I’ve been coming here for more than 10 years and they never disappoint! They are always looking out for what is best for their patients, and they are always happy to answer any questions you may have. Their staff is friendly and helpful. I always recommend this office to friends and family. :)

Doctor was really nice and did great with my son.. my son was a little nervous about going because he hadn’t been to a vision visit ever but it turned out very nice and they helped him out with great patience. Dr was good with explaining to my son and answers all questions. Everyone from start to finish was so nice, Thank you 😊

DR Kanakaria helped my husband save his eye sight during a routine eye exam. There was something unusual during the exam so he went beyond and got my husband an MRI scheduled within 2 wks. He himself got on the phone to get it moved up. The staff is very friendly and the office is beautiful. My husband had surgery within the month of the exam. Very important to have your routine eye exams.

It’s been so long since I’ve come here, but I highly recommend. The employees were super nice, and I was at ease! A lot has changed since the last time I’ve been to the optometrist, and I was impressed with technological advancements used to assess the health of the eye. Dr. Kankaria is amazing! Therefore, I highly recommend Vision Source. They strive to ensure to watch out for any suspected issues that may arise.

Ive been coming to this location since I was in high school, this facility has only gotten better with the years. The ladies at the front are always kind and very helpful. The doctor has always explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. The waiting area is small but anytime I have had an appointment, there is somewhere to sit. I will continue to give them my business.

We were highly recommended here, after I ruined my glasses 👓 on Saturday night 🙄. Super painful, I had no problem here called explained my situation & they were more than happy to take me in; Life savers I would say, everyone was so nice and heard me out! Highly recommend this location. They were quick to give me an appointment that worked with my busy schedule. Registration was fast and easy. Doctor was fast and patient with me and answered all my questions. The staff took the time to advice me on what and how much my insurance covered and helped me find a pair of glasses that fit my budget. Also as nobody wants to make a doctor appointments in the middle of a pandemic, staff maintained proper cleaning protocols at all time.

Great staff everyone is super friendly. The Dr. took his time and explained everything about my eyes that made me feel good. Every optometrist had 1 to 2 week wait because they were super busy. I called Vision Source Aldine and they had a next day appointment and I understand the COVID-19 pandemic I put up with it at work also but they were very professional about everything.

We wouldn’t trust our eyes to anyone but Dr. Kankaria.

Nice staff, keeps the place clean during Covid-19. They have good selections of different frames of glasses (Versace, Ray-Ban and many others). You can expect to be taken care of coming here!

Worst place ever to go. My mom went there and she has been using glasses for a while so we know the routine and what to expect long story short 1st eye exam was way off Doctor did not do correct eye exam because her prescription glasses were not working..2nd time around same problem.. Doctor is soooo rude kept saying it’s my moms fault that the glasses are not fitting, really anyways wouldn’t not get a refund and will call corporate and above.. by the way doctor did not even apologize that he had done a wrong prescription the 1st time.they do not deserve not even 1 star. Horrible place I rather go to Walmart next time.

The only complaint is the wait time. The wait time was really long even though I had an appointment. I honestly thought I was going to regret waiting there but once they called us in the dr. was really nice and made my son feel so comfortable. She talked to him the entire time which made it easier for him not to be nervous. Then when we went to pick out his glasses the lady that helped us was also really nice and always smiled. They included him in choosing the frames which he liked. They asked him what he liked and by the time we got out he was excited and couldnt wait to get his new glasses. I dont remember their names but so far this has been the best experience compared to all the other places I have gone to.

Worst experience ever. Not once but twice. My fault for deciding to go there. Delma the manager, manages an unprofessional staff who dont go above and beyond, especially for new patients. Receptionist/ Insurance ladies including the manager are super lazy. If your looking for a eye clinic THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!!! So disappointing

The doctor was good, recommended me to switch dailies contacts which I am glad I did, but I feel overcharged for his service. I also purchased some glasses, when I tried to get the nose pad replaced, they wanted to charge me $3 and $5 for them where Eyemasters (now Visionworks) will replace the, for free.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

They care about you only if you pay over $300.00 dls. with them. I have a friend that she spent $348.00 dls. on this place and they were nice with her. When I went to get the eye exam they said Its gonnna be 50 dls if you buy the glasse in here I did not want the glasses, just the exam, they said then it is gonna bee 80 dls. Why?? Also I wanted to get the contacts exam. They said Its gonna be 85 dls more and you get a trial with the exam I said, OK, 165 dls its ok then. But they game a wrong pair of contacts, Also Cyinthia was on a bad mood (she had allergies or somethin like that) she did not care about me whe I told her that I was not buying glasses in there. I asked her for my PD on the prescription and she said we dont recommend to buy glasses online. Of course not. I tried the trial and it was uncomfortable, I came back two day later (next day was closed) and they said they were going to order a new pair and its been a more than 7 day and they havent call me yet. ITS A LAME SERVICE IF YOU DONT SPEND MONEY WITH THEM.

Horrible service horrible staff will never go back long waiting and no restroom. I won’t be taking my kids back to this place they set an appointment so to say and when came to the appointment I was told I never set one then I came again on another appointment and it takes 2 weeks for the glasses to come in 😑 come to pick up glasses from out of town and she said no the office closed 😡🤬🤬🤬🤬
