This place is simply amazing!!! I mean I haven’t been to no other mechanic shop once I started doing business with Mr. Marcus and his team. They are knowledgeable and totally honest! You don’t find honest often at mechanic shops.. also, here’s the cool thing about U do it auto: They really provide opportunity to do it yourself. That’s if you wanna learn how to do it yourself or if you already know how to do it yourself. That’s pretty cool. Please take a visit! You’ll be glad you did.

The service here is A1! They explained things to you in a professional and understandable way. They even explained the wrong part I bought and helped me get the correct one pretty quickly. Didnt even realize I was here for long until they said I was ready to pay out. Most definitely coming back!

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I got same day service for 2 major issues and didn’t have to pay extra. They used a driver to take me home and when the car was ready for pickup, they sent a driver to bring me back to the shop. Marcus went above and beyond to make sure my car was inspection ready. This will be the only place I take my car to if I have any issues.

I am very happy to have used the service at U Do It Auto repair. The service was quick and efficient. I didn’t have to wonder what was going on with my car as they sent a detailed report of everything good and bad about me car directly to my phone. With this technology I was able to approve or decline repairs very easily. Also, the cost was reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience and I would use this repair shop again.

Went to 2 different auto shops and had an awful experience before my husband found this one and they were so great to us! Tyrone was very attentive and openly communicated with us throughout the process of our fix.( heater core leak)They let us acquire the parts, and they were able to fix our SUV in a timely manner, and the pricing was so fair, we saved $300 compared to other shops trying to overcharge us, overall honest and good work. SUV is back running just fine since. I highly recommend if you’re having car trouble, and want full transparency and no shop upselling gimmicks U Do It Auto Repair is my new go-to.

I used this facility to do some DIY work. I rented a lift bay. You can use the tools available here in addition tot the lifts. The employees are helpful and I was able to start work shortly after arriving. They were clear on instructions. I accidentally left with one of their funnels. When I returned the next day I met th owner. He was cordial and super helpful. My only recommendation is for them to upgrade the lighting. It was kind of dim but there is enough light to work. The place is veteran owned. I will be returning.

Your lifted truck will fit.This place was honestly awesome. Cruz, if I spelled that correctly, was the only one available to help me out, but I am thankful for that because he was awesome. He offered a small hand here and there when he saw me struggling. He gave his opinion on how we could safely lift my truck. He helped me find tools, encouraged me to feel at home, etc. Heck, he made me feel at home, even offering me a slice of pizza 😅. Not only that but he allowed me to diagnose something I didnt go there for. I went to adjust my beast of a suspension, but I was curious about an ABS code that my normal scanner couldnt read. Their snap on reader found the code in barely a minute of going through the menus.Just a fantastic environment, good for people of all experience levels.All they need extra is a heavy duty torque wrench that can read in excess of 200 ft/lbs for jobs like this 😅

The Thursday before July 4th weekend and my stick shift cable went out. Called around and no one could see until after. I called U Do It Auto Repair and they said they could. They came the next morning and towed my car to their facility and diagnosed the problem. Communicated every few hours and got the job done just in time when I got off work to come back and pick up and then head to my family 4 hours away for the holiday weekend. Definitely recommend for any services.

So. Let me tell you about this AMAZING shop for your vehicular needs. This is coming from a 50+ year old woman yall... If youre mechanically inclined and can follow a YouTube video, or a shade tree mechanic needing a lift, OR -- Needing someone to do it for you...Call them!! I needed to drain & refill my transmission fluid. I got my 2 gallons of transmission fluid, the hose & pump & the T-30 torx wrench & was ready to do the work!! So I called, and went over there, and they had a cart all set up for me with wrenches & sockets & hoses & a pump & a fluid draining set-up!!!! I was so stoked!! They raise the lift and lower the lift because of insurance obviously. They were there to answer a question, and other than that they let you do your thing! It was fantastic!! I actually enjoyed working on my car again!!!!I Highly recommended U Do It Auto Repair!!! Very respectful, professional, and ready & willing to help. Theyre just awesome!!

This place is great and bery professional as guys (employees) took care of me as soon as I walked in the building without any hesitation and made a bad morning a great morning really quick and I will definitely be coming back for more work and recommend this place for all who needs services whether minor or major they are great!

