I went in for an alternator and I was helped by Maria, such a beautiful soul that was patient and extra helpful to me. I came in to your store already with my mindset that I was going to get assisted by someone with no sense of help since I already had a terrible experience with Advance Auto Part, but as I walked into the store, Maria was there and I was helped in an extraordinary way. She’s is amazing. Very beautiful also 😍.

My husband went in for a refund on headlights he ordered but later found a better deal elsewhere. The person who did not want to give her name, identified herself as the manager, short lady, gave attitude and demanded the receipt. On receipt says you dont need receipt if you have an account with them, which my husband does. She said to him, well if you dont have the receipt, I wont refund anything, I am the manager and I need the receipt. Some manager. Your policy states a receipt is not needed. If you do not like you job, please seek another position. Being rude to customers who frequent your location makes us and other potential customers seek services elsewhere. Wont be going back to this Autozone in Homestead.

Upon entering I was greeted with a friendly welcome to the store. I then proceeded to walk around in search for some lights for my car. An associate by the name of Maria came by and asked me if I needed assistance. She was quickly able to help me find the part I was looking for and for my car more importantly. She made sure I was well taken care of and set to work on my car. We need more workers like Maria. :)

Excellent service by the staff. Kevin C helped me locate the part I needed. The previous owner of my car had Frankenstein it. Luckily Kevin had seen something like this before and was able assist me.

I was having a battery light come on my car while I was driving I had purchased it at a competitors but they were closed so I stopped by AutoZone since they were the only ones open. Kevin checked my battery and it tested bad. He noticed that it maybe have been the alternator as well since it was a fairly new battery. He gave me jump start and advised me to check the warranty at the competitors. Really nice person great service, he didnt try to push a battery sale on me as I had it under warranty. He did recommend me to come back and get my alternator tested for free. He even gave me some easy instructions on how to go about replacing it myself instead of paying a shop. Great place and friendly people. Thanks

My car is giving me problems while driving. I knew that AutoZone offers free battery testing so I made my way over. Kevin C was very helpful in testing the battery and alternator. He even showed me how to use the code scanner. We werent able to pull any codes and the alternator, starter and battery tested fine. Kevin gave me some helpful advice and stated it may be a fuel delivery issue. He told me about their loan tool program and how the fuel pump pressure tester would be able to diagnose if I indeed had a fuel pump going bad. I will come back later and pick it up. I want to thank Kevin for the excellent service.

Great place to shop for parts. The prices are great and their service is top notch. I had issues with a new alternator that I purchased at another vendor. Kevin helped me out and tested it for me. Found out that the alternator maybe defective. Kevin gave me some tips to change it myself. He suggested I bring it in the store off the vehicle so it can be tested on another machine. Just to make sure it really is the alternator. He explained that a bad alternator connector can sometimes be the culprit and not the alternator itself. Thanks for the help.

I needed help with a check engine light on my car and stopped by to get it looked at. Kevin C and the staff were really helpful in showing me how to use the scanner. Great customer service went to autozone due to my car having issues turning on a young man by the name Darren was extremely helpful checking to see what was the problem with my vehicle it turned out to be my battery was bad. Darren was so helpful he went got the battery my vehicle needed took the old battery out installed the new battery left everything cleaned. Thanks to Darren I was able to make it home.

Edgar went out of his way to test my battery and my starter, and make recommendations. He made sure I didn’t leave with any doubts and he seemed like he genuinely cared about what was going on. Was told I need a lock smith to change my key battery. This is after waiting a good 15 minutes in line. Went to another business and they changed it just fine.
