Sam and his team did a phenomenal job on my Tesla Model 3. I had a minor dent in the driver side rear quarter panel. I brought my car in for a quote on Tuesday. Sam was very nice and explained the whole process of how they perform dent removal, and he was nice enough to help me out with the pricing. He said it would be done in two days and I was able to pick the car back up on Thursday. The work they did was flawless and the paint matching was expertly done. The pearl white color from Tesla is the hardest to match and Collision Plus did a great job. I would recommend coming to Collision Plus to anyone with a Tesla. Sam and his team did a remarkable repair to our Model 3 Tesla. In addition he has provided me with information to help convince State Farm to pay for entire cost of the repair. They are not willing to pay for the higher rates for labor that Sam charges, even though they paid these same rates last year.

As an owner of a Tesla Model S, Sam has been nothing short of spectacular. I had significant damage to my suspension after an accident trying to avoid a wreck in front of me. The car looks brand new and drives exactly like it did before the accident. Sam took great care with my car and there was no damage to the clear bra covering my entire front end. I would trust Sam with my beloved Model S. This is my second major repair with Collision Plus and both repairs have been flawless. My only advice is that you have to be patient as parts take time and good repairs take time.

5-star quality and professional work, but expensive.My Tesla got mild rear ended, no dent, only paint scratch on bump cover and bottom cover rubber. Brought it to this place to fix it. During the visit my cars 12v battery was dead, and the shop owner used his own battery to maintain the car and finish the work (and a Tesla 12V battery is not something every body shop has in stock, so definitely a plus). He originally tried to charge $300 for the battery and labor, but later reduced it to $150 saying he would waive the labor cost. However, I was able to schedule a mobile service from the Tesla, and because the car was still under warranty, the replacement was free from Tesla. Eventually, they billed $2155 for the repair, but since it was paid by the other partys insurance, I got nothing to complain about, although the insurance company did call me and complain about their rate. And there were other reviews mentioning their overcharging. The owner explained to me that they charged more than Tesla Service Center because Tesla SC has subsidized rate from the company (contrary to common thought that dealership charging more on labor and parts). So if you need to pay out of pocket, better quote around and get a more affordable price. They also wanted to charge me $43 for something not covered by the insurance, but after I said I was going to complain it on Yelp, they waived the fee.So in the end, with no out of pocket expense from me, overall Im satisfied. BTW, they also painted a small piece to the same color of my car for free, appreciate that.

Had an amazing experience with my car (2020 Tesla Model 3) everything went smoothly! I went in because my car got it in the front bumper from a bike rack. It was a noticeable tear in the paint and dent. Once I picked up my car it looked factory new! The paint job and refinish was perfect! I had to bring in my Tesla in for repair here because Tesla said they were unable to do body repairs for a while. Collision Plus seemed to be one of the few Tesla certified body shops in the area. This is by far the most reasonable in turns of cost and also the most reliable bodyshop in Houston. I got three estimates at all the body shops recommended by Tesla and their estimate was the best (I needed 2 Tesla doors replaced). They have the most experience with Tesla’s and are also have the quickest turnaround time (mine was slightly delayed and that was due to Tesla needing to resend doors to meet collission plus’s high quality standard). Sam and his staff were professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this place and I have no complaints at all.

I recently brought my Audi in for some repair work after I rear ended someone. Was pretty bad damage. Sam was great all the way through the process. It took a little longer than I thought, but then again, when you drive a foreign car, parts arent stocked everywhere. When I got my car back, it looked great. Looked just like it did before the accident. Sam is a very personable guy and will keep you informed all the way through the process of repair. Only complaint was my radar detector mount was removed for final cleaning and was misplaced. Sam quickly reimbursed my for the cost of a new one. No fuss. I hope to never get in an accident again, but if I do I will be calling on Sam again.

My fiancé drop her vehicle off at this particular location for a fog light repair, long story short while in the process of repairing the fog light the owner whose name is Sam damaged her vehicle and it wouldn’t start anymore. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here and deal with these crooks! Most of their employees are illegally working there and I will have ICE and the US department of labor look into this situation as well.

