Make sure to review your receipt. The clerk gave me a receipt with just the total. The total seemed high so I questioned her. She said it was the taxes. I KNOW taxes are not 10%. I asked for the itemized receipt and saw that she had added an additional $2.00. I wonder how many times this is done a day. I will NEVER step foot in that business again!!

I purchased a wig for my grandmother from Prime Beauty Supply Store yesterday. She did not like the color, so I went back this afternoon in hopes of exchanging the wig for a different color. The manager explained that they did not exchange or return wigs which I completely understood. However, his explanation for their policy caught me by surprise. He proceeded to tell me that “we do not take wigs back because a lot of our customers have diseases, and some of them will buy the wig, wear it for a night and then return it.” His comment was absolutely appalling, and I refuse to spend my money in an establishment that blatantly disrespects their customers.
