First they suggest me a shade on my query without looking at me skin tone. So i asked them if they needed to see a picture so they can suggest me right shade.Their response was quick saying why not, after i shared two pics they stopped replying. Real purity was more professional and prompt in their responses. Dont know if SM got scared as soon as they saw me!Bad customer service these people have!!!

I’m a little surprised at the poor reviews here. I’ve used Signature Minerals on and off since 2008-2009. I like their products especially their eyeshadows and bronzers. (Sandcastle is my HG eyeshadow) I don’t wear their foundations because I can’t do a powder foundation but I do use their veil. Over all I’ve never been displeased. I’ve always received my products in a timely manner and my order has always been correct.My advice would be to try a sample and see for yourself.

I ordered from the website one month ago. Never received my products. I wrote several mails : no answer.Ill contact paypal and report it as fraud.
