Kevin, Is amazing. Traveling out of town, my screen cracked, I was unable to swipe, and was having other issues, and Kevin was able to find to help. He found discounts associated with my account, located a phone that I was pleased with, and updated the phone in minutes. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and has great customer service skills. I recommend this Verizon location for anything phone issues.

Not sure who Ms. Sonnys boss is but you definitely have a Shining Star. This was the best visit I have ever experienced going to a cellular store. My phone was blinking in and out and I went with intentions of getting it fixed. However, Sunny, the rep, was so helpful and very informative. Needless to say it made no sense to fix the phone. She was very knowledgeable and answered ALL of my questions with ease. Because of her expertise and clear explanations of the plan options, costs and benefits I purchased 2 new phones for myself and my husband - with absolutely NO BUYERS REMORSE :-) Thanks Sunny!!!

He knows the product line and services and made adding an additional phone a painless experience. I have had two very positive experiences with this store over the last year.
