I recently had my navigator serviced at Terrebonne Lincoln. It was my first oil change. The customer service was excellent. Even in the aftermath of hurricane Ida the dealership was very accommodating and presented a caring attitude. Because there were no loaner vehicles at the time I chose to wait. My wait time was pleasant and under an hour, which I thought was extremely fast being that both the Ford and Lincoln dealership were both operating out of the same office because of damages. Overall great experience with the dealership. This our third vehicle that we have purchased with Terrebonne Ford & Lincoln and I have to say I would continue to do business with them as well as recommend them to friends and family.

Clarence was very professional and super friendly from start to finish! This absolutely made the whole car buying experience actually enjoyable! We did not feel pressured to make a quick decision, nor did we feel we had to settle for something that was just partially what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about every vehicle we inquired about (and it was a few)! When we finally decided what we wanted, he went above and beyond to ensure we got the vehicle or our dreams. Clarence is an honest, straight forward guy that is not looking to just make a sale. He is looking to get you into something you love, while making a friendship to go along with it. Kris made the paperwork process easy. Every document was explained in detail, but into terms that were easily understood, and we were in and out in no-time (which is exactly what we were hoping for) I would 100% recommend going see Clarence and the staff at Terrebonne Lincoln to all of my friends that may be looking for a new vehicle.

The worsts service place if you need help with you Vehicle right away they give you a week appointment so if you need you car to go to work good luck cause they will turned you down until your appointment time I think they should at least try to check your vehicle and help if you go as a walk-in good luck cause they will tell you they can’t help you at all and instead they will give you an appointment until the fallowing week sad but true

Although I have never bought a car from here, I have had several of my Mazdas (Rx-7s and Rx-8s) serviced/repaired here over the past 10 years or so. This includes dealing with the parts dept.Well lets start off by me saying, you dont go back to the same place for 10 years with bad experiences.EVERY time I pull up Im greeted by the same sweet lady with long hair.(Sorry I cannot remember your name, Im horrible with names, please forgive me.) She is always polite and will ask how my day is going. After a short chat she gets down to business. I explain what I want done, or what problems Im having and she is quick to give a list of things that can be done to help. I never once felt like I was being pushed into a service I didnt want.I normally deal with a mechanic named Travis over there. Hes very polite and knowledgeable about cars. He is always honest and straight to the point with me, and never gives me the run around. Which I love.These 2 people have helped me many times over the years, saving me time and money. I hope this company knows how great these two people are, and they are the reason I will keep coming back.

Went to the service department to get nitrogen in a tire that was repaired on the weekend at Sams. Fusion is normally serviced at Terrebonne Motors but they dont have nitrogen. This service department has been great and the people are very nice.
