Do not go to this place! All they want is your money. They will come up with random stuff your car needs to make money. I went for a oil change and immediately after my oil change I noticed I was smelling a lot of fumes. I thought maybe some oil spilled on the engine or under the hood, no big deal. But the smell continued a few days later to the point i couldn’t even drive my car cause of the fumes. I went there and in front of me the guy popped my hood and I noticed the oil cap was off. He thought I didn’t see him hurry and place it back. He then proceeded to tell me my car was leaking oil on its own and I would need it replaced. He really lied to my face and was going to make me pay for something unnecessary.

Hands down the best in town! Local small family owned business that treats you like family. Gasca Auto shop is my go to mechanic. Honest and reliable. I do not trust anyone else with my car but Rolando.

Honest, straightforward and very professional. Highly recommend them. They do great work. They fixed what other shops couldn’t seem to. I will be returning to them for all my future maintenance and repairs.

Gasca auto care was able to identify my problems the 3 times I’ve had car problems and identified and fixed them each time. Pretty reasonable with prices and not to bad in timing for the time it takes to fix the car, considering it isn’t a high staffed car mechanic shop. Either way If you need your car checked out! Dishonest, completely over charged for brake that came off while I was driving. Just stay away at all cost life is too precious to leave it in the hands of somebody who doesn’t fix what they broke.

We had to take the car twice. And it never worked. The car broke down twice more.

I wouldnt recommend this place. I have taken my car here twice and both times there were issues. First time I took my car to get a tune up and they forgot to tighten one of the spark plugs. Found out a few weeks later when I heard rattling in my car and took it to another shop. Thought it might of been a fluke. Brought my car to them again in May 2020 to get my brakes done and again recently found out after my car had been making a strange sound whenever I brake that they forgot to add two screws to the calipers. So disappointing. I really dont like posting negative things about businesses but hopefully this wont happen to anyone. I think they should double check their work. Sad to say I wont be going back.

Losing confidence with this auto care business their billing/receipts dont explain what one pays for services done you get a price but no itemizing.There is a transparency issue. Going to try another auto care establishment in the future.

Walkers Auto Repair in Valdosta, GA had one of our customers visting Homestead, FL. Our customer called and asked if we knew of a shop in that area that we could refer them to. Went to do a checkup.The prices were outrageous. They expected me to pay repairs worth about 90% of the cars value? Not much information was given to me aside from what I had already told them that needed to be repaired. Payed 50 dollars for what could have been an oil change but instead not only did they do nothing to my car, they didnt provide too much information, and I couldnt afford the price. I really thought the Google Reviews were gonna be promising.

I visited Gasca for the first time last week after purchasing a 2006 Honda Pilot a couple of days earlier. The owner Rolando, Derrick and the other two mechanics (my apologies for not remembering their names), were very friendly and professional. The estimate they gave me was more than fair, but it took me a few days because of my schedule to bring the car in, since I live inHomestead and work in Miami. This morning, I was able to drop my car and picked it up right before they closed. I told them I might run past their closing time and Derrick said that he would wait for me. I was more than satisfied with the quality of the repairs, the price, and the way I was treated. It was like a family business, something that you rarely find these days. Just got my Town and Country van serviced today. I have to say that I could not be more pleased with the excellent service I received at Gasca Auto Care. They treated me with reapect when I brought in a 2001 Ford Focus that had been driven hard and not well maintained. They gave me a more than fair estimate and an honest timeframe of when my car was ready. They even did an inspection after a couple day to make sure all the new parts were working. Great Place... I came to homestead on vacation from Georgia and oh course my car broke down at 4 pm on a Saturday. So I called a towing company to tow my car to Tire Kingdom but when the tow truck driver came he took me Gasca instead because he said it would save me money. When I arrived it was 5 mins before they closed but they told me that they would look at my car to see what was wrong with it. They quickly found the problem and gratefully they told me that they would fix it even though they were supposed to be closed already. They fixed the problem and I was on my way. These guys are wonderful and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys.

The worst experience ever! They totally ripped me off. Got my head gasket changed here and 3 months later had the same problem. It took him three weeks to fix a head gasket. Beware of shady mechanic. I wrote a review and all of a sudden it was deleted. Dont bring your car here unless you want to get ripped off.You responded that you don’t remember or have records of me bringing my car there. I’m 1000% sure, I have the right business . You guys ripped me off.

