The guy was very nice and very knowledgeable in his job, I just wish he could have found a discount on the phone that I purchased!

METRO PCS should be ashamed to have their name attached to this business. The so called manager is a scam artist. While shopping they offer discounts on accessories, but watch your bill. I was way overcharged for the accessories and when I went back for a refund they tried to explain it away by lying about the price of the phone (even though my receipt and the sign next to the phone showed the true price). When I asked for a supervisors phone #, the manager gave me a number of another supposed manager who attempted to use the same double talk to try to explain it away. During this, another disgruntled customer who had also been ripped off came out to get the # from me. Only when I threatened to call the local news and corporate office was I finally offered a refund according to the receipt which stated that accessories are not refundable! After much insistence they gave me a full refund after returning the phone I had spent all day programming. Stating that items are a certain price but then overcharging and trying to say that it was in lieu of this or that or activation fees is an obvious scam to cheat customers out of money and pad their own pockets.

Run by a crook. He doesnt even know what hes doing, he tried to sell me a SIM card that didnt fit my phone and said there was a place that cut them to size. I drove to midtown memphis to get the proper size after he told me they dont carry that size anymore and that all phones are going to the larger SIM cards.. Luckily Im not an idiot and didnt fall for that. Got the proper size in midtowns metro pcs. Its worth the drive
