Flimsy cars with warranties that run out fast they don’t even warn you that you are near the end of your warranty. I normally buy from Chevrolet but been using Toyota in the past years and these cars are trash compared to what I’m used to…. Cheap windshield that crack easy without warranty, I’ve had to change the Firestone tires it came with within 4 months of having a 2021 Corolla and now a 10 months the brakes are scrubbing and according to the lot it came from nothing is covered…. The tragedy beware
What a difference! The last time I went here for a 5000 mile checkup on a leased car I think I rated their customer-experience as a 2. Now, the service department has been completely reworked and the experience was great. This time when I pulled into a queue for service the service advisor walked all the way down the line TO ME! Apparently gone are the days of having to get out of your car to find a service advisor! And, when the service was completed, the service advisor again found me and spent the walk to the cashiers area explaining everything they did; everything they found and everything I should pay attention to over the next few months. All under 1 hour!
So I have a lot of people to recognize because truly Ive Never experienced such kindness at a dealer (Ever) and Ive been to a few.Let me start from the beginning I called to schedule an appointment for the recall on my Toyota Camry 2018 and Claire was absolutely amazing and even informed me they have a complimentary shuttle service up to 10 miles that drops you off and picks you up when your car is done. I called to confirm on Wednesday and was helped by Amanda also she was so kind I was surprised enough by that but when I got there on Thursday Duke was my assigned Service Advisor he was just so amazing letting me know what they recommend that my car needed besides the recall. I was told I needed tires too but he made sure to clarify there was no pressure that they were just letting me know. So he made sure I was comfortable. I dont recall the names of the men that recommended a few different tire brands but they were so kind and informative and I appreciated that he didnt just tell me to get the most expensive ones I feel like he was honest and recommended a few options at a fair price so that was another shocker. I went indoors and Ariana was so kind and she helped me to notify Duke that I did want the tires that were recommended. Also I love that they have an outdoor seating area (covered) for those that dont feel safe going indoors. Well even then I was approached by a salesman Rene V. I didnt realize that he was a salesman at first I thought he was in management coming to check on the service treatment. Then he offered that whole what if we can get you a new car 0% APR same payment I said no at first but then changed my mind. (Im so glad I did). Not only was Rene so kind and professional but I never felt pressured I legit felt like he was a close friend. Pure professionalism from the start to finish everything was very comfortable for me even looking at cars. Juan the Manager was so kind as well he cared more about what car I wanted and working out a deal for it than just trying to sell me any car which again a shocker for a dealer. Then when you think it cant get any better my Finace Manager Yao was the most cool relatable guy ever. He really sweetened the whole deal and we had some good laughs then Adam his Boss jumped in and was so amazing as well. Kris was the employee that gave me my new car and he was so fun and kind too. Rene was occupied with another customer but he caught me before I left and he thanked me again and let me know it was a pleasure to help me. I felt so appreciated and not like just another sale under their belt. I truly believe that everyone I encountered went above and beyond for me.I mean when I tell you that you wont be disappointed here Im not kidding the service was all around exceptional from janitorial employees all the way up to the Main Boss. Im still in awe and so grateful to God that He led me to this dealer. Sometimes you get a few nice employees but rarely do you have a place were all employees stand out. So thank you all so much for the wonderful and amazing experience. Im so in Love with my brand new 2021 Camry SE. You are all amazing!😁
To start, it took 40 minutes for anyone to tell me why they were servicing everyone else that drove up for service and not me! I did not get checked in for a total of 46 minutes. I finally get checked in and I leave. I’m expecting a phone call and 5 hours goes by and I still hear NOTHING about the status/problem that I’m having with my car from the advisor. I finally get in touch with the advisor after calling multiple times. Next he tells me that it’ll take about 30 minutes. 3 hours go by and I still don’t know whether my car is finished!! Not only are they charging 213 dollars to install a battery but the service from the advisor is TERRIBLE!!!!! I’m so disappointed, by far the worst experience at Toyota.

These folks do a good job maintaining my 2016 Toyota Corolla. Just be ready for them to try to sell you a new car every time you come in.

I brought my car in at approximately 7:35 AM for minor service and its 2:45 PM and they still havent gotten to my vehicle this type of service is totally unacceptable Im very disappointed hopefully they can get their act together.
After visiting this dealership and giving them my email. I am now getting spam emails about sirus radio and other spam. Do not trust this dealership with your information. Also overpriced and poor communication.

Today I change my oil and after On the road and my tire goes out they didn’t tight it up how in responsible they are I got hurt and barelly safe my life and car so make sure you guys find the better delership. Service department 😡😡
The service time is horrible even with an appointment. I had to sit in the service line about 25 minutes before anybody came to my car.

From a service perspective underwhelming. Extremely slow service even with an appointment and was given different expectations regarding the Toyota Care on different trips by different advisors. Currently won’t be coming back; can’t justify paying a premium for slow service that gives different information on different visits and honestly has the opportunity but does t execute on adding value for the customer. It was worth the pain (just barely) when the service was free but certainly not worth it at this point. I’m very disappointed.

Super slow. Even with an appointment took way over an hour.If you need service done- prepare to spend all day; an oil change-4 hours.Make sure if you have service you check afterwards. They didn’t put my car back right- missing tire stem cap and clips on my car.Do not buy warranty here!!! My finance guy Ray was way too expensive !!!Go buy your warranties somewhere else- much cheaper.

Came in looking for a RAV4 Hybrid, but was told they didn’t have the one I was looking for in stock. That was fine since factories just started opening back up. Since then, I have received calls and emails regarding my interest in a Hyundai Elantra..called back to correct them, but still getting notifications regarding available Hyundai Elantras. Not very organized or personable here. Recommend getting your Toyota elsewhere.

Tried to get an oil change and a state inspection. They said they could only finish the oil change. Don’t go here for more than one service. They will only do the more expensive one. Especially if the other is a state inspection. Go anywhere else for an inspection. Additionally, the last time I was here they said I would need new brake pads soon. This time nothing about anything. Didn’t even catch my brake light that was out. Not a thorough service.
This location off of 610 @ Kirby mentioned to me..that they preferred to work with clients who have made appointments. This is what makes processing customers in more easier.
