Dont give these guys your money. They have the worst customer service of any establishment I have ever spent money with in my 47 years of life.The first computer they sent me was flashed completely wrong. The second one has problems with the security code but I cannot get them to on the phone to answer a question so I can solve the issue myself to save my life. They will not answer the phone. They keep transferring me to a circular voicemail service that gets me absolutely nowhere and I can speak with absolutely no one. I have sent them eight emails and have not gotten one reply. Going to be contacting my bank and canceling the charges with them today.

2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited - Jeep died, so I did the usual new battery, new alternator, checked all the fuses, checked for any open grounds but nothing worked. The jeep would run with new battery and then it would die and all my check engine lights would come on and then the battery would be dead. The final fix was a new computer module that I researched online and found All Computer Resources. They were great, they shipped fast and also provided return ship for the old module. Even when I called the rep was very helpful. Now my jeep runs great.

Ordered an ECM for a pt cruiser for the daughter of a great customer. We received it and it worked for a month or so before it started having prolonged start ups. We tried to communicate to get it warrantied. The only way to communicate was via email and they stopped shortly after we took the time to do all of their tests and confirm again the computer was the problem. We had to buy another computer for our customer and eat it because it was supposed to be under warranty. DONT BUY FROM THEM!

I got an IDM for my 02 f250. Overall it works like a charm. My only complaint is that when I was told the computer should ship in 2-3 business days, it took 2+ weeks for it to ship. It was an absolute pain to get a hold of a person to see what was going on, but they did wind up delivering it.

These guys are miracle workers. We sent my sister in laws jeep computer in to have the skim deleted. We got it back today and installed it and the jeep runs absolutely perfect. Thank you so much to those at all computer resources for your time and effort

I will say it first I was a bit disappointed with my first purchase but I also believe that that was due to my own misunderstanding. Even with that being said they did absolutely everything they could to make it right and insure I was happy with my purchase! I’ve now ordered two parts from them and both have worked perfect. Communication was good although it was a bit hard to get a hold of him at first due to Covid But they got back to me in a timely manner shipping was quick definitely pleased with them and their products

After doing some research, I called and ordered an ECU yesterday. Paid for it and got a receipt in email. Was told regularly @ $700 but was on sale for $399. (Which is what I saw online). Got a call today saying something was off in their system and now it is going to be @ $700. I tried to talk to someone because I don’t think it is right to change the pricing. They wouldn’t work with me and just said sorry. I requested a refund.

Every vehicle Ive ever bought (for a low price), has had some type of front end collision involving a totally messed up the computer, to the point I have to replace the MCU (Master Control Unit). Ive been using All Computer Resources for a few years now, and I have no complaints. Every computer Ive ever gotten from them always has the latest updates that solve just about every multiple misfire code problem that plagues my vehicles. My 2005 truck runs smoother, my 2001 Jeep Cherokee doesnt throw the misfire codes and gets better gas mileage again, and my 1998 Grand Cherokee is still kicking at 237K miles! Best of all, they include packing slips & return sticker for you to return the core to them to activate the warranty. There might other brands that offer a lower price out there, but how many of them are trusted by the auto manufacturers as the ONLY source for reconditioned vehicle computer units? Ill be contacting them again for an upgraded unit for my 2004 Grand Cherokee soon. Thank you again, ACR for a product I can trust!

Bought from this place before in the past without any problems. Recently purchased a computer for my 07 mustang gt. Once i received the unit, had it installed and the tech tried to program it, so my keys and remote would work. Could not get it to communicate. So he removed it and installed my original. The company took it back and screwed my on my refund. Cheated me out of money for a restocking fee, which was not communicate d to me anywhere in conversation or writing. I even sent a copy of the paperwork the tech gave me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If i could give zero stars i would

Place is a complete joke ordered my fiancé a new pcm for her 14 taurus 2.0 and it did arrive when expected but wasnt programmed for the car. Called and they told me to email tech support. Told them what was wrong and said not a problem ship it back. Now they want me to pay for shipping again to get it back there and pay to ship it back another $50 to $160 depending on delivery time. What a joke tried to call back after leaving a voice-mail with tech support and they refuse to answer my call they just leave me on hold. Never buying from here again

I ordered an ECM from them and did get it in a reasonable amount of time. That is the only good thing I can say. The part was bad. The only way to communicate with them is email. They took forever to respond. Then after several questions answered and weeks later I had to threaten to get a lawyer involved to get a refund. Sebastian Chaparro dont even know how to read his pre-planned question and answer screen much les know anything about cars. Will never order from them again.

