I have tried all prepaid sister companies in my area & Boost is by far my favorite. They have best phone selections in my opinion. I never have issues as far as service. Always had a friendly and knowledgeable customer service staff. Also have best plans at great rates compared to the competition.

RUN FORREST RUN!!!! They lie, their unprofessional and they have no clue what customer service is!!!!! I drove from out of state was suppose to be getting 4 lines for $100 i ended up spending almost $300 that day for 3 out of 4 working phones. I made 10 trips to get my NEW phone up and running. They blamed it on everything including the moon. Did they ever get it right or trade my new non working phone?????ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! They should be closed down by corporate. But let me tell you where to go...boost in Bartlett tn on summer and stage. Ask for Himey. He took care of me and corrected those idiots bumble!!!!

Excellent customer service! Fast intelligent advices from the service agent, plenty phones to choose from.. Good friendly area with plenty other business near to it. 100% satisfied with their service... You can not go wrong with this Boost Mobile store... Just Excellent !

Jennifer took really good care of us! Cracked my phone screen at 9:30, and had a new screen repaired by 10:30. Really quick and friendly service with a reasonable price!

I was there i and my husband and this woman sold to us a stolen phone everyone please don’t even try to go buy anything from this store you will have trouble and she don’t give us a receipt and when we asked for receipt she say her receipt machine don’t have any paper

Hate that I had to give a star to write my review. My first experience here was good. Jennifer took great care of me and my mother and I was very pleased then we leave with phones that really sucked and lose calls bad even around town or down town where ever internet was terrible everything even text would take forever to send just really poor service. Well i have had boost for few years and knew that it was way better service so I call and spoke with Jennifer and she didnt want to listen to me kept saying she had to have phone in her hand to help me. So my mother is a heart patient and waiting on transplant so stay at hospital more than anywhere else right now so could not get by the store so I paid for another month of what was supposed to be unlimited everything best plan we could get BUT AGAIN WE HAD ANOTHER MONTH OF COULD BARELY EVEN USE PHONE SERVICE. I tried boost Mobile customer service and they helped me do reset and several things to try helping me get better service and it was no better service so we wait until time to pay bill again and go see Jennifer again thinking she was so awesome the first time and would figure it out when she HAD THE PHONE IN HER HAND LMAO I was in for a huge surprise because we go into the store that WAS NOT BUSY and she called mother by her name and said you paying your bill and I said yes maam but I called and told you we arent getting service at home or in town anywhere and you said you would have to have the phone in your hand to fix it and started to hand her our phones and she just looked at me and said IF YOU AINT GETTING SERVICE YOU NEED TO CHANGE CARRIERS AND JUST NOT PAY YOUR BILL. She didnt want to listen to what was going on or see if there was anything she could do NOTHING So I told her ok then thanks and turned and left the store. I went straight to cspire or whatever because Jennifer had just lost Two long time customers of boost Mobile for them because she hadnt had her morning drink drugs whatever she is on BUT THE GUYS AT CSPIRE WAS KIND AND LOOKED UP MAP OF SERVICE AND LET US KNOW THEY WASNT THE BEST CHOICE FOR US BECAUSE OUR HOME IS 3MILES FROM THE PHONE tower. So I remember a friend went to the boost Mobile on stateline road in Southaven and I remember the lady working was really helpful and very polite and nice to us so i told Mom I am going to give boost Mobile another chance and we go to stateline road to see if maybe she could help figure out what was the problem but when we get there the sweet little helpful lady wasnt there and I figured here we go again no luck lmao BUT THE MAN THERE WAS EVEN MORE HELP WITH EVERYTHING THAN THE LADY WAS AND THAT IS SAYING ALOT BECAUSE SHE WAS AWESOME AND I GOT BOTH PHONES DOING LIKE THEY SHOULD NOW IT TOOK HIM A MINUTE TO FIGURE IT OUT BUT HE WASNT GIVING UP ON US HE WAS MAKING SURE WE STAYED WITH BOOST MOBILE AND HE WAS MORE THAN HELPFUL EVEN GIVE ME A PHONE CASE TRYING TO MAKE UP FOR HOW WE WAS TREATED BY JENNIFER AND KEPT APOLOGIZING FOR THE OTHER STORE SO....IF YOU WANT BOOST MOBILE OR YOU ARE ALREADY WITH BOOST AND NEED TO DO ANYTHING IN STORE GO TO THE STATELINE ROAD STORE BY CHINA WOK AND SEE THE MAN OR LADY THERE AND YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED LIKE WE WAS AT THIS GOODMAN ROAD STORE

They have had my iPad mini for repair for about three weeks after stating same day service. I have been to the store multiple times when I was told that it would be ready only to be told they were still working on it. The first screen they put on had bubbles in it. Was told that would be fixed and ready in a hour. Came back the next day as instructed and they had to send it to their service center. I came back today to pick it up and the screen has glue under it as well as glue all over the device and now my power button doesnt work. They ended up refunding my money but I simply cannot recommend bringing your device here for repair. Worst repair experience that Ive ever had.

Was sitting in parking lot at the open time, sit there 30 minutes and finally left. They lost a sale. Went to Walmart and bought a new phone.

The heavy Spanish lady must not have had her meal or something cuz she is a terrible customer service rep. Then she says shes the owner which made her look even worse.
