The service I experienced was top notch! I was only in the store for a few minutes, the rep helped me pick out a brand and it was an awesome pair of shades that fit me perfectly! Great service and even nicer people.

I was looking for a specific style and got exactly what I was looking for. Ill be going back for more shades! Reasonably priced also.

Macys Sunglass Hut at Galleria... Chiquita and team always take such great care of me! Great fashion brands and excellent service... Sunglass Hut at BassPro for Costa, Oakley, or Maui and here for all that is hot!

Poor... Very poor.I know Ive reviewed the SH in Macys at the Galleria, but this is for the Standalone store actually within the mall. I went in twice, within the same several days that I visited the Macys location. In those two times, there were two different females working.The first visit, though more pleasant, still wasnt anything special. Asked if I needed help, I replied. Those are over there with a finger point. Ok, thanks??Second visit, (as referenced in the previous review) was never even acknowledged. Female clerk was flirting with a guy, who when he left, never even looked up due to being deep into a texting war on her phone. I actually needed assistance but didnt want to bother her at work... go figure. So I left.Not sure if the service is supposed to wow me at Sunglass Hut anyway, but this was a complete and extreme opposite of the service received at the store within Macys.
