We are so happy with our new storm windows! We ordered 11 double-hung storms as well as a side-light and picture window. Greg Murtha was great to work with and was so patient to answer all our questions and take the time to demonstrate and explain the product. He even gave us a little information on our interior windows (old, single-pane windows) and offered to have our installer repair the exterior frame area of the only double-pane window (Anderson window) on the house. Gary installed our windows quickly and with great expertise. We knew about Mon-Ray windows and their quality because my parents replaced their storm windows 25+ years ago with Mon-Ray. My parents have since done a completed window replacement, but still have Mon-Ray windows in their breezeway, and they look and function great, even now!

Ordered 3 windows to be installed in our home from Mon-Ray (Greg Murtha) and when they arrived two installers were dispatched to our home. Gary and Kevin arrived on time and ready to work. They informed us exactly what would be taking place and then proceeded to do just that. They interacted with us with professionalism and a great sense of humor. Most importantly they were highly skilled at installing our windows with expertise and attention to detail! Highly recommend Mon-Ray, especially Gary and Kevin.

Over the past 20+ years, Mon-Ray has replaced every window in my house. They are excellent to work with, the quality of the windows is excellent and the installers are really excellent. They have even replaced windows in my sisters as well as my brothers houses. I highly recommend them. You cannot go wrong.

Anybody can complain, and I prefer to find, and review the best, in all cases.This just isnt one that I can, not, NOT post!Very poor assistance for windows already installed. Just needed a few things fixed. Only want to SELL, NOT SERVICE.Obviously dont read reviews.I RARELY, post a negative comment. If theyd just reply, acknowledge my need for windows to be fixed, replaced, this could and would change!In the past, about 10 years ago, I called about an ice dam. The KINDEST gent came on his lunch break and saved my window from a 20 ft fall.Icedams have since been remedied.I wish this was still the example of excellent service that was the norm, like day and night!Help me change this review!

I lost one of the hardware bits on my Mon-Ray screen door--one trip to the warehouse and they were able to get me set up with the replacement parts I needed. Great customer support.

We have eight (yes, eight) Mon-Ray storm doors (first three installed in 2013), Mon-Ray Glasswalls in our 16 x 22 three-season porch and Mon-Ray sliding windows in the 10 x 12 porch off our Master Bedroom. We ordered storm panels for our Glasswalls in Dec-2018 so we could enjoy our three-season porch into the Minnesota winter months. We have been and remain delighted with the superior quality of our Mon-Ray windows and storm doors. From the sales process with Greg to the installation and service after the installation, we have no complaints. The latch in one of the first three storm doors broke in 2018, and Greg promptly arranged for the delivery of a replacement at no charge. Admittedly, the Mon-Ray products are expensive compared to available alternatives, but the Mon-Ray quality (design, engineering, materials, fabrication, installation and service after the sale) is unsurpassed in our opinion.
