I’m a huge fan of green tea so I had to get the green tea cheesecake. It was delicious. The green tea was mixed in a green tea ice cream layered with a cheesecake ice mix that had a light and cool yet classic cheesecake taste. Topped with graham cracker crumbs served with a vanilla pirouette, strawberries, lychee, and condensed milk syrup. Is your mouth drewling yet?

We wanted to try their desserts because Viet desserts are so satisfying after a long hot day. This location was very busy when we arrived, there werent any tables to sit at, which was fine, we got a to-go order. It took us a minute to find parking, but it wasnt terrible.We got a couple different ones and they were all very good. The prices were fair and definitely made me want to come back.We really enjoyed the freshness of the jellies, beans, and coconut milk. I just wish there were bigger sizes!! We recommend most of the menu, you really cant go wrong, but I think the various options are all great. Staff was friendly and the service was quick.The atmosphere in the cafe was chill, just a bit noisy due to the amount of people, but fun. I recommend this place for dessert, small groups casual dates, etc. Its a great place for Vietnamese desserts! Theres a lot of parking, but it does fill up quick. Theres free WiFi and seating inside and outside! Seating fills up, but if you come during non peak hours, Im sure you could get a seat.

For my first time at Bambu Desserts and drinks and my first time drinking these Vietnamese icy drinks, it was a good introduction to it :)I ordered Chè Trái Cây, which is a lychee, longan, red tapioca, jackfruit, palm seed, pandan jelly and coconut. It was delicious and sweet, but we order light on the sweetener because I’ve heard they tend to ver very sweet.It is a popular place and it can easily fill up even now. Their place is also cozy and it has cute little sitting areas that allow you to social distance from the other customers.They are also quick on taking their orders and preparing the drinks.

It is really good, I love it!! I normally dont eat desert, but I almost finish this huge ice cream! Cant believe myself. It is delicious!!

The service is bad. The girl took my order today was rude. She yelled at customers “next” and knock on the table while she was waiting other customers who just come inside. Even didn’t say thanks to customers. I heard my family members complaints about her before when they came here to buy dessert, and today I was the one who experienced it.

Come here all the time. Great variety of drinks and dessert. The guy working there is always so nice.

So dirty all the time. Tables are never wiped down and the floors are covered in trash. The drinks are a waste of your time. The milk teas are just sad, the che is barely okay. The only good thing here is the shaved ice cream.

I came here with my partner’s family to get some drinks and chill and it was a good experience. The drink I ordered was apparently supposed to be a mix of strawberry and lime, but I couldn’t really taste any lime, but the drink itself was still decent. The atmosphere is good and friendly. I’ve also tried the green bean shaved ice drink and it’s good here!

2 stars for the drinks.You require customers to wear masks but none of the employees wear them. Even the ones in the kitchen.

If you love Vietnamese desserts, this is the place to be. They have many che to choose from. They have also expanding their menu recently to offer boba tea, tofu and others. With free WiFi and comfortable couches, I can chill here all day. Free parking and at night there is a police cruiser outside to keep the plaza safe.

Bamboo drinks are always delicious even at different branches.

A cool modern take on traditional vietnamese desserts. I highly recommend the Bambu special (#1) as a great starting point of youre not familiar with these desserts. For people who want a standard boba or ice tea, this place has a lot of options. But what makes this place special are their specialties like pandan jelly, pomegranates, coconut milk base so I highly recommend giving those a shot.

Che Its vietnamese styled shaved iced with jelly, or raspas for Hispanics but with more flavor and different textures that explode in your mouth . Atmosphere is great

Everything tasted fresh, service was quick and friendly. The ché was new and interesting-tasty! The Matcha Mango was refreshing. The Hazlenut coffee was strong but very good different Taste compared to other coffees.

Ordered more coconut milk, instead they just filled the cup half way full with ice (greater half)And they charged me full price cups plus additional toppings when i only wanted a 3-4 ingredient dessert WOWWW NEVER AGAIN! SPENT $45 NOT WORTH IT!!

Last 3 times I stopped by they were always out of yogurt, disappointing. What’s worst is service seems to be suffering, staff are no longer friendly or attentive. This place was always once packed with great deserts, one of my top choices but I can’t say the same anymore. Too bad!

Having been to many other Bambu, this one has by far the largest drink menu of all. Great friendly and fast service. Good tasting drinks. Plenty of indoor seating, and some outdoor seating too if thats your thing. The only negative I can say is that the music is a bit loud.

