I bought my first new vehicle in 1978, since then Ive worked with many, many dealerships purchasing both new and used vehicles.But, I have to honestly say, from the moment my salesperson assisted me, then the sales manager, the F&I person, INCLUDING the service bay writers. I have never been treated more like family than a customer in my life.I started out, just looking in the used car lot for a trade in for my Colorado, 3 vehicle purchases later, to now being in the process of ordering a new 2022 Corvette.Even though this posting my look like the dealership is writing it, I can assure you that they are not.. if you are looking for a vehicle, mention that you read a post by Mr Pain and you will see what I mean.
I was told when I arrived at 7AM that it would take extended amount of time to diagnose and figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. I was told that I should’ve arranged a drop off for my vehicle and that these things take time. I did not have any issue understanding that since I knew that the car had to be carefully inspected.The issue I had was that I placed my appointment a week prior and on the appointment screen, I had in detail typed out my car’s issues so that the dealership would know why I was arriving. The way the service representative asked me what was wrong, I instantly knew that no one had read the details from my appointment memo. So, there was no point in taking the time to type out and give a heads up.Someone would’ve taken the time to reach out a day or two prior to let know so I would’ve been able to make arrangements. But, no such call came in. I only received an automated call the night before. So, I feel that the situation was mishandled and it showed that they didn’t care.I waited 6 hours for the diagnosing. All throughout, I asked Gustavo about prices for front plate bracket, rear view mirror, and for rubber piece in front of front tires. He kept telling me the vehicle had to be diagnosed so he couldn’t give me prices on those parts and items. I found that unnecessary since parts like those have nothing to do with the internal problem with the car. He finally gave me the prices for those after 5 hours of waiting. Not to mention, Gustavo never once approached me directly in 6 hours to give an update, I had to flag him down every hour just to ask prices for parts and updates on diagnoses over and over.Lastly, after I left through shuttle and then came back in an Uber to pick up my car after 3 hours, I saw the issue was fixed and front plate bracket was installed. The only problem? I realized later that the crew was so uninterested in doing their basic labor, that my front plate bracket did not have the screws that are needed to tighten and place the actual license plate, and the they didn’t bother to place any dealer plate cover over the bracket. Meaning that the bracket is secure to bumper, but now, after spending $103 on the bracket, I have to go and buy the screws so that I can actually put the plate on that bracket. That’s the first time in my life that’s happened since dealerships usually make sure there are screws and plate covers.Very unprofessional and now I know that I won’t be going back to that dealership. They are empty and people just standing around on phones and walking around, but still cannot make sure that customers are taken care of. It’s very disappointing.

My service adviser never returned my calls. My pickup was towed in for repairs. Once a service adviser was issued to my truck no connection was made. I called for information with being placed on hold, and or never getting a call back. My truck was towed in later on Wednesday 10/6, and connection was made with Bryan however the service was handled by Gustavo, and thats where the communication breakdown happened.I have 2 vehicles that i bring into your store for service one of which I purchased from Classic Chevrolet. I am in the market for a pickup purchase scheduled for January, and I would like to make my purchase with Classic Chevrolet. Unfortunately this unfortunate event of no communication may have me searching elsewhere.

Went in to Classic Chevrolet Hwy. 6, to look into purchasing a new Chevy Silverado. We went in to see salesman Tom Wilson, from which we have purchased 3 vehicles from previously, happy to learn he had joined the Classic Chevrolet team. We decided to go check things out.. And once again, Tom Wilson delivered. His expertise and years of experience in the automobile industry always make for a casual and enjoyable buying experience. Having never been to Classic Chevrolet, we were pleased with everyone involved throughout the entire purchasing process. My truck was running fine when I brought it in. All I needed was my timing chain fixed. My truck was running and driving fine. But days later I get a call saying I need a whole new engine. Irman did a good as for customer service. But Im not happy. I spent $1800 on what? On a truck I cant even drive anymore. 😒