As the other reviews have shown, this company will not respond to any emails. Ordered my PCM over a week ago and have not received any confirmation of it being shipped. Sent multiple emails on the status since no one will answer the phone. Most likely was scammed. Their policy is 3 business days after ordering. No worries if they can make that deadline, but since they have no communication at all, I’d highly recommend against it. Who knows maybe it’ll arrive.

Bought an idm for my truck, took two weeks and phone calls to even get it shipped. Not the 1-3 days they claim. Upon arrival. Idm was defective and truck would hardly run with codes for a faulty idm. Sent it back expecting a full refund for a bad product and was shorted 30 dollars as they claim it was fine. Bought an idm from a better company, plugged it in and truck runs fine with no other changes. Terrible company.

The ACR website was easy to use and I ultimately chose ACR because they programmed the PCM to my specific vehicle VIN and even provided a decal on the module proving it. The PCM arrived in a timely manner and worked flawlessly after following the included calibration instructions. It was a very cost effective repair for my fault codes. Thanks ACR!

DONT EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE WITH THEIR PRODUCT!Have purchased a few computers from them over the last 2 years.Now Im having trouble with one and wouldnt you know it, I cant even get anyone to talk to me about it! Ive been trying for weeks now. When you call, they say Im out of the warranty period for a refund even though it was purchased 6 weeks ago, and over 5 of those weeks were waiting for shipping/service to the computer. Ive literally only had the computer in my possession for less than 1 week.I finally got a lady on the phone, briefly explained the situation and said sternly; its time for a resolution, my customer is getting upset after being without his vehicle for over a month. They said, you can not be rude, or have a wonderful day, and put me on hold for over 15 minutes till i gave up.

Couldnt have imagined a better experience. I called about a PCM for my Ford Crown Victoria and the salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. He found me the right part and it arrived only a few days later. Plugged in and worked perfectly. I had some questions about my order and they always answer the phone and have later hours than most companies. Cant beat the lifetime warranty either! Will definitely be my first call for anything in the future, and will be referring anyone in the market for automotive computer parts to all computer resources.

Not too happy with them yet. I got a PCM for a 2014 Charger 5.7 and not a 2011 Jeep 3.6. They are difficult to get in touch with. Hopefully we can get this resolved per my satisfaction

Absolutely no communication unless you want to try to buy something else. all you do is wait on hold for 20 minutes for them to forward you right back to the automated system which just tells you to refer to their website. Just wanted to get a status or talk to someone about my order and even explained that to someone and again the just forwarded me to the automated system no customer support or help. stay away read all the bad reviews there is a lot

I was having charging issues with my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500.The Dodge Ram is a great truck with the 4.7 liter being very dependable.I have maintained the truck impeccably but when the charging issue started I was confused. Whenever I used the AC on high at night with the lights on the Charging system would go to a no charge to battery condition. I replaced the Battery and the alternator but it still did not charge the battery properly. So I read on the all Computer Resources site that this was a known issue. After reading this I purchased a PCM module for the truck, install was a breeze four plug in connectors and three screws later the issue was gone. Also having the latest dealer software in the module my truck runs so smooth just like new.David Chandler

I had a product remanufactured through this company, they were quick at sending out the item. 3 months down the line the item broke again I reached out to customer support about the warranty that I paid for and everything nobody could answer I got automated messages saying due to covid customer service is limited and when I finally did get a hold of somebody they said let me look into it and never responded I reached out for several months before finally giving up waste of money. Im extremely disappointed especially for the price I paid for this item.

This was the cheapest repair service for my FICM that I could find online. I went ahead and purchased the service online and was advised that I would receive a label to ship my FICM to All Computer Resources. I did not receive that shipping label via email after I purchased the service. I called multiple times, several times a day, for 3 days indicating my issues and customer service stated that the label was sent, which it was not. I read out my email to them and they confirmed. Nothing. Was never put in contact with a manager nor did they offer to send the shipping label to another email. Problem solving is not their strong suit. Refund issued.Additionally, when calling, the automated voice would advise that I would anticipate a 1-minute wait because I was first in line. I often waited much longer each time I would call.

I have several F250s with the 7.3 diesel. I have ordered an IDM in the past and again today for a different truck. Both times I was assisted by Steven. The service was fantastic and the IDM I previously ordered is working well. Between the pricing and the fast shipping, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered pcm and payed over night shipping and they sent it 2 day shipping . Got it and it was broken plastic at connecter. Installed it with new harness wire . 2 injectors not working . Checked and swapped them still nothing. Called and can’t talk with anyone !! Did online thing and they want me ship it back and I pay for shipping to them and back . Waste of time and money!!