Have enjoyed most of the time but it was a monday when I went recently and had a very bad experience, the strawberry dazzle was filled with some citrus flavor that made it taste bad and the mango green tea was more ice than mango flavor

I bought two Chè combination cups with extra durian. Running from home to the restaurant also takes 40 minutes to drive. Picking up the car and eating the second piece is very sour, very terrible. I know that I have to eat durian that is damaged, probably due to poor preservation. I did not dare to eat more, I also put the glass away. Feeling very annoyed. The famous restaurant that does business like that ??

Awesome place to get Vietnamese desserts.

Utterly disgusted at food quality and customer service. I have previously shopped here multiple times and enjoyed the drinks. However, after finding a fly in my drink and having to repeatedly complain to workers, this experience will be my last. Clearly remembering my first feeling of confusion as I spit out the fly, my stomach churns at the thought that the workers payed such disregard towards the quality of their drinks. After showing the workers a photo of the fly that I had almost swallowed, they reluctantly asked “What do you want?” As if careless of this event. As if expecting me to simply suppress my disgust and swallow the fly. As if I hadn’t asked for a refund multiple times. I now have a distrust for not only the quality of this business’s drinks but also the quality of customer service. Additionally, I’m sickened by the fact that this is not an isolated incident. I have seen MULTIPLE reviews from people with similar experiences. I have read other costumers’ revolting testimonies. I may have previously enjoyed Bambu but this has exposed the carelessness that not only goes into the food but also the service.

The lady serving me today 7/3/2020 around 2:50 pm was super rude. I bought the 15th Chè and gave her $6, she threw 5 cents change at me without saying anything. When she handed my chè out, she did not give me a bag nor a straw. When I asked for it, she ignored and went away. Be minded that I paid for what I need, I did not ask for free. You are not the only one to sell this drink, dont think that you are the only one we all depend on. It was a bad customer service I have ever seen. Keep in mind that before you earn tips, make sure you provide customers with excellent services. You shouldnt have let a bad-mood person serve your customers. I promise I never come back.

Always get delicious drinks and desserts here. Usually, they only have one or two people operating the store. So, be patient if you go during the peak time. But, overall Great service. They make are everyone happy with the order.

Came in at 10:56pm and they told us they don’t do snow ice after 11pm. Mind you the three customers in a group before us got red velvet snow ice but we didn’t. I left the store without ordering. Won’t be returning.

The parking lot is very tight during peak hours. The snow ice is fantastic, I was afraid to get it at first as I feared it was just like a fancy snow cone, icy and watery. However, it is in fact a delicious feathery-light type of ice cream with rich flavor.

Love everything here. Ive been here about a dozen times already. The people are great and accommodating. For example, you can always substitute coconut water instead of milk. If you like beans, get #2. #6 is great if you like jelly and fruit. #1 is good if its your first time there. Its also great place to hang out and catch up with friends.

I simply loved the desserts here and already want to come back to try something else. We tried the Strawberry Cheesecake Deluxe Shave Ice and it was soooo good! There are so many other desserts and fruit drinks to choose from that you just have to keep coming back to try them all. The interior of the little cafe was so modern and clean, and the staff was definitely very friendly. There was a slight wait in line because of the popularity and time we went, but it went by quick. The inside is somewhat spacious, but I can see it filling up quick during busy times. But if youre just stopping by for a drink, you can easily take it to go. Cant wait to go back!!!

Get your fix

Everything on the menu is fresh unlike many of the other tapioca joints in the area. Everything from their shaved ice to che is spot on. My favorite item on the menu is the taro smoothie with tapioca. It has a slight coconut-y taste with just the right consistency and perfect portion of fresh taro, ice, milk, and sugar. I’ve also never had stale tapioca here. You’re missing out if you’ve never tried it!

If I’m gonna be honest. This place has the WORST customer service ever!!! We literally spent over $60 of ice cream and drinks even spent and extra $2 just for large size and $8 for a damn family size!!!! I’ve been going here just to find out the Togo you get is less than what you get on a plate!!! Basically robbed me of my money. Complained to them and told me they couldn’t do nothing. The guy was useless. Told me the manager would be working tomorrow on 4/22/19 and he would just give me her number even when I asked for a refund and says he can’t do nothing! Don’t even both coming here with there rude attitude and who won’t reimburse you after bascially robbing you on ice cream size. $2 extra for a large is the same size of a supposedly “family size” Togo box for the same icrecream. Cause they just cram it all in there melted while squeezing all the fruits on top of it too make it look full. DON’T GO HERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!