I really enjoyed my sales person, when we hit a snag the real hero’s became the finance department . Looking through inventory repeatedly to find something I could live with. Came in for a recall, Michael Linder greeted me right away and got me going quickly and truck in right away. Was there a couple hours as it was for air bags so takes a bit but he told me before scheduling that it takes at least 2 hours. So gladly brought it in and waited, waiting room is very clean, with plenty or water and friendly staff as they walk by doing there thing. I pass other dealerships in order to come to this one as they are so great. Thank you again Michael for the usual great service after almost 15 years of me coming to the same service department. Whenever I need my car serviced I always end up with Kevin Woods and honestly I dont think I would want a different service person (Im sure the others are great). Mr. Woods goes above and beyond to make sure my car is serviced and returned back to me in a timely manner. Hes always been thorough with the work needing to be completed and recommended work to be performed in the coming days. Im never pressured to get a service completed and the service is very reasonable.

If anyone wants to replace a transmission after 67,000 miles on a truck that is 3.5 years old and undergone all of the recommended maintainable, I would suggest visiting Classic Chevrolet at Hwy 6. My vehicle has been there for two weeks at this point and 10+ calls to their corporate office will leave you with more questions than answers and 5 days without resolution. And the best part of dealing with their corporate office will be the fact that they answer the call and immediately hang up on you.
The team was very helpful and friendly, especially Harvey. That was my first time of using the hwy 6 location. I am impressed.

Dont buy from this dealer i bought a truck here one month ago and the sales men never explained everything to me because he was pushing to get me to sign all the paperwork without knowing everything about the deal he scammed me with 7500 $$ I called scammed because he end up putting a package on the deal that I dont need all they want is your money they dont care about the customers i went back to see if he could help me to remove that package and he said is to late because the bank had pay them the money he said the manager can not help me either my suggestion is go somewhere else there is better prices somewhere else and I was this close to buy a white camaro from them im glad I didnt sign those papers for that camaro I call that a scam an i would like to fix that issue but the managers dont even bother to see if we can fix or cancel that package
Avoid Harvey.He told me that oil change for my Yukon XL is $70. Later I found out that it was actually $59.99. He slammed oil, filter & tire rotation package. He also used different strength oil without my permission.

Dont buy from this dealer me and my cousin recently bought a truck here and they ripped us off with a 7500 dollars on a package that wee didnt needed I call that scaming on Customers the salesmen didnt explain at all we went back to see the salesman to see if he could remove that service all he said is it wasnt his problem because the bank had already pay them the money and they sold us the car overpriced because I find the same car at other dealers for cheaper price my suggestions dont go to them find a better dealer this people all they care about is rip you off take your money sales . Men are the worst here now we are stuck with this deal worst experience we ever had they never even discussed everything I didnt find out till a week later because they didnt gave me any paperwork till a week later all the salles men did is rushing us to sign here sign there dont buy at this dealer unless you want to end up like us paying over 80 thousand for a48 thousand dollar car and he told us that the managers cant help us either because they already got their money

So I bought a what I thought was a 2020 Hyundai elantra gt. Car is great!!!! I get a call from Sonia my salesperson telling me they have wrong vin # come in and sign different paper. I get in there and find out I got a 2018 WOW Needless to say Im shaking by this time. I did look at both but didnt even drive the 2020. I know people heard me in the waiting room. Now I havent bought a car since my husband passed in 2017. I know I should of been more keen when buying, but I trusted the sale. So out of this I got free oil changes for 3 yrs and a 2018 car!!!! So disappointed in the deal.

