Sandy is the best! She helped me make a plate for my dogs cremation box and was so helpful picking the perfect font and even adding paw prints to the plate. She was very cheerful and has a great attitude.

Great store and the associates are always so helpful. I order an embroidered Christmas stocking and its beautiful. They are really quick when it comes to engraving and you can even have items that you bring in to be engraved. I recommend this place especially for those special holidays and birthdays

They were able to engrave these wonderful necklace urns for me. Purchased the necklace from an outside vendor. Staff was wonderful also.

I went to things remembered store when they were in eastfield mall and I like all the things they had in the store and I walked around in the store and everything in their was beautiful and the prices were very good and the employees were very helpful to the customers and I would go back their again and I would recommend things remembered store to everyone to go to.

The worst customer service to say the least. Ashley in the Holyoke, Ma location is unprofessional, aggressive, and rude beyonds words. She needs a hard lesson in mannerism. Never will I enter that location again.