The first time I went there it was great I said I want to support the local businesses you know give back to the community I got my oil change for $19.99 plus tax Im the owner was the one that receive my caution everything when I went to get my oil changed again I have the little sticker on the car told me too um get I went back and the owner told me that I cant get my oil change for 1999 plus tax because I was in part of our membership that they have and when I went and I told him no you did this for me last time he said all well ever took your money did the wrong thing funny thing is hes the one that took my money so he contradicted himself and calls himself a liar Im not a person to write bad reviews about about anybody. But this really ticks me off and on top of it ip28 99 plus tax and I was supposed to be told whats wrong with my vehicle and he did not tell me anything was wrong with my vehicle and I went about my way two days later my car is making noises and acting funny I call him and I asked him about the issue this going on is there something wrong with my car he said no maam remember last time you told me that your car was new and I was like yeah as it goes well the same thing I told you last time the same thing thats wrong with it now and I said okay if you dont even know my name I have my ring giving you money or the description of my vehicle and she went on saying that in my old receipt it was detailed which he did not give me a receipt with any details in fact I was not in his computer system because the previous time the last time that I went he got my information but not the first time but I went to his auto body shop or whatever you wanna call it Auto Care I am very upset because now my vehicle is not working properly and he is running around the bush about whats going on my car yes my car is an older model and yes its not in a perfect condition no cars in perfect condition but if a customer calls you with a concern I believe you should extend your had an attempt to help that person fix the issue instead of making them feel as if they dont know anything about cars I would not recommend this place to anybody and Im all for local businesses but this guy he shouldnt get anybody service he lives apparently maybe its because Im not a Mexican and I am off a dark skinned it has panic he probably thought I was black I dont know but I really dont believe that this is a good establishment for people especially if he thinks youre an idiot and he acts as if youre an idiot anyways those are my two cents about this car place dont go there

If your a women with minimal knowledge of automotive repair, stay away from this shop. They are dishonest and that Rolando dude is a slick, fast-talker. Not too long ago, I took my car there for one thing and Rolando said something else broke in the process of the mechanic fixing my original issue and said something else about a sensor failure. On top of that, he charged me labor and fees for the new issue they caused without notifying or confirming the new price with me. I spent a lot of money with this shop and my vehicle still had the same issues, who knows if they even worked on my car or if the story of all these new issues even occurred! My Car still ran the same (or lack there of) and when I took it back he wanted to suck more money out of me. I took it to another mechanic shop and it ended up being only $100 fix!You live and you learn and I learned not to ever take my car there again!

I use to think this was one of the few honest repair facilitys and boy was I wrong. Brought in a car for a srs diagnosis, AC not blowing and an oil change. After waiting for a day I had to call and check up cause nobody called me. They told me it needed new air bags cause they couldnt program the ones on the car, AC compresor was shot and my air suspension was bad which had no problems when I took it in. After telling me all that and me saying Im gonna pick up my car, owner tells me he did the oil change so I owe that even though he should have spoken to me first. I took my car to another shop and they reprogrammed my air bags and reset my AC system... I didnt need new bags or a compresor but now I gotta replace the air suspension which never had an issue before. Never go back again!!!

These guys are ok if you breakdown close to their shop and you need a quick temp fix. Beyond that? Nooooooooooooo wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.... The LAST time I gave them business was for a simple trans service in my Sierra. I just wanted a flush/filter change. These guys arent qualified to do more than brakes and oil changes. I picked it up (working fine before....) and the transmission was in safe mode and the check engine light was on. Im not from around here so I called my mechanic back home and found out that whatever they did caused a sensor to fail. I bring the truck back and they tell me that the check engine light was on when I brought it in. They backed off of that when when one of the Three Stooges realized they had worked on my truck earlier in the week... Perfectly fine.... Its NEVER had a check engine light on before. The owner gives me a sad sad story about how hell just eat the cost. ( Nice of him considering his idiot caused it!!!) I told I would pay for the parts... Ronaldo or whatever his name is.... Hes a LIAR... He told me the parts are $100. Hes not even smart enough to come up with a believable number but I pay it only because I want to rid myself of this scumbag. I get my emailed receipt and he charged me $113. Taxes arent 13% so again.... I called my mechanic back home and found out the sensor was $28 his price. Lying thief. Today I went to change my oil and noticed that these idiots completely MANGLED the trans drain plug. My advice to you? If you need a brake job or oil change and you dont mind a lack of integrity then go here! If you want something fixed right and not get ripped off then you might want to shop around. I dont know any shops around here so I cant recommend anyone, I can only share my experience with these people. Dont let them do to you what they did to me.
