We had the displeasure of working with Frank from Quorum at this location, truly one of the most ill-advised sub-contractors in Texas. He charges ridiculous prices and could not even nail down floors correctly. The floors in our house have been installed completely incorrectly (see picture attached, nails are supposed to be 6 inches apart, Franks were one foot apart). Now, they need to be completely changed due to the poor workmanship of this company.A warranty policy with this company is nonexistent - when we held them accountable for their actions, they simply ran away. As if that isnt enough, the customer service with this company is one of the worst Ive seen. Instead of acknowledging their grand mess-up, the childish representative we had to work with (Frank) was rude, and started making ridiculous, random claims like your reputation precedes you. I can assure you that any work you recruit this company for will be done with little effort and care, and youll end up paying a big price. Save yourself the trouble.

I had the pleasure of working with Frank at Quorum/Roberts Carpet on my recent new home!! Frank was there and involved from start to finish - always available to answer questions and so knowledgeable of the products. The installation of my wood flooring and carpet was superb and I couldnt be happier! Will definitely be using him in the future!

The install was exceptional for both wood flooring and carpet. Will use them in the future for any of my flooring needs.

They always have good material to choose from. The carpet and flooring to pick from are good quality.They have just recently installed a new carpet at our house. It looks great, it feels great on your feet and it was installed around all the furniture and material very well.
