The entire staff was very friendly and helpful but one person exceeded my expectations. Dustin Parfait not only helped my bill go down $100 but also made me feel like family and not only a customer. 10/10 recommend this store and to ask for Dustin. He will definitely go above and beyond for your at&t needs.

The store manager himself took the time to assist my husband and I. We were treated like family with the highest level of professionalism. This is the absolute first time that we had felt like we really were valuable customers. Having down to earth representatives associate with and understanding the customer’s needs is the pillar of an excellent company in the making. If there were more people like Mr. Jason, this company would run more smoothly and customer issues would be nearly nonexistent. Walked in and was never even acknowledged my existence. Just had me standing there and didn’t offer to help me or anything. Don’t go to this location! There are better AT&T stores. The manager of this store doesn’t care about your business.

Went in with proof of pay for Att Internet and land line. Paid bill through my bank on Jan. 26 to arrive Feb. 2nd. Bill due on Feb. 5th. Att did not receive payment by the 5th. They said I will have a late fee on my next bill. My bank suggested I bring in proof of pay. This is what I did today. The person noted my account. I seem to have been having many problems with Att Internet billing. Can hardly wait to cancel my service when contract is up. LM
