They need to upgrade customer service, I was calling for about 2 months in order to cancel a extended warranty and no one ever answer the phone. And if you go in person and ask for someone to fill up any paper from another sells person who sell you a car, they take the time of their life to talk to you, obviously you are not buying a car. Of course if you are going to buy a car they run towards you, but when you need attention in other matters they dont help you quickly. So I dont recommend this dealership
Body Shop is Awesome. Took my tailgate in to be replaced. Custom paint job. Came out flawless. George the Manager is awsome. Was in constant contact with me updating me on the progress. I highly recommend. And will be going back to get my truck touched up. Excellente work and Customer Service.. 👍
Took my f150 to get the door code. They said $135. They told my they couldn’t do it because the radio Best Buy installed was done poorly and 2 wires were shoved into the diagnostic plug and they didn’t want to touch it. They even told me they tried pulling the wires out. When I took it to Best Buy, they simply plugged out the insert from the diagnostic slot. They showed it to me and it was installed properly. The mechanic at Lorenzo ford had no idea what he was talking about. I will never take my vehicle there.
Very poor service. I made an appointment to check wind noise on my f150 cabin. When I made the appointment the day before all the slots were opened and available.Today when I showed up they told me I have to drop off the car and it will take several days because the shop is busy. Also there is no loaner available, you have to go on a list and wait time is around 2 weeks. This information is not available online on their site.If this is the needed time for checking maybe a couple of seals on the trim I can’t imagine the wait time for checking engine or transmission problems.It is a shame you pay over $50k on a car and Ford dealerships like this are so poor with supporting Ford customers.
Absolutely terrible facility from sales to the technicians. After I dropped my van off they told me I had to spend $500 to do the timing and to check the engine because it may be damaged. Reluctantly I agreed. My next phone call was saying it was going to be $7600 for a new engine. At that point I new I made a bad decision. I told them I would arrange to have the van towed out of there. I called them in the morning. By late afternoon they finally called back saying it was ready for pickup. I went the following morning to only find my car in the exact place I had it towed to a week ago and with the steering and shifter still not put back together. They offered to put it together, but the tow truck was already on the way. I argued over the payment because I told them there was no way they did the timing on a damaged engine. The mechanic I normally go to later confirmed they had not completed the timing. On top of it all they damaged my shifter more and now there is no light display on shifter and no overdrive. My car left their facility in worse shape than when I got there. Awful experience overall.
Juan Carlos is a great salesman! Not pushy and happy to take his time with you and make sure you are happy and get a fair deal. The rest of the team was very helpful and friendly as well especially Johan in the finance dept.
11/22/2019I was in a panic from the the night before.My mailbox key had fallen behind the car ashtray where I keep it. I knew to get it my console would need to be taken apart. I calledLorenzos repair department at 7:00 am. Talked to the receptionist which was a darling. She was so compassionate .She told me to come on in.This was nice they didnt make me wait.I get there greeted by Jose.He took my car I went to the waiting room. 10 minutes later I had the mailbox Key in my hands.Not every business is truly ready to help customers so readily. Staff were so friendly, professional, caring and addressed an issue promptly .Yes, I will return. I strongly recommend Lorenzo Ford. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
The service here is amazing. I came one morning for issue with my truck and met Frank Maderos excellent guy. I explained my problem and he got Tony Reyes to come take look and in five minutes the problem was solved, hes an amazing mechanic. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. Such great service and nice people.
Difficult to navigate due to renovations/construction. Staff seemed very knowledgeable, and were able to get my truck in the day we dropped it off, even with being very busy.

When I got this 2017 Ford Escape I was told my car have warranty and I also put the extended one. In less than 1 year the car gave transmission problems and añso some other noises on engine. I took this car to the service department and I was told they first need to do a diagnostic to find out what the problem is and the guy supposed to call me with 1-2 days. I asked that if this will take more than 7 days that i need a car. I be told when buying that if any problem happen I will get a car from Lorenzo Ford while they fix mine and the service guy told me they have no cars available for me to use. Never called me about the diagnostic so I went to the dealer and no diagnostic was ready, after 7 days no diagnostics I asked for a car to drive and again they told me no car available. So I let this time go. Now 2 weeks I came again tbey now have a diagnostic and is transmission wowww we both knew it was that since first day. I was told they will start fixing next week so this is 3 weeks me waiting for a transmission to be fixed. This is unacceptable, I spoke with another client and the same happened to him wait 2 weeks and he had lots of problem with his car too. Againa I asked for a car to drive and the manager told me they have no car, I told him I be paying over $350 a week on Uber and all he asked was if I wanted the car back as is so I am getting back my car without being fix wo Very bad service. I would not recomend pelple to buy cars here and not even go here for service. I hate when people say Because covid19 coronavirus have NOTHING to do with them taking 2 weeks to do a car diagnostic and see the problem and then 2 weeks to finally get it fix?? NOOO, Worse thing they promised to give you a car to drive if a problem comes in. There was another client requesting a car and the service guy told her the company have no cars to give at the moment. Horrible service. Whoever is in charge of this department is not doing his Job and needs to go find another Job.

Since Lorenzo has taken over Armstrong Ford in Homestead, I have to say that the service is better as well as the customer service provided. Went to have service on my A/C, and was told that my radiator was bad. After spending over $1,100, went to get my truck k and was told that my A/C compressor was bad. Nothing was wrong with the radiator. Total RIP off, and would not recommend their service department. Not the only time that I have had problems with these people.