Came if Friday August 13 2021 for a 2021 Chevy Traverse for 32.000 witch was a good price.Had a trade in for 17.000 and thought I was going to get a good deal with 7.000 negative that I owed to pay off my trade in that I was ok with plus tax TTL that was well over priced but was ok with that the math just didn’t add up with the extras that were in the suv that I didn’t ask for that the dealer wanted me pay for add the best that they could do was 42.000 …. I didn’t accept that and didn’t come to any agreement I walked out. Never will I ever go back there they should be called shark dealership very dissatisfied … No Class no shame

I am a long-time customer and normally satisfied with the work that is done on my vehicle, but this time it wasnt done when promised. I had to pay for extra days on the rental and had to take it back because a plastic part wasnt fastened properly, causing this part to drag on the ground. This is not the first time that I have had to take my vehicle back after there was work done in the body shop. This is why I am giving two stars.

If you want hassle free shopping this is definitely not the place. I called ahead of time and spoke to a salesperson about a Toyota 4rn they had in stock. She said it would be on the lot when I arrived. When I got to the dealership I asked to speak to the salesperson that had already helped me. They passed me off to another salesperson who had no idea what I wanted no idea what I was looking for and tried to sit me down and fill out paperwork. I had not even seen the vehicle that I wanted to see first. They explained that I had to fill out this paperwork first before I could do anything. Meanwhile the vehicle that I wanted to see was not even on the lot. I explained that I wanted to see the vehicle first this was too much of a hassle for them, they said it was 10 minutes away still and I said I would leave and the other salesperson that was with the gentleman that was trying to help me was like fine just leave. So I did.
I had a great experience getting into the vehicle that Ive been wanting for over a year thanks to Kelvin. He was upfront with me but also fought for me to get the financing I needed. Definitely the best experience Ive had with a dealership!

I was standing by car for 5 minutes before service advisor came out. No one acknowledged me from there computer screen. I got the impression that they were too busy and my car would that longer toget back..I was just about to drive off when Kevin Woods came out.As us turned out my car did take longer because I was told that the service tech put other cars in front of me.In my opinion, someone should be there to greet the customers as they roll up.

I had a prior issue with West Point Buick the day before after I had my oil changed and an inspection done. The service rep told me there may be a problem with my AC/compressor and suggested to get a diagnostic done then started to sell me a 60,000 mile warranty on a new compressor....I told her I have an extended warranty on my car...then it went to scheduling an appt. to get a diagnostic test done but she was going on vacation this coming week so requested that I set the appt for the next week. Then I was told they had to keep it for a few days because they had to send it out to theAC people to fix it and there were no car rentals available.I needed to share that because I purchased my 2015 Buick Encore from Classic Chevrolet/Kia in Beaumont, TX in Aug. 2019 and I called my manager there to tell him what was going on and he explained what I needed to do and I was recommended to get my warranty work done with your dealership....I had a wonderful Service Dept lady...IRMA VELASQUEZ.....took care of everything and I will be bringing it in as soon the paperwork is done possibly on this coming Monday and very grateful for the outstanding service that was provided for me!! GOOD PEOPLE AND GREAT SERVICE...THANK YOU!

Dont buy used vehicles here. They sell lemons. Bought a jeep with some warranty they had that they told me would cover anything wrong with the engine. 2 months later and 3000 miles and the head gasket blew. I called and asked about repairs and they told me to take my vehicle there but wouldnt clear up if it was covered. (Turns out I wasnt covered and had i listened to them Id have to eat the tow truck costs too.) They didnt cover anything even though they said theyd try to work something out but never got back to me. I asked for the paper work on the other warranties i bought and never received those either. Now Im making payments on a vehicle that wont run after only a few months.

I had some engine trouble and it had to be replaced. Michael in service was amazing and super nice. My extended warranty company was a hassle dealing with but he was great about it and communicated with me every day even when there wasn’t any new info to give me. I did have to take the car back bc the issue wasn’t fixed but they worked on it right away and the issue seems to be resolved. There was an issue with my windshield being cracked but they fixed it quickly too. It was a pleasure with all the staff. Again, Michael was really great and so helpful. Car seems to be running great!
