Lovely Bride was a LOVELY experience. Amy was my consultant and she was genuine and very helpful by looking up my venue and asking really pointed questions that made me actually organize my thoughts. I was flip flopping between two dresses, she was so patient with me trying on both multiple times and eventually picking the one! The general ambiance was calm and comforting which was helpful as well!

My experience was Lovely Bride was amazing! My stylist Sophia called me before hand and we went over my favorite styles. When we arrived she made my family and I feel so welcome and excited! The champagne was amazing and we started trying on dresses immediately! The selection at Lovely was stunning! Sophia was so kind, supportive, and listened to what I wanted! An overall amazing bridal experience. This was my first and only stop for trying on dresses. Diana was absolutely incredible. She was so helpful and welcoming!! She started out with a phone call the day before, to ensure that we were on the same page. Day of, she greeted my party and I at the door and brought us immediately to our room. She pulled dresses for me, helped me in and out of dresses, and talked us through all of our questions. She was amazing!!!! The lovely bride was the BEST place to say yes to the dress!!!

I had the most amazing experience at Lovely Bride Houston. I almost didnt give them a chance because I had a terrible experience at Lovely Bride Atlanta. I ended up changing my mind because the designer of the dress I liked was only sold at Lovely. After I called and made the appointment at Lovely Bride Houston I had a feeling it would be different. Diana was my stylist and absolutely blew me away. She was fun and warm and knowledgeable and made my mom and me feel so special. Once I said yes to the dress, she opened a bottle of champagne and celebrated with us. A few weeks after purchasing my dress, I called Diana and asked for a huge favor. My brother was going to be proposing to his girlfriend and I needed an excuse to get her out of the house. Diana agreed to have a veil fitting for me since I hadnt purchased my veil yet. My mom, my brothers girlfriend and me all came to Lovely for the veil fitting and Diana had me try on almost every veil in the entire store to eat up the 30 minutes we needed to stay there before the big proposal. Diana had champagne for us and was truly excited to be part of the surprise. I found my veil and got to try on my wedding dress again which was so much fun. My brothers girlfriend said YES later that day and Im sure Lovely Bride Houston will be first on her list when she starts trying on dresses. Diana is one of a kind and Im so glad I got lucky enough to work with her. Thanks Diana for an unforgettable experience for all of us!

Amy called me for a consultation the day before my appointment and I told her all about my not so great experience at another bridal shop. She listened to everything I had to say and my experience the next day at my appointment was absolutely perfect. There wasnt one dress she pulled for me to try on that I didnt like, and of course I ended up finding The Dress!If youre in the market for a wedding dress, do yourself a favor and go to Lovely Bride, you wont regret it!

I absolutely loved trying on dresses at Lovely bride!! My stylist Diana was so helpful and made me feel so special throughout the process. The facility was so clean and the staff was so professional. I had an entire try on suite to myself for me and my guests to be in during the process which made it so comfortable and easy. I tried on about 8 dresses and I did not feel rushed or pressured. Their stock of dresses are so carefully curated and beautiful I would be shocked if a bride could not find a dress that made her look and feel like a star.

Diana was AMAZING! The sweetest, most vivacious personality. She cared like a best friend would, getting you dresses you love to try on, helping you in and out, and anything else you could need! She let you form your own opinions and wasnt at all pushy with dresses, just super helpful, quick on her feet and all around wonderful!

I had the best experience at Lovely Bride! I had tried on dresses previously and knew that I loved a certain dress. I was blown away at how helpful they were through email. The Houston location didnt have the specific dress I loved but it was no problem and they had another location send it to them for our appointment! No other bridal store I worked with had that level of customer service. The bridal salon itself is so chic and tasteful. Diana was the best!!! So helpful and sweet.

She is SOOOOOO good at her job, super helpful, and really pays attentions on what you like/dislike. She brings such great energy, my bridal party absolutely loved her. Lovely had a great variety of dresses in my chosen style and (approximate) size. I’ve been to several appointments and this was by far the best in terms of comfort and attentiveness. Sophia was lovely from the pre-call to the appointment. She helped me hone in on the best dress, providing clear guidance on order timelines and size.

Lovely Bride Houston was the first and only place I went to shop with my mom and MOH for my wedding dress. Diana was SO amazing with helping me figure out what style I liked and how the whole look would come together. She really made sure that I found the dress *I* loved despite very strong opinions from my mom. She also set up a zoom link so my future MIL and SILs could see the final two dress options before I made my decision! Finally, she offered to cancel my other bridal appointments and even applied their cancellation fees towards the purchase of my dress. I really appreciated the whole vibe of the salon; we had a large fitting room to ourselves and it was very quiet and pretty; every bride had the undivided attention of their stylist. Super impressed and highly recommend!

