Today is Saturday, Oct.17, 2020. This is the third time this week I have been to the Horn Lake, MS AT&T store for technical support. Each time I had the pleasure of being serviced by Katie. Katie is smart, knowledgeable, patient, pleasant, undaunted, and has the ability to listen. She successfully resolved all of my issues. I saw her serve other customers and she was the same wit them as she was with me. Katie is a jewel and a real asset to AT&T. Thank you, Katie for excellent service. K. Crossley

There were customers waiting inside and the other CS rep was outside just talking to someone as he looked on while we were waiting for at least 30 minutes. He literally did not care that we all were waiting. The CS REP inside the store did the best she could but it wasnt until a manager or whoever he was came out and told him to come in and work. This is a Poor quality store. They turned one customer away because they did not know how to give a refund for a new phone, WTW!! She told the customer to come back tomorrow, when the manager was there. He said he would just go to southaven. I live in horn lake and I didnt want to go to southaven. This is not the way customers should be treated in this area!!

I have been trying to port my cellular service from Straight Talk to Att for over a month but kept getting the run around between Straight talk (customer support) Att (customer support) as well as the Att store in Southaven. My last attempt was the ATT store in Horn Lake and VOILA my service was transferred. Not only did they take the time out to transfer my service, they made sure my Apple Watch was working as well. These 5 stars are for Rachelle and Trinton for EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The ATT store in Southaven is closer but I will bypass that location for the Horn Lake location from here on out! Thanks guys!

I must admit that prior to me visiting this store, I would always do business at the location in Southaven, Ms. Unfortunately, Southaven’s location was out of stock of the IPhone 11 Pro Max, so after calling around, I located the phone at the Horn Lake location. Inside this location, they had everything that I was looking for. I looooove this AT&T store!!! The staff at this location are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I dealt with Mya and Cortavious and they made me feel like a true valued customer. Another thing that I love about this location is that they keep inventory in stock, and there is not a long wait time to wait for assistance. It hasn’t been a week since I purchase my new phone, (IPhone 11 Pro Max) and I have visited this store three times already!! I plan to continue doing business with them. They made my experience worth while!!! I’m a VERY satisfied customer!!!

Why does this place exist? Every time I have been there they send me to the main store. All you can do is pay your bill and you should have exact change. They have no change. Cant even get a SIM card to replace a defective one. Close this useless satellite store. I keep forgetting Why I dont go here. Waist of time.

These people are so nice and helpful. We had a problem but it wasnt with them. It was with the call center people. I feel like they need to all get on one accord. Instead of playing the blame game.

I would most definitely give this store a 5 star the staff at AT&T HornLake make themselves accessible as soon as you step through the door. In particular, my saleswoman, Jasmine Outlaw (I think that was her last name) provided exceptional service to my mother and I . She was very friendly, welcoming and attentive to our concerns and needs. We came in with inquiry of adding a service line for my baby brother and we got exactly what we came for and also ended upgrading as well. Jasmine was great at answering all of my concerns in which I was skeptical of adding a line to my service for a teenager. I’m happy with my upgrade and my lil brother is excited about his new phone. Huge thanks to Jasmine and the other AT&T staff who also stepped in at times as well.

Great Customer Service

I can honestly say that out of all the AT&T stores I have ever been to, this one is truly the best. I recently came in town to visit Family and broke my phone. I decided to change services and switch to AT&T. I stopped by the local location and was happy to see they had a great selection of phones and the staff was very friendly and eager to help me immediately. I did not sign up for service because I was out of time, but I wanted to leave a message to address this store as well as one person in particular. A young women by the name of Rebekka helped me out more than anyone else in the store. She is the true definition of an amazing employee and should be honored for all her hard work. This Review goes out to Rebekka because she truly is the shining star in that establishment.

Just went in or accessories, Rebecka was very helpful and friendly. She could sell you a box of dirty shoes!Clean store. Need a new phone soon, will go back and use that lady.

Every time you are calling this local number, it always saying Im sorry, no one is available to take your call. then hang up. (Calls end!) Really? so If all are busy assisting customers, no one will answer phone inquiries? So what the use of having your phone in your store? Remember we are customers too and would need some questions before we pay a visit. Please dont set up your phone settings like that.

Sales guy was very interested, seemed bored, helping me. I was there checking on an upgrade for my Galaxy 7 Edge. Also, needed a new screen protector. He actually had one in the store. I was happy about that since theyre hard to find since they dont make this phone anymore. I had already removed my old screen protector and balled it up. Another sales person comes over and says they cannot sell this screen protector to me because its not inventoried. I said you have a customer right here willing to buy it and youre not going to let me buy it from you? She said no, because its not inventoried since they dont make these phones anymore. I walked out.

I deal with Roosevelt when I go. He’s very helpful and professional. Any problem I have, I direct it to him and if he don’t know he’s on it quick to give you a solution. He’s knowledgeable of his work and know how to deal with customers even US (me) high rAte customers

They got a 4 this time because the employee that was there by himself needs more training before being alone in the store

Never helpful ! Was told I couldn’t upgrade my phone without giving them my phone and being phoneless until it shipped, went to another att store they did the upgrade no problem and let me ship my old phone once I got my new one! Every time I call or come to this location they are rude and unhelpful

The girl i talked to at the store ad no idea what she was talking about ... And just kept saying let me get your information ... Called 3 different 800 numbers and every single one told me i called the wrong one and gave me another number for me to be told the same thing every single person was rude especially serigo who after he said ima give you another number to call and i asked if i was gonna get put on old yet again he just continued to talk over me and i repeated myself and said no am i going to be put on hold again he just hung up ... They obviously dont care if they get any new business or not the obviously dont care about customer service at all which is exactly why neither att or directv will get any of my business nor will i reccommend them to anyone they are just another money 💰 hungry corporation looking to rip people off

Takes forever to get anything done here. Each trip I spent a minimum of 3 hrs here trying to get service.

Need to change the store hours on the website. It states open at 11 on Sunday. They open at 12 and believe me not a second before!

On our cable bill if its late they would charge us for two months and when the next month comes they would put the money that we payed for two months for the next... its just a rip off so were going to comcast
