I have always loved this car service. Unfortunately, this time they tried to push me to get more services, the prices are higher than other places and even when I asked only for oil and filter change they put other things to charge more. They always do that to women so they pay more.

Is went up to the parts department to try and get Touchup paint 🎨 for my recently purchased 2022 Prius. Guy,said let me take this call,and all but,ignored me.So I just left.Ill go somewhere else to get it.Service after the sale should be good but,not for the parts guy.Even when your standing right in front of him.

WORSE PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR FINANCED. IF YOU WANT TO BUY A CAR OR FINANCED WITH THESE PEOPLE. BETTER MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR PAPERWORKS IN FRONT OF YOU AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS FILLED OUT. MAKE SURE TO READ AND REREAD EVERYTHING. THEY WILL TELL YOU EVERYTHING WILL BE PAPERLESS AND WILL BE IN A FORM OF A USB. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE AT ALL.

I had the best experience today with the customer relations manager, Sonia Alonzo. She went to no end to ensure that I was completely taken care of from the moment I arrived at her desk until the moment I left. I just recently purchased my vehicle this week and I can say without a doubt Sonia was the best part of my experience. Don McGill would not function the same without her! True customer service is difficult to come by these days but Sonia was awesome!!!

The sales experience was fine, but it has been a royal mess from delivery to turnover of this vehicle. I have purchased more than 8 new cars in my life, from a variety of dealers, and this is the worst experience I have had by far. It has been two weeks since we took the vehicle and it still isnt whole because they lost one of the components and had to order it from Toyota. To make it worse, instead of sending it by air, they are sending it via snail mail. What kind of customer service is that? The level of incompetence and lack of customer care is astounding. I will never buy a vehicle from Don McGill again. And I am not sure I trust them to provide quality service on this one. I highly recommend you find your vehicle here if you must, but purchase it from a dealer where customer service, professionalism, and quality mean something.

Be careful Toyota buyers, i was dissapointed with Don Mcgill, i have experienced buying of 2 cars from Don mcgill, my first purchase was a new 2018 toyota Rav4, before buying the Rav4 the dealer said you cant the car with zero APR unless you get extended warranty,other protection and gap insurence in other word they force me to buy and add extended warranty and gap insurence to the loan, anyway i forgot the first experience and decided to buy a new 2020 toyota Corolla, i met the same sales agent of my first car and i negotiated the final price for a toyota Corolla 2020 S model and he described how much is the monthly payment and then i signed the purchase aggreement through financial agent, at financial this time they didnt show me any paper so that i can see the price and tax and other fees with details, they did not use paper to collect my signatures they used what they call it digital and eventually the gave me the paper works in a thumbdrive, 2 weeks later i received a letter from Toyota oyota Financial i got shocked i couldnt my eyes, the amount of my finance was $4000 more than the price i negotiated with sales agent and for monthly payment the amount was almost $80 more than the amount which sales agent told me, i rushed to don mcgill and asked them to explain why i received this letter with higher price, they said because you bought gap insurence and protection warranty but i said i didnt, even the day of purchase nobody talked to me if i want them or not, don mcgill added debt to my loan with a fast trick and cheating through digital signin. i force don mcgill to cancel the gap insurence and warranty and after 2 monyh they reduced the amount of my debt but not the monthly payment and i called them asked them the reason they answered becuase you cancelled the gap insurence and protection warranty and also your loan is zero APR we cantreduce the monthly payment. now i am telling buyers firstly stay away from Don Mcgill and secondly be aware of digital fruad and ask they to show you any paper you sign for it.

I had an ok experience when purchasing my vehicle. It was a long day and the process could have been a little faster. After about a month with my car I was told I had to come back because my inspection was not done properly. When I showed up I was bounced around to different people who had no idea what I was talking about, I even had to have them listen to my voicemail. Finally I was directed to Sonia Alonzo the customer relations manager, who immediately fixed the situation in a matter of minutes. It’s very obvious why she’s in customer relations and I will always make sure to call her first when I have to make a trip down here. Her sincerity and warmth is greatly appreciated and makes for a great experience. I wish all places of service had someone like her.

I actually have to ask my boss to have a haft day off in the morning. I bought my car in December my salesman Omar was horrible. Did not fill my tank up with gas and promised me a second key. I called and called did not answer a single call. No one knew what I was talking about I would just get transferred. Mid January I finally spoke to someone that knows what she’s doing Sonia Alonzo the customer relations manager. She had my key paper work ready to go that same day. Unfortunately I could not make it that day but I came that follow week and she got my key done super fast. Wonderful lady!!!!👌🏻

I recently looked into purchasing a new vehicle, and was contacted by Mikala. After a couple phone calls with her, I informed her that I would be waiting to purchase while we figured out finances. I also informed her that I work an hour away from this dealership and would not be able to come by until I had a free weekend. Car-buying with a 4-month-old is not easy. Today, I received a completely inappropriate email telling me she was giving up and wanted to know how she offended me because she never heard back.This is a very immature and childish email, and I will not be doing business with this dealership.

I bought a Certified SUV from these guys about a year ago, Sales and Finance went well. But, I bought this SUV with the Free Oil changes, problem is very hard to get an appt, and walk in service is very very long wait. Just a heads up, if youre buying for the Free Oil changes. not trying to bash these guys, but frustrating when everyones time is so valuable, so needs to focus on the customer
