I have used adore products for about 15 yrs now and they really are wonderful and stand up to their reputation. My skin looks like a 40 yr old and I am 62 this November. The Adore customer service is super and will help you out with any questions you may have. I also love the free gifts with every order. They may be a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and my skin is worth it.

Literally one of the best moisturizers I have ever used in my life. Hydrating, just enough thickness to it but not too thick it’s just right. I love the scent as well! This really helps with the dry patches of skin around my nose. Which are beyond annoying as hell and not many moisturizers help with that so although this product is kinda pricey, it’s worth every penny honestly. Invest more in skincare than in makeup. 🖤I promise you! Highly recommend the Adore Cosmetics skin care

Holy moly I cannot rave more about this product. I have been using this product for a week now and my skin is literally changed in a week. Everything you have ever read about this product is true and I completely understand (though still hate) the price. It is SO good! My pores are nonexistent, my skin is smoother. The texture is super think and rich. It smells amazing. It’s just SO good. If you can afford it you should be using it. It’s just that good.

My friend and I were just walking by and they offered us some free samples. We were polite and told them No thank you.The man proceeded to tell his coworker, loud enough for us to hear, Theyre too broke. They dont have any moneyWhat kind of attitude and behavior is this??? He doesnt know how much we make yet because we didnt want free samples for skin products we dont use, he decides to insult us. Would never come here, even if I start using skin products.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. They told me one price and then charged me over double what they said it would be when we asked them to fix this they refused. I ended up contacting police who then said they do this all of the time and there’s nothing they can do about it. Beyond any of that this women was hanging all over me and kept touching me. I’m absolutely disgusted that Riverchase Galleria would allow this to happen over and over to its customers without doing something about this business shame on you.

It’s not for everyone. Some people don’t like the thickness or think it’s too expensive. I like it and have used it for many years. Skincare is like a marathon and I think moisturizer is something you have to use for a long time to work with your skin. I had super dry skin over winters but after using this, my skin feels moist every season.

I was on vacation passing through the mall and was approached by a great young man Named jossef and he sat with me and my wife and even gave us both facials and we were both impressed with the high tech facility, we have gotten facials all over the world and this was one of the top 3. when you do stop by ask for him very informative

I have been buying from Tali since they opened. She is experienced, knowledgable and very straight forward. So yes she tells me how bad I look sometime but she doesnt push products on me. The prices might seem high but so are the department stores. The eye cream is a miracle worker!

I love this store! They having really nice products. My favorite ones are the salt scrub and a mask from the Dead Sea that can be removed with a magnet!

I am a new client at Adore in the Riverchase Galleria. I have been working with Kitona and Nathan. They are both very pleasant and helpful. They really know the product lines and how to use them for the best results. Both my husband and I are already seeing results in my skin. Im excited to see the final results.

I really love the products! Especially the eye serum and the eye cream! Gave me a wonderful result for the dark circles I have under my eyes (when you have children, you dont sleep much) and also the moisturizer and the night cream, great products and professional service !!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I have not purchased anything from this store, and I wouldn’t recommend it. We were making our way out of the mall when we were basically dragged into the store. In an attempt to not be rude, my fiancé and I obliged for the free samples. It had been a long day, and we made it clear that we would not be making a purchase today. The employee started to become extremely pushy, making us both very uncomfortable. This person continued to berate us, with “by the looks of your skin, you need it.” and then decided to insult us with “what, is it too expensive?” The cost wasn’t the issue, it was the principle. Received an eye roll upon explaining that my fiancé has a skin condition that requires the use of prescription products, and we would need to speak with our dermatologist prior to “starting a treatment” he so thought we needed. Just absolutely ridiculous behavior. Inappropriate and inconsiderate, and they do not know how to talk to a potential customer.

Employees made you feel so special. Wonderful products. I got great results. I will go back.

Beware of the sales tactics. On Saturday 11/11/17 they stopped my sister, who has special needs, and convinced her to buy hundreds of dollars worth of non-refundable products. When our family went back to speak with the manager she was unapologetic for taking advantage of her and refused to consider a refund. Clearly they had confused my sister as she thought they were giving her free samples. My sister enjoys the Galleria but may no longer choose to shop there because of this experience.

Buyer beware! The alluring packaging, organic label and high prices suggest high quality. But read the label and discover low quality ingredients with health concerns, for example, parabens in the cream. Adore is not a luxury beauty brand, it’s a scam.This company has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau, BBB.

Dont get within 20 feet of this place. They will try to pressure into their lair and guilt you into buying their snake oil garbage insane money. They should not be allowed to come outside their doors and drag people inside. Avoid like the plague.

I tried there products after a long conversation with there skin specialist. I must say it delivered as promised (I’m writing this after 2 months of using)I little pricy but worth it :)

Adore’s products and their service are exceptional. With overly dry skin, I’ve had difficulty finding products that absorb, but not with Adore. Not only have I seen an immense difference in my skin, but, others have noticed a difference as well. It bears repeating, Adore’s products are exceptional!

Had some issues with sales peoples tactics to get people to spend more than they want to or can afford. The owner has agreed to implement a more lenient 24 hour return policy to prevent future occurrences moving forward.

They’re scammers! They will charge you for FREE samples, they’ll tell you the thing your buying is cheap and then charge your card for a MUCH higher price, they refuse to give you a refund unless you threaten to call the police. Don’t buy anything, just go and use their FREE SAMPLES and leave!

The so called owner came off as being nice, but was really rude when I refused to buy from her. All of there products are waaaayyy over priced and she showed me the register transactions of other buyers. She can knock off $550 for eye cream??? She rolled her eyes at me when I admittedly refused and tried to rush me out of the store. I would advise people be careful when dealing with her. I wont spend money in a store that mistreats people because they refuse to buy. I would have come back, but not after how I was treated.