I had a great experience shopping for the dress, but the follow through was horrible. I did not receive any communication about the arrival of my dress, though they said they emailed me. I called multiple times during business hours and nobody answered the phone. I left voicemails and was never called back. The DAY before my wedding, I called again and someone finally answered and told me they had the dress, but somehow didnt call me to let me know. Didnt even apologize and then told me I could come that day to pick it up. The store manager was ZERO help and I repeatedly asked for the owners contact information and was never provided with it. The manager told me it was my responsibility to communicate with them and offered to ship me the dress. I am currently selling it online as its no longer needed. I have three friends who recently became engaged and I warned them and will continue to share my experience. The store manager put all of the blame on me and didnt even bother to call me. All of this communication was via email when I asked for a refund.**UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO REPLY BY MANAGER**Tiffany has changed the story multiple times and its an absolute disgrace. I was NEVER called. In fact, I called and left messages that went unanswered. And you did have my wedding date because you told me with Covid that you assumed it had changed when I hadnt picked up the dress. I have all of our emails and will publish your lies. On top of that, the lady I spoke to when I finally got ahold of someone admitted 100% that I was never called, only emailed (Which I didnt receive). Please quit lying. You have plenty of good reviews so Im sure this review wont make an impact, but when you are blatantly lying is when Im going to really put up a fight. Tiffany, the best thing you can do is admit you guys made an error. It happens. Instead, youve done nothing but accept zero accountability and blame me. Its absolutely ridiculous. Feel free to have the owner contact me as Ive requested multiple times.

The most amazing experience. Everything was so personal and intimate. From the beginning, the attention to my vision was top notch. Plus on top of the professional knowledge from the stylist, Tiffany, lead me to my wedding dress. I had the most FANTASTIC experience with Sofia at the Houston Lovely location. For the past four years Id been driving by the cute, little pink building in Montrose and admiring the dress, waiting for the day when it would be my turn. And when my time care, the experience did not disappoint!Not only did Sofia pull all the dresses from my wish list, but she also seriously listened to my comments and pulled new dresses accordingly. Outstanding experience in every way. The salon is lovely and serene. The selection is both classic and unique, so no two brides will look alike. Tiffany worked wonders managing a jittery, insecure bride, an opinionated audience, and the restrictions of COVID to create an experience that helped set the tone for the rest of the wedding planning. She took all the ideas my daughter had and selected beautiful gowns and accessories and made her bridal dreams come true. If I had a hundred daughters, we would return to Lovely Bride a hundred times.

I booked with Tiffany and am so glad I did. She looked at my list in advance and we zoomed to meet and nail down my vision and style which saved us some face to face time during this pandemic. She understood my critiques on dresses that I thought I would like, and modified the appointment accordingly on the fly. She also helped me zoom with my sister for the appointment, and everything was nice and clean and distanced in the dressing room for my mother in law and older mother who is quarantining very seriously. We felt safe and thus were able to thoroughly enjoy ourselves. We also picked out a veil, of which I must have tried on nearly a dozen, slowly narrowing that down (who knew I loved every single style of veil?) to one stunning and unique, special veil that feels like the perfect cherry on top. Tiffany was right on time with the champagne once I said yes to the dress (and aforementioned perfect veil), I’m so happy I chose this place to say yes and I cannot wait to see my gown after alterations. From booking to consultation to my appointment, the team has provided superb customer service and has far exceeded my expectations.I *absolutely* loathe shopping but my stylist made the experience not only painless but enjoyable. HUGE shout out to Carissa for all her help. She was able to take my incoherent directions and pull gorgeous options that were right up my alley. Before I even arrived to my appointment I knew I wanted to get a dress from this place! Their customer service was so different than anything I’ve experienced so far with booking bridal appointments. I went to Lovely Bride after just visiting one other shop. I knew I had made the right choice when I purchased Drew. I have noticed however that their social media seems to lean towards just one type of bride who fits a specific mold (height, weight, race). I was rushed during my hour appointment & it didnt feel that special. My consultant forgot a lot of little special things that I now see others get (you know, the ones who fit the mold). I paid outright for my dress and even bought my veil from them also.Something that hasnt and wont change is my love for my dress. After getting it altered at Lauras Alterations (who I HIGHLY recommend), I felt like a true bride. The cost of the alteration was given to me during my consultation as a ballpark number (anywhere between 200-500) but was actually much higher. So I would advise taking that into account of your total budget.

