The customer service was atrocious. Rude employees! Pandora should have the employees brush up on customer service skills…

Right when I walked in they asked if I had a mask and I said no but will gladly take one from you. She said we ran out and go to Target and ask for one. Really? Maybe you should go to Target and buy some so your customers have them! What store does this and it was in the morning so she knew right when she got there.

Im not sure why such a place would have such bougie chics... Youre selling a bunch of sterling silver pipe down... However Pandora is definitely losing its touch every single thing I have bought from there almost $200 each item and theyre all losing their little studs... Frukn nutz

Terrible customer service, will never shop at this Pandora again!!!! Thank goodness for corp. customers service refunded us right away. Will never shop here again.

Wish I could rate it 0 stars. Only five allowed in store which is understandable but they had no separate service line for pick up. Had to wait an hour in line while others browsed to go in for a five minute transaction. Phone line was disconnected so I could not call in advance.

Worst customer service I ever experienced in any retail stores. the sales rep was extremely rude and disrespectful and when I asked to speak to a manager the manager was no better they need to get some kind of training how to deal with customers and be respectful to everybodys needs.

Worst customer service ever!! Went to do an exchange and received the most unprofessional attitude and lack of respect from staff and MANAGEMENT! These people have zero patience and are far from helpful. I had to travel to another location just to receive some basic human respect and common courtesy.As a loyal customer, this was such a disappointing experience!!

Ive mostly had a good experience here, but yesterday after waiting 30 minutes patiently for the rep to attend to two people, she went to the back and never came out. The other reps ignored me, and attended people who had walked right in the store. The customer service team at the store right now is lacking...

Extremely rude staff. Last time I went in to the store for an exchange, they told me to call back every Friday because that’s when they get their new shipments. I called and was told by the manager that they haven’t received a shipment in a month. She didn’t know when they were getting another one. Not to mention this woman had extreme attitude followed by her hanging up the phone on me. Awful service.

I went to pandora in Holyoke mall to get my wife a bracelet and 4 charms and I was treated like I was invisible cuz I’m Hispanic a white couple wen in the store 5 min after I did and they were so polite to them and nice they didn’t even help me for nothing Everything I asked for the lady told me they didn’t have with out even checking first so I took my money some where els I will never step foot in that store again

Apparently you can only return a bracelet if you have not put it on??? Confused, because if its a gift, how do you know if it fits or not until youve worn it! It was too large for my wrist... Went to return it and Francis the Assistant Manager stated youre right it is too big, but they cant exchange it if youre wearing it👎 Really!!?? How else would you see that it didnt fit, by looking at it?!! When sold, they stated you can return it at any time if it doesnt fit her smh FALSE ADVERTISING!! Very poor customer service... Definitely not looking to satisfy the customer, just make their money!

Went into pandora and did not feel welcomed. Some lady named Beth asked me if i needed help but she was very rude and didnt seem like she wanted to help or even make a sale. Within the last few months Pandora at holyoke mall is Very unprofessional. Please straighten up staff and get new management as i will be shopping elsewhere in the meantime.

There were two sale reps attending one customer on Tuesday June 17th at noon. Stood there for 10 minutes and got ignored! Worst customer service!

I went to look for a pandora charm for my wife maybe about a day or so ago and as I was trying to figure out what to get my wife the Assistant Manager decided to be very rude and just talk bad about me in Spanish as if I wasn’t supposed to understand. Then she proceeds look at me from the corner of her eye with a bad look with an Associate who I believe her name is Kim or something like that, then when I finally decided what to get her, neither one wanted to help me so I decided to purchase something else in a different pandora.