These people are liars and scammers. I had blown heads and after they took the motor apart Tyrone told me the heads couldnt be rebuilt. He told me they was already shaved down so I had to replace the motor. Told me I had to buy the motor so they can start the work and it would take about 7 days to swap out the motors. After I paid for the motor I got a bunch of excuses from Marcus. Havent talked to Tyrone since. 5 weeks later Marcus told me they are rebuilding the motor and trying to tell me it cost more to rebuild it then to replace it. I have 4 quote from 4 different mechanic shops to prove they lying. 3 months and almost $9000 later they stay got my car talking about they still waiting for parts! REPLY TO YOUR REPLY ...................................................................................And you still lying with that reply! Thats a shame yall cant be truthful! My car been there since June 22nd. We went thru the problems with the warranty company for 3 weeks. When it was understood the warranty company wasnt gonna pay for the repairs yall send me a text messages telling me I will be charged $25 a day for my car being there. Thats why I came there and paid for the motor! Yall got almost $9000 on July 21st and been telling me nothing but excuses since.

DONT COME HERE. I wouldn’t go here if I was anyone! I was ripped off. My car had a misfiring cylinder 2. I had a terrible experience with this mechanic shop. The owner was very friendly at the beginning, but dont let him fool you. I told them that I replaced the spark plugs, ignition coils, fuel injectors, and passed the compression tests (to help them save diagnostic time). They charged me $330 to re-do the compression test because they have trust issues. They then told me that it was the PCM that needed to be replaced ($1150 after the negotiation conversation). They let me wait for 5 days without calling or anything. I had to call them every single day to check on the status. Finally, they called me to let me know that the misfiring issue wasnt fixed after replacing the PCM. They were trying to charge me for a bad cylinder head air leak fix (Im really not sure if it would fix the misfiring issue or they might call me again and tell me it is something else that needed to be fixed). The technicians and the owners are not honest or they dont know how to do their jobs right. Im frustrated by the way they treat customers.

Please do not patronize this business or you will be scammed. All the people that work for this business are crooks. Marcus G. (the owner), Tyrone (the supervisor), Reggie (Reginald-the mechanic), and all the females that work in the offices. Recently, I had work done at their 1570 Telephone Road location. Reggie performed repairs on my vehicle and overcharged me. They also charged me a $25.00 fee to use my credit card. I asked Reggie if I would be charged a fee to use my credit card and he stated NO. I searched this company on the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts website. U DO IT AUTO REPAIR LLC, Right to Transact Business in Texas has been FORFEITED. They dont have the right to conduct business in Texas. I was charged $44.73 for fees that no one could explain to me. My total bill was for $635.21 and they charged me tax @ 8.25% that came out to $1.07. WOW this company is conducting fraudulent business practices. How do you pay $1.07 taxes on $635.21? U Do It Auto Repair LLC, will do any and everything to pad your bill in order to scam the most money from their customer. Marcus, 3% of $636.28 is not $25.45, which is what your employees charged me to use my Visa card.UPDATE: I conducted a dispute for the charges with my credit card company. I received the total of $661.73, which U Do It Auto Repair LLC charged me for their unsatisfactory service. By using my credit card, this was the only way to get my money back from this fraudulent company. They make it their job not to refund money to customers.

This was the space and bay I needed for a DIY routine wheel swap, but not have to worry about moving jacks around. Staff was very helpful even when I got frustrated. I had all the tools I needed and finished what I went do and will be back!

I initially went in due to the steering wheel in my Honda C-RV, tightening up. I called prior to my arrival to inquire about services and spoke with the owner Marcus, who was pleasant and informative. Once I got there, after the full diagnosis, I was informed of other things that I needed done. U Do It Auto Repair replaced my front and rear brakes, air filter, rack and pinion, power steering pump and also completed a power steering fluid flush. The work was completed in two days. The supervisor Tyrone displayed hospitality with offering me free water and conversation. He also set me up with an Uber (no charge) to get home while I waited on the services to be completed and another Uber to get back to the shop (again, no charge). I find the free Uber experience to be very cool and different from other companies. Snap finance is offered for convenience. Im very grateful they have such a good mechanic, Jarvis, whos experienced and likes what he does. As far as my vehicle, so far so good!