Very good desserts: the Che is fresh and the shaved iced is really good and flavorful. The inside could be a little cleaner (wipe down the tables) and the city or shopping center should do something about the dumpster next to the restaurant. It smells like they’re next to a landfill.

Favorite family and friends outing for dessert when there are 8+ or more of us. There is always something good for all of us with different taste and preference.

There are good milk tea / tapioca everywhere in V-town but this place has got the vibe. Not only because the franchise came from the famous little Saigon in Cali but also how hip the place looks. Very modern and attractive decor. Wide variety of desserts, milk tea, smoothies... Good price.Great place to hang out too.

No expensive desert tastes good with bad service. The girly guy in front just loves to mess around with other guys. Pay attention to your customer who even gave you tip for a to go order. $20 for 3 cups is not cheap for such service. You wont see me or my group again.

Came here after being blessed by lims chicken and its seductive chicken. Im not a fan of Che, so my options I felt were very limited. I ended up going with the yogurt slush (number 74) and this war pretty damn good. Definitely try it if you arent a fan of Che because its not Che.

The drinks here are generally good and the prices are not too bad. The service tends to be very slow, so dont go here if they are busy and if you are in a hurry. It is very noisy here, so not a good place for spoken conversation, but if you like to shout instead of talk, go for it - youll blend-in with the rest of the patrons.

Excellent drinks and desserts. I particularly enjoyed the shaved ice dessert. It was a gorgeous presentation and very delicious. Regular size is enough to feed 2 people easily.

Had the yogurt flavored shaved ice (family sized) that came with strawberries and, raspberries, and blackberries. Fed 4 adults well and we all thought it was pretty good. Price was $11 rounding up.

Stopped by during the lunch hour and it wasnt too busy! The place is usually pretty well-kept, has tons of seating, and of course delicious Vietnamese drinks and desserts (chè). My go-to is usually the Pennywort drink (nuoc rau ma) with fresh coconut flesh, without added sugar.

Just left and asked for my money back. IveI been here multiple times. The food and drinks are great however its clear, these kids working are not trained and have no sort of order/technique. Waited over 30 min for the wrong order.. please get it together.

Taste has change. I found a rock or something real hard and sharp in my Sam Bo Luong. The staff was not nice. it was ok, but I will not come back again.

Edit from a 5 star to a 2: A friend showed me her banh trang tron and it has dozen of fly eggs on it. Many times I asked if its possible to separate the additions for the snow ice (to go) and they say yes; which is awesome since I can eat it whenever. Suddenly, a new employee or manager decided it was too much work so they say no.

This is one of my favorite dessert shop number one special coconut juice and lychee.

Looks great but service is not really great. Also my strawberry banana smoothie had milk in it and only 3 strawberries and a quarter of a banana. Didnt taste great either.

You can customize and make your own dessert!You can take out some things you dont like (jelly), make it less sweet, add things you do like (taro and basil seeds).The ambiance ia great for young and old and its reasonably priced!Maybe the only complaint I have is the hole on top of the cup was a little small for my spoon this time.I have ywt to try everything but great selection on menu and delicious place to fill my taro and coconut milk cravings!

A good place to grab Vietnamese desserts especially if you like che. Located in the Kim Son plaza to the right of Kim Son itself. Parking here is doable. Spacious inside with a few outdoor seatings. The ambience gives off a sophisticated vibe with soft lightings and modern decors.The che #1 and #6 will satisfies your sweet tooth. Although its usually a bit too sweet for me but I think you can adjust the sweet level. A variety of toppings in each che cup and good portion. On my most recent visit here, I noticed they had shaved ice.Of course, I have to try it. We ended up getting four different kinds: thai tea, strawberry cheesecake, berrylicious, and mangonada. My favorite has to be the cheesecake. It had two layer of strawberry and cheesecake shaved ice. The cheesecake portion had a very nice creamy taste. It went well with the combination of strawberries. Mangonada was also good with plenty of flavors from sour to spicy.You can really taste the strong flavors of each shaved ice. It comes in three sizes. Getting just the regular size was plenty to share with 2-3 people. The second size can be shared with more than 3 people. We didnt get the family size but I would expect it to be humongous.

Delicious and refreshing Boba-style drinks. Better than a number of Boba shops in the same area. I recommend the Bambu Special.