I absolutely loved this shop. I unfortunately didnt buy my dress from here for reasons they were not in control of but i do believe Emma deserves a 5 star review the shop is beautiful and Emma was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this bridal shop over some others in Houston!

I had been searching for my dress for over a year (long engagement). I was close to giving up and just settling on something that thought looked decent but as soon as I walked into the store I knew I would find it here. The dresses and designers carried here are BEAUTIFUL. I was helped by Holly and she was wonderful, she took all of my feedback from the dresses I had on and found more for me to try on that had all of the details I was looking for. When it came down to selecting between my last two favorites she helped me walk around the store and try on different veils with each of them so I could truly make the best decision. Tiffany is absolutely wonderful! I met with her a couple of months before my appointment and she was happy to jot down any gown I wanted to try on for my appointment. Lovely Bride is the place to go for a great wedding dress shopping experience! Holly was so patient and kind while I went through my likes and dislikes for each dress I tried on. She was able to pick up on certain things I would say about each dress and then choose others for me based on what she was hearing. Our party was catered to and chatted with and our bride was supported and listened to. I just recently shopped with my mom an sister at Lovely Bridal and found my dress! I came in during the panemic and Tori was so careful and made us feel safe. I originally purchased a dress at the Atlanta location a week ago and over the course of the week (after coming back to Texas) I started having doubts and anxiety over my purchase. I called the Houston location and spoke to Emma who immediately soothed my worries with not only kind words but also options should I actually not like my dress after receiving it in 5 months. She offered right then to come into the store and try the dress on. I got to the store in 45 minutes, she had the dress pulled and greeted me with a very kind and compassionate attitude. She made me feel comfortable even though I was worried I might not like my dress anymore. I ended up falling in love with it all over again after putting it back on and all of my doubts were gone. Let me start by saying that I had no intentions of buying a dress from here when I walked in the morning of my appointment. I had fallen in love with a dress (online) in Dallas and had more than made up my mind that nothing would compare....but I had made the appointment so I went (mostly just because my girls with me wouldnt let me back out lol). I had been to a few stores the day before, and hadnt had any luck so I was just kind of over it when I got there. I will FOREVER be thankful that my girls didnt let me cancel. The dresses were stunning. Different. Unique. Perfect. Everything that I had been wanting and had not found yet. There were so many to choose from in the style that I was looking for, I was afraid I wouldnt be able to choose! Thats where Tiffany came in! Yall. This angel of a woman is the best of the best. Her personality is such a joy to be around and she just made the stress and the anxiety melt away. She asks all the right questions to help you narrow your decision without even realizing thats what youre doing. You can tell she genuinely loves her job and cares about making her clients feel beautiful and cared about. She is patient, and helpful, and comforting and made me feel like I was her #1 priority. I came into my appointment at Lovely Bride feeling pretty discouraged after a handful of appointments at other stores and dresses I just didnt fall in love with. Tiffany was super helpful getting me into every dress and clipping it just right. She also gave me the best advice that had me surprising myself and saying YASSS to the dress!

Had the most amazing experience at Lovely! I worked with Tiffany and she was great. She really listened to what I wanted while picking dresses that complemented my body type.She also did a great job helping my mom take pictures of my dress so I could send them to my bridesmaids. I said Yass to the dress here!!! The salon is beautiful!! I would recommend taking lots of pictures. Take pictures in front of the cute sign they have! I was too focused on my dress to do so lol!

My experience with lovely bride was fantastic. From the beginning I was able to easily and I mean easily (most stores make this way more difficult than it should be), see all the dresses that the store had, and create a wish list so that they were already pulled and ready for me when I came in the store. Another extremely personable thing that the lovely bride does is have their Societe call you the day before your appointment to feel out what you want in your bridal appointment, to get an idea of dresses that you might not of put on your wish list but could be good for you, and then when you show up they have all the dresses pulled and waiting for you in your dressing room. Holley is the associate who help me and she was amazing, she pulled the dress that I ended up going with and I probably wouldn’t have tried it on if she didn’t encourage me to, it’s so beautiful and so perfect and I’m so thankful Holly pulled it. Overall my experience with the lovely bride and with Holly was a dream, As this was my fourth bridal appointment I had Begun to be wary of bridal shopping, but the lovely bride change that and I am so in love with my dress!

My daughter and I visited two other shops before this one. I wish we would have made this our first stop. Our consultant was very helpful, calm, unhurried, and listened to what my daughter wanted in a dress. Needless to say, she found the one and the experience was so relaxing and unpressured.

