I entrusted the rustic urn with a 30 year old piece of furniture gifted to me as a child. They not only over-charged me, but did not follow directions and ruined the piece with cheap white paint. The owner Margo unprofessionally began to text me about pick up going on and on about needing a child’s table and chairs out of her shop. It was bizarre, because she began to text me over the Thanksgiving holiday and then threatened to charge $20 a day if I did not pick up immediately. The table and chairs were supposed to be white-washed and sealed for a toddler to use. The paint began chipping off before I brought it into my home only minutes after I picked it up. I will need to have it repainted so that our daughter can safely use it without getting paint everywhere. The owner Margo was incredibly rude when I told her that the job was not satisfactory. She made me cry while I was in the store. I will never trust this company with another piece of furniture ever again. They charged $200 for a child’s table and chairs to be painted white. That’s unheard of.