First computer I got was defective, but they tried to blame it on my transmission. After explaining to them that the transmission was fine before that computer, they finally agreed to replace it. Now the computer failed again and they are telling me to check things that I already told them were checked and tested good. One week gone and now they wont respond to emails.

Ordered an ECM for a Dodge Cummins give them the Vin number told them it was a manual transmission the ECM was five days late and when I got it and plugged it in it was flashed for an automatic truck has been down for almost 2 weeks with no help from these jokers stay away

I ordered a pcm for my 2011 Dodge Durango on August 19th. Once installed the Motor cranks but wont start. Isnt recieving an rpm signal according to the live data streamAs well as multiple other PIDs also. Dealership diagnosed it down a Pcm malfunction or faulty programming. Ive tried to contact all computer resources via phone three times. Every time I have been told to file the claim online. Ive done so as well as emailing them with no response. I paid $500 for the pcm including the 2 year warranty.

Polite customer service, everything arrived properly programmed and made for an easy install.

Bought a pcm for my 2013 Ford Explorer from these guys. Everything went great till I needed to talk to someone about problems I was having with my pcm. I told them how urgent it was because my car was in a shop and they were going to start working on it and I needed these guys’s opinion on what to do. I left multiple voicemails. No response. I responded back to the email I was sent very quickly. No response. I sent multiple emails and still haven’t heard anything. Now I am $400 into it and it still doesn’t work. I may have to buy a new computer and will only get it from them if they resolve this issue. ALL I NEEDED WAS SOMEONE TO CALL ME ON THE PHONE.

Mazda 2010 3i transmission control module.(TCM)The story is the same! They were very prompt billing me for a TCM in February ( $208.94 ). Now it failed in the exact same way the original failed.I was able to contact the owner and he got right on it. As soon as I get a return code I will send it back for repair..

If you want to waste your money on a ECM this is the place to buy one. If you value your money then buy it anywhere else but from them. If I can give any less stars I would.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a TCU for my vehicle as they advertised item would ship in 1-3 business days. My vehicle was in limp mode and I needed the part ASAP. After 8 days I contacted them via email for status (they stated on their website not to call due to Covid) and received a boilerplate response saying they would contact me, didnt happen. On day 9 I filled out info on their website (twice) for status of my computer and received the same canned response. On day 12, after having zero confidence that I could trust the part IF I ever received it, I called my credit card company and cancelled the charge and low and behold I get an email saying my order was shipped that same afternoon. I ordered from another company just up the road from them and had my TCU in 3 DAYS!!

WOW! I can’t believe I got fully rebuilt 58 volt FICM for my 06 F-350 for less than $300! And it has a lifetime warranty!!!! Shipped quick too. Truck starts faster and runs smoother now, it also has a noticeable power increase with the 58v upgrade. Nobody beats this price and nobody has a lifetime warranty! I’ve been driving my truck for 2 months now with zero problems! And don’t freak out if your scanner only reads 54.5v, they aren’t designed to read the 58v this FICM puts out.

I received a refurbished part with lifetime warranty and the part gave out after 3 months of use. When I tried to take advantage of the warranty they ghosted me. I called many time, submitted a repair ticket, emailed them, and nothing. I emailed them in February and up to this day nothing. Complete waste of time and money

All computer resources was extremely professional, knowledgeable, proficient, helpful, and my Jeep Grand Cherokee limited model year 2000 is now running like a new baby again! Current original mileage is only slightly less than 50,000!I am the original owner of the vehicle, and I installed the TCM personally. We had been having several unrelated issues over the past couple of years with the car. Lights not working correctly, engine running rough, controls not working 100% correctly. We had a catalytic converter installed at the suggestion of a mechanic, several other costly additions and maintenance items were performed, we had the transmission serviced completely and none of these items helped.Doing my due diligence I researched all possible material and read all of the information that all computer resources provided. After the installation there was an issue with the transmission hard shifting from second to third gear. All computer resources directed me to have a mechanic perform a quick learn procedure the TCM. Once that was done the engine, transmission and electronics in the Jeep became as if it was a new car.That TCM was installed the latter part of April, and the quick learn was performed six weeks ago as of this posting.I give all computer resources the highest of recommendations possible.

Had a IDM fail I bought for my 7.3 powerstroke within a week. Took my truck to a diesel shop they couldnt read my injectors through the IDM so they replaced it and I had to use this company IDM as the core. I live in Washington state had no time to send this product back because of I have one vehicle and didnt have time to miss work as the lead forman. This company isnt friendly and blamed me for not returning the IDM because it failed. I had to work and couldnt wait for them costing me more money.. I would not recommend them unless you live in Florida and can return it that dayhawcoulwait