My car was vandalized- sugar in the power steering and gas tankThey took care of this perfectly 🥰 - but when they put the tank back - no one mentioned that I couldnt put gas in the vehicle- something about pressure???So I paid for that when I felt like - I paid for you to Uninstall clean and reinstall my gas tank ... then when I drive away I should be able to put gas ⛽😒🙄😑 lolOther than that - love the people, love the service and I did not mind financing through Snap !!!

Found the site listed on Google, gave them a call and they seemed very friendly and forthcoming. Some people might want their hand held to do work but I dont like that. The tech put the car on the lift and just told me to let him know if I had any questions. Let me work. Quick in and out. I love it, and will for sure be coming back

I have used the U Do It Auto Repair garage multiple times and have been more then impressed each time. Marcus and any staff I have worked with are helpful, accommodating and professional. I brought my own tools but did not need them at all. They have more than enough tools, equipment and space. With the lift and bays, it makes any job 100 times easier. I would encourage any do-it-yourselfer to check them out!

The little I was there, talked with ...... my B, dude was a cool cat, knew his stuff. Came to use the lift, its super cool place like this is out there with all going on around in the world, Do It Yourself can bring all types of folks together, whileni was there, black dude in charge, cool dude, there was a Hispanic or two, possibly a Korean. Me and my husband just got our car back today and they stole the radio and the car is now shaking. 2600 to get our car fixed just to have the radio stolen and lie to us and say someone jumped over the fence and broken in the car. The car doors aint damaged so it was an employee that stole it. They said they would replace it let see how long thats going to take to replace. One they replace our radio that will be the last time they touch our car.

I could not imagine making it through a Texas summer with my AC not working. Ive seen U Do It adds in the past and decided to give them a try.I called ahead to get a feel for the business and was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism. I was given 3 different possibilities for what could be wrong with my vehicle. I was then told that they would have to look at it to be sure. Id heard that before from other mechanics and was immediately suspicious, assuming they would charge me a premium.I took it to U Do It, and they were expecting me. They quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem, and I didnt have to pay a dime.It was refreshing to find an auto repair center that is honest and deals with customers with the highest level of integrity.U Do It, you have earned my business. I will definitely trust you to take care of my vehicle issues inthe future!!!

Get your wrench on. I personally wouldnt want anybody else working on my S Klass. Best thing since sliced bread. I really cant say enough. Pretty reasonably priced too, to me. Much much much much less expensive than the dealership at Mercedes and less down time. You do it. They do it. Or do it together. No charge oil change Tuesdays. Just bring your own fluids and parts. Also, 2 year, 24k mile warranty on their work.

If you are looking for a honest, reliable and professional garage then, I would recommend this place for your repairs. I had originally gone to another garage to try and fix the A/C problem which lasted a few months before it stopped working.I brought it to U Do It Auto repair, Reggie diagnosed the initial problem and ordered the parts. However with COVID 19 going on, getting the necessary parts to fix the AC problem was not the easiest since most places were closed. Reggie kept me informed that the parts were taking longer to arrive and would get to my car straight away when they arrived. Upon working on my car they informed me of another problem with the AC system which they communicated to me and the additional part they would need.Reggie was polite and knowledgeable when explaining the issues with my car which I appreciated.End result I am very satisfied with the overall price and job. I will be recommending this garage to my friends.

Truly experienced techs here. Very knowledgeable. The perfect stop, not only for DIYers, but also your average commuter, to get your car back to 100%. I came in with a mounting and rattling issue, couple minutes later my engine was purring like a kitten. 10/10 would recommend to anybody.