After a collision that damaged my front bumper and hood, I initially took my car (Honda) to a body shop recommended by my insurance. They did such a shoddy job that I convinced my insurance to let me bring my car here. When I brought my car to Sam he immediately saw that the other shop had put a used hood on my car and hadnt put my car back to a pre-collision state that my insurance promised me. Sam did a great job of advocating for getting replacement Honda parts that my insurance didnt want to pay for but needed to be replaced. I also really appreciated how he explained everything that they did to the car when I picked it up. The woman at reception (Shawn?) is also very kind and helpful and understanding.

Sam was amazing. He understood my issue with insurance versus covering the repairs myself. He sat down with me and helped me understand my rights as the insured. Worked with the insurance company (called the adjuster on 3-way with me) to keep everything transparent. When my car was deemed a total loss he worked with me to get an aggressive affordable self pay quote. Everyone was so pleasant, they knew me by name, and was always willing to help answer my 1 million questions. Auto repairs are treacherous, and as a woman, I never felt like I was being duped or taken advantage of. I trust the folks over at Collision Plus 100%. I brought my Model S to be repaired here and Sam took great care of me. He is a perfectionist and will make sure he returns the car back to you in pristine condition. I could not even tell anything had been repaired. Yes, Tesla parts do sometimes take time to come in, but that is not his fault. Tesla is a new company and they simply do not have a backlog of inventory to repair their vehicles. All available parts basically go towards producing new vehicles. If you want your vehicle repair right (especially if its a Tesla), take it to Sam at Collision Plus.

Ive been here twice for windshield replacement for different vehicles. My first time here was for my Ford SUV few years ago. I researched few places in southwest Houston. I chose Collision Plus because of its reasonable price and great service. Ever since, I have been recommending my online friends to come here. My recent visit was for my Volkswagen sedan.I like how they do business. First, I come here to let them see my car. Then, Sami would explain thoroughly with different quality of windshield. For service like this, I always go with OEM quality. After that, make an appointment to get it replaced. Since its not while-you-wait service, you need to find alternative transportation to get around for few hours. I like how they call me when its ready when promised. Very pleasant to work with.

Incredibly bad experience.On March 27, 2015, my Model S was delivered to Collision Plus, the only certified Tesla repair shop in Houston, Texas, for significant repair and body work.Today, June 26, 2015, 90 days later, the car is still nowhere close to being repaired. Collision Plus blames the delays on part availability. During this period I have had to pay for my own rental car and make more than $4,300 in car payments for a vehicle I cannot use.I have two significant concerns:1. If Tesla parts are this difficult to obtain, it is highly deceptive and misleading to omit this disclosure from Teslas promotional and advertising materials.2. If Tesla parts are not this difficult to obtain, then Teslas only certified repair shop in Houston is completely incompetent and/or making false representations. I tend to believe this is the case. Sam has given me 3-4 different stories the last month on the status of repairs (we are waiting on your tailgate, we installed your tailgate, we are waiting on your tailgate, we just finished your tailgate, etc.).

Collision Plus is one of the few Tesla certified body shops in Houston. I worked directly with Samit Patel to repair some minor fender damage and a bumper scratch. As I have found out, having pearlesent paint and an aluminum body makes repairs expensive! However, as it was a brand new car, I went for the repair. Samits team did a very good job on the repair and it looks like new. However, once I was on the road, I noticed that the door grip area was scratched (perhaps a ring?). I immediately called Samit and he told me to come in the next day Saturday. He looked at it and took it around back and in 10 minutes had it back to looking like new. Great response! Everyone makes mistakes, its how you respond that makes the difference. I would recommend him for anyone needing Tesla repair.

I visited Collision Plus and another nearby body shop for estimates for a severe rear bumper collision on my 2011 Nissan Altima. At both places I was given the bad news that they would have to remove the bumper to see if there was additional frame damage.I felt as if both places would have done a proper job (the other place is on Harwin and Fondren) but decided to go with Collision Plus because Sam Patel went above and beyond in his approach to how the business of fixing my car and handling insurance and payment would be done.I took the car in and though there were some issues along the way, Sam handled them promptly and with great attention. When I say he went above and beyond, Im understating that he did more and offered more than was expected. There was in fact, additional damage but it wasnt a surprise because the rear end collision happened on 59-N.By the end of the ordeal I was glad to have my car back, and it looked almost as I remember it when I drove away from the dealership with it. Sam even came into the office on his day off to make sure I got my car back on the weekend!You cant ask for much more than that, thanks Sam. Hopefully I wont be seeing you again in the near future, haha!
