoy

Staff at this location is incredible. I brought my niece here today and even though we are still practicing social distancing, they make the experience as normal as possible for the kids and she loved it

Really fun place at any age Im gonna be 33 next month and I made this adorable groundhog and dressed him like the prince from Disneys Frozen!!.It was also a great place for a first date.

Great place for kids imagination to run wild. It gives the kids a sense of accomplishment for helping build their own bear. Sign up for build a bears loyalty program and for every birthday your child has you can go and build a bear for the cost of your childs age good for their entire birth month! This makes the a bit too pricey of a bear very reasonable. There is even a special birthday bear each year!

They were very nice, brought my daughters bunny( cottoncandy) to get stitches, she had a boo boo. Her stuffing area opened, so we brought it back there so they could so her bunny back up. And at the same time our alil more stuffing. Very nice and helpful

I just recently had my daughter second birthday party at Build-A-Bears, Im so sad at the service we were given, They advertise that its an amazing place for you to go and do birthdays party, and the package I choose included photo props, party hats, games, and activities let me just say all we did was build the bears and sing happy birthday and that was about it. No party hats no photo props and no game/ activities as advertised. Once I called the Build-A-Bear service we were told they couldnt do anything and we had to take it up to the store ourselves, so I did just that. I was hoping Build-A-Bear would of responded better to the situation. The Store manager at the Holyoke Mall responses to me was that the hats were free as well as everything else so it was optional for them to do it... I payed for a Birthday Party at Build-A-Bear and they took our money without giving us the actual Birthday Party that they promised. We are now waiting on the District managers response.

Unorganized, poor service, They advertised a birthday party and took our money without giving us the actual birthday party. If you are planning on doing a birthday party with Build A Bear might want to think twice and reconsider they will give you the bears and kick you out the door without the party activities. Wish my daughter would have gotten a better birthday experience for the price we paid for.

Very unsatisfied with my service. I first thing told the employee Erika, was that it was our first time there and she did not help nor walk us through. Very rude at the stuffing portion because we were unaware we needed to wait to put the heart in. Didnt show us that the was a spot to give the bear a bath which my son would have enjoyed.

I was unsatisfied with their services. My event was poorly planned. They would also keep mixing regular customers with my party guest. The girls working were poorly prepared for my event and when i would confront them about the poor execution of my event they blamed it on my toddlers. management team has done nothing to resolved my problems and they mentioned the activities and packages were OPTIONAL, which is not specified in the adds or advertised as OPTIONAL. it was a waste of money and time. Do Not Recommend.

A bit expensive but my great granddaughter age 2 loved it .she picked out a rainbow colored bear,we bought it some outfits and a pair of glasses because we wanted to help her get used to her new glasses. Anyway a fun place to go with kids.

Don’t plan your birthday parties here, the staff are not nice, they give attitude when under pressure and they completely messed up my sisters birthday party event and didn’t give her everything she paid for and had them leave because the store was getting busy when she PAID a lot of money for the event and when she called to ask why she didn’t get everything she paid for the lady gave her attitude and told her that because we brought a lot of kids they did the best they could when it doesn’t work that way if people pay for something you should be prepared it’s not her fault y’all were understaffed.