So first off they told me it would take five days to do a ten hour job. They arent busy at all but I said okay. Then I call the next day to tell them I was going to get my car towed to another shop because it was $300 less for the same work. They told that they would price match if I got the other mechanic to send them his quote. I did and when I get there they tell me that they cant honor the price match because they were not able to verify where the other mechanic got his parts from. So I was forced to pay $1,200. Then before I leave, I go to look at the work that was done. And there were bolts lose and missing. There was oil on booth sides of my car. And wasnt cleaned up. I also requested that they put a certain type of oil and that was not done as well. These people are just out to get you money. If you know how to do the work yourself its a good place to use their tools. But other than that. It robbery. If you want a good mechanic (that has been in business for 25 years) for fair pricing and to do a complete job then you should take your vehicle to Kellys collision/Erics Automotive !!!!!! I hope everyone reads this before even picking up the phone. Yall wont be in business for long.P.S. to your reply: STOP YOUR LYING !!! The bolt was not fixed. I had to go and buy the correct bolt your mechanic just grabbed one off of the shelf and stuck it on there. The oil was not cleaned off the car. I had to wash it myself. And there was no mention of draining the oil and filling it with specified oil I had left in the trunk for you to use. I spoke to you over the phone you didnt have anything to say. all you asked is how you could better the business and I basically pointed out everything I pointed out in my review and then I was about to say have a nice day at the end and you hung up on me. Terrible customer service. you got your money and thats all that matters to you. like I said you will not be in business for long Ive dealt with people who have been in business for 25 plus years and that is not how they treat customers yeah theyre just in it for the money not customer service or keeping long-term customers.

Great place. I love the idea of a DIY garage and wish it was more popular. Customer service was excellent; the mechanics helped me out, here and there, for free. Tools could be organized better. Price is a bit high, but still saves you hundreds of $$ when you DIY.

I had the most horrible experience with this place.Its at them 2 months to get my AC working in my car. They have poor communication skills with customers and with themselves. Add would have to call them every day the find out whats happening every day they would tell me something different. Then the own of this place told me my car was ready and when I got there my car was far from ready and the AC still was not working All the pieces underneath my hood wasnt put back and my car was Dirty from the mechanics hands all panels of my doors but of course I had already paid them because I thought my car was ready and from there on out. it took them even longer to get things done on my car so if you do go there check your car out 1st before paying them for anything.And get all your in everything in writing beforehand. The owner will try to change prices on you. An up charge you to death on some things

Well I went in there confident that I could do an exhaust replacement myself..but quickly found out its just never that easy. Louis and Reggie are awesome guys and helpful when I needed it. Definitely showed me how to properly check the exhaust for leaks because I wasnt even thinking of doing it. Leak was there, so I am very thankful..cool guys I could probably kick it there with and chat it up with all day..thanks again guys! Awesome experience.

Worst place to do business with. No one there knows anything and do not use their mechanics they cannot be professional ones since the cant get things done right the first time or the fourth time. Just use them to fix stuff yourself it way safer and cheaper and hopefully you dont lie to yourself either and know what you can or cannot do! If I could give negative stars I would. -1 million!

First off, Reggie was awesome. He has to get to know you and he will be quite Frank with you, which I loved. My friend and I came to work on our red 96 Ford ranger to replace the alternator, water pump, fan clutch, some hoses, and a few more things I am probably forgetting. They guided us and we physically did it all ourselves. The value of learning about the truck was worth the price and the time. Once done Reggie even spotted a few things we missed and helped to correct it. We have some more work to do and we will be back. If you ARE NOT WILLING TO PUT IN THE EFFORT then just have them fix it for you. This place is a DIY dream. Thank you and good night.

I visited a couple times to the NW location - once to replace my drive belts and another to take a class. Reggie a.k.a. R2 and Derron are very welcoming and friendly. They are passionate about helping U Do It, whether its sharing industry knowledge or helping to get you the right tool for the right job! I recommending going here for new or experienced DIYers and will be coming back myself!

The guys here were very professional and proficient..... they explained to me exactly what was wrong with my car and even helped me map out a time line as to how to get things fixed on it.... from urgent, to not so urgent. We just moved to Texas and moved to a Apartment . My husband likes working on our cars himself. U Do It Auto Repair allowed him to do this. They were so helpful. We will use them again. Anyone that needs to work on your vehicle this is the place.

Great place to go if you need to borrow a lift. Did my transmission/diff fluid change with some help from the technician. They also have 2 hours minimum rent time for each customer so its better to have an estimate about how long your work will take. Staff are nice and helpful. Just hoping more repair shops will provide similar garage renting service so I dont need to drive 40 minutes to their shop.

Love being able to do my own oil change! If you know how to work in your own vehicle this is the place to go! Tuesday’s you can do your oil change at no cost, even if you’re using their tools. Well worth coming to do it all yourself!