Holly is an angel sent from the heavens above to make you feel like a goddess and find that perfect dress! I recently drove from San Antonio to Houston full of hope, but also low expectations since I had visited 2 other shops prior to this and found dresses that were pretty, but lets be real, wedding dresses are supposed to be pretty, right? The last shop I had visited had left a sour taste in my mouth with their pushy sales and waaaay too tiny sample sizes. But when I walked into Lovely, I immediately felt relief. From the moment I arrived, Holly greeted us with a smile and enthusiasm that made me excited to try on dresses again. She never made me feel like I was just a sale and she pulled all the right dresses, one of which ended up being the one! She was so kind, so encouraging, and most of all, helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience so far with Cat at Lovely Bride. I just said Yes to the Dress last weekend! I came in as one of those brides who knew exactly which dress I wanted before ever trying anything on. Cat went out of her way to make sure the exact dress was in the store that weekend just for me (its hard to find at any store in the US)!! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get that dress in for me. Cat was also so sweet because she allowed my family and I to look through the racks and placed the dresses my family wanted me to try on in my dressing room. Cat was friendly and sweet. She made me laugh and was really easy to talk to. She definitely knew her stuff and had a good eye. They also had unique dresses in a nice variety of price ranges. I had a great experience here with Cat! Although I ended up getting my dress elsewhere, she was attentive, thoughtful, and provided me with some wonderful options. I did not know when I scheduled the appointment, but Lovely has a bohemian and hipster style and I found out I am more of a traditional bride. I did find options I loved there, but overall it just wasnt my style.

I absolutely L O V E this place! Lovely was the very first place I went to try on dresses and it was the last, because this is where I found my dream dress! Everything from the aesthetic of the store, to the variety of dresses, to the girls that helped me PATIENTLY and WILLINGLY, the advice, and the overall experience LOVELY is LOVELY! Tiffany in particular was amazing with me and my family! She was so laidback and chill but professional every step of the way. I felt like she knew me and knew exactly what I wanted and NEEDED without me even knowing or saying anything. I felt like I was torn between two dresses and she told me everything I needed to hear to make me feel at ease and more comfortable and excited with my decision to choose my fantasy dream dress! I did not end up purchasing here but they have AMAZING selection. Heather was so wonderful and didnt rush us. She pulled one for me that was my second runner up after trying on probably 30 gowns and it was a stunner. She stayed within my price point and was so professional and fun. Even though I ended up finding my dress elsewhere, I highly suggest anyone and everyone going to Lovely!!

Lovely Bride is the absolute best. The store is so clean and pretty and the dresses are organized by designer which makes it even easier to find what youre looking for. Cat was my stylist, and she made the experience so fun. I probably tried on 15 dresses. With each dress I tried on, I told her what I liked and didnt like, and she helped me pick a dress that I probably would never have pulled for myself. Lovely Bride is great at what they do and make the whole experience a breeze. They arent just trying to make a sale off of you...they truly want you to be happy with what you choose! Im sure all of the staff is great, but I highly recommend asking for Cat when you make your appointment! (Side note - parking isnt the best, so arrive to your appointment a tad early.)

I am terribly late in posting this review, but I had the BEST wedding dress shopping experience at Lovely Bride Houston. I bought my dress in December 2016 for my July 2017 wedding and it was a dream. I was living in Houston at the time and my mom came out to visit and shop with me. Our first stop was Lovely Bride and we were some of the first customers after the store opened. Cat was fantastic and made me feel so relaxed! She listened to what I was looking for and when we tried on the 3rd dress that was it! A few months after I bought the dress with Cat, I moved to Chicago. She called the Lovely Bride there and asked if they would receive the dress when it came in so I could pick it up locally. They called me and set up an appointment and even recommended places to call for alterations. My entire Lovely Bride experience was amazing and I am so grateful!!

Exceptional staff that know what theyre doing. The manager was the one who helped me try on my dresses and she made everything so stress free. I cant say enough about my experience here and how wonderful it was. And I found my dress!

My fiance and I chose to plan our wedding with about a 4 month lead time. Since bridal gowns take 6-8 months to order, I quickly made an appointment at Lovely Bride in Houston. From the moment I made my appointment, Judi, Lovely Bride star Stylist, was there to assure me that we would find a dress which would arrive before my wedding date. She spoke to me on the phone before my appointment, was amazingly helpful during my appointment and spent a lot of time calling and emailing the dress designer to make sure that the dress could be rushed and arrive with enough time for me to do fittings before the wedding date. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this shop and this team. Judi called me on her day off to tell me that my dress had arrived. If you want to be in capable hands and have your dress shopping experience be stress free, choose Lovely Bride!
