I asked for combo 2. The soup was very tasty. Noodles well cooked. It was served with whole basil leaves and bean sprouts. The coffee was a immense compliment. Light, filling and very tasty. Oh and the presentation was art.

We have dined here in the past and had a great experience but this last time was a miss. Everything from the order taking process, preparation time and ticket fulfillment was very unorganized. We came in with 3 tables, ordered, waited 45 minutes to get our food as the place filled up and all the other tables that came in after us received their food. When we did get out food 1 dish was cold and had been sitting and the other was hot. Unless processes improve, this will probably be our last time eating here which makes me sad.

Service and food was excellent, I love their banh canh highly recommended.

I always come back here for their thai green milk tea and banh trang tron. The com tam (broken rice dish) I tried was pretty decent as well!!!

We stopped by from Lake Charles, Louisiana. The food was excellent! Best shrimp roll Ive ever eaten.

I went back here after they closed for a while because of the covid. They changed the menu to less options for drinks and foods, especially drinks. I loved their Taiwan milk tea before because it similar to Phuc Long milk tea in Viet Nam, but they took it out of the menu so I tried the black milk tea and it sucks. Taste super watery, couldnt taste the tea at all. Foods are still good but not as many choices as before. I used to loved this place but its quite disappointed now, I will try to go back another time to see if they improve it.

Great place! I have taken many friends to this place. Even when it’s busy they handle the crowds well. They do run out of certain foods now and then, so maybe they can stock better.

A great start to my long day of class. Absolutely love the coffee here especially the lattes and when they brew giant steps. Yumm! Gotta try their food one of these days looks pretty tasty.

I probably would give it a 4 stars if the service wasnt the way how it was. I am not saying they are bad, but they are not very attentive, their English is very limited. The way they cater to their customers are not very detail orientated. For example, they dont come and clean your table when you are done even after I asked them. They told me just move to another table and work there. OKAY, its an alternative. But why not clean my table especially since you are not busy? Every time they brought some dish, either no spoon or no chopstick. I understand its more like a café style, but if you dont have all the silver ware out for me to go get myself, you should brought it instead for me to kept on asking for it. I feel they have very minimal service here and there are at least 4 servers/cashiers in the place.Thai green tea is very interesting. It is an acquired taste, not saying its bad, but wouldnt say its great. The milk jelly inside is really good though.Hot Vietnamese coffee was really good.Now lets talk about food. The most shocking dish was the duck egg. Did you know its the unhatched egg? I couldnt believe it, I can only get that in China. BBQ pork rice was super good. Portion was big, very tasty and flavorful. Crab soup was decent, but not sure if it worth $10 in a restaurant in a super market. I thought they could put more ingredient in it.Eggroll was good. You can just order right there and they will give it to you. Even when its not hot, still very good. All the sauces the dishes come with are different than norm. I cant put my words on it.If you are looking for something quick and easy you can give it a try when you are close. But other than that, Im not too sure if this is a place I would make special trip for.

We have come here and try multiple items, all of which have been delicious. The ribs, vermicelli, traditional vermicelli, pho, Bahn mi, have all been great. We specially like the vermicelli, best weve had in Houston.

The best fresh spring rolls in Houston. The shrimp was still hot and cooked to perfection. I went eith the traditional pho, my friends got the fish soup, crab soup and #16. We all enjoyed our dishes and will definitely return.

I went to the restaurant this morning at 9:10 AM and the restaurant is still closed with no staff, no notice in advance. On the internet, the restaurant is opend every day.

Phi coffee and tea is a very good place to have a good lunch or just hang out with family and friends for some good drinks. I usually get the chocolate coffee cold and I love it the only down side is that if you have a sensitive stomach like me you stomach might hurt a bit

The food is 5 btw. This is for the fact that their bathroom is always out of hand soap whenever I visit. I hope they follow the “staff needs to wash their hands before going to work” protocol. Might not want to be back if I don’t even know that they at least do that.

The service is bad since I order the grilled pork meat (without bone), not the grill pork ribs. I even repeated my order twice!!

The atmosphere is nice but lacking in service. I ordered banh canh and there wasnt much noodles in there which I was very disappointed. My husband ordered the bbq rib com tam and it came with only two ribs and the meat was very tough. This place is very over priced for the quality and amount of food. Overall disappointed

I discovered this placed through uber eats. It is delicious! Their pho is very unique in flavor and really good. The Com Tam Phi dish is a must try! Definitely end it all with their Thai Green Tea or Japanese Matcha Latte. This place is a hidden gem. So glad I found it!
